- 第1の高分子材料からなるベースケースと、
前記第1の高分子材料よりも高い熱伝導率を有する第2の高分子材料からなり、前記バッテリケースからの熱の伝達を促進する挿入体と、
少なくとも1つの電極積層体と
を備えるアルカリストレージバッテリ。 - 前記ベースケースが前記挿入体を受けるようになっている、請求項8に記載のアルカリストレージバッテリ。
- 前記第2の高分子材料が、基本高分子と、少なくとも1つのセラミック充填材とを含む、請求項8に記載のアルカリストレージバッテリ。
- 前記セラミック充填材が、アルミナ、石英ガラス、窒化ホウ素、窒化ケイ素、炭化ホウ素、窒化アルミニウム、シリコンカーバイド、ジルコニア、及び、これらの任意の組み合わせからなるグループから選択される、請求項10に記載のアルカリストレージバッテリ。
- 前記第1の高分子材料が、ポリフェニレンエーテル、ポリスチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、及び、これらの任意の組み合わせからなるグループから選択される、請求項11に記載のアルカリストレージバッテリ。
- 前記ベースケース及び前記挿入体が、前記第1の高分子材料及び前記第2の高分子材料を用いて二色成形及びインサート成形のうちの一方によって一体成形される、請求項8に記載のアルカリストレージバッテリ。
- 前記ベースケースが外側フランジを更に備え、前記挿入体が内側フランジを更に備え、前記外側フランジが前記内側フランジと接触する、請求項9に記載のアルカリストレージバッテリ。
- 前記第2の高分子材料が約0.1ohm・cm〜約1E15ohm・cmの体積抵抗率を有し、前記第1の高分子材料が約1E12ohm・cm〜約1E15ohm・cmの体積抵抗率を有している、請求項8に記載のアルカリストレージバッテリ。
- 熱伝導性のフィンを更に備える、請求項8に記載のアルカリストレージバッテリ。
- 第1の高分子材料からなるベースケースと、
前記第1の高分子材料よりも高い熱伝導率を有する第2の高分子材料からなり、前記バッテリケースからの熱の伝達を促進する挿入体と、
少なくとも1つの電極積層体と
を備えるモノブロックアルカリストレージバッテリ。 - 前記第2の高分子材料が、基本高分子と、少なくとも1つのセラミック充填材とを備えている、請求項17に記載のアルカリストレージバッテリ。
- 前記セラミック充填材が、アルミナ、石英ガラス、窒化ホウ素、窒化ケイ素、炭化ホウ素、窒化アルミニウム、シリコンカーバイド、ジルコニア、及び、これらの任意の組み合わせからなるグループから選択される、請求項18に記載のアルカリストレージバッテリ。
