Abstract
水を活性化および「再生」するように、とりわけ以下の工程を実施することにより水処理装置(10)を用いる。水の流速を増加させるように水を加速する工程と、続いて水にカオス流を形成する工程と、カオス的に渦巻く水に気体酸素を導入する工程。
Description
本発明は水処理装置、とりわけ水改質パイプ(または水活性化パイプ、water freshener pipe)の形態をし、処理する水が通る流路を備えた水処理装置に関する。本発明の水処理装置は、全ての種類の水を活性化(freshening)および浄化(purifying)するのに用い、水がパイプを通り特定のステップが順に実行される所定の方法による新しい処理、改質および水の「再生(repair)」を提供する。本発明はこのような水の処理方法にも関する。
水処理について、フィルタを用いて機械的にまたは沈降(浄化)層を用いて生物学的に浄化するシステムおよび方法が現在用いられている。さらに、ポンピングまたはバブリングにより水に酸素を加える方法が知られている。ところが機械的または生物学的浄化の場合、水から外来物質が取り除かれ、酸素添加の場合、原理上、水中の酸素量が増加し得る。しかしながら、このような種類の酸素の添加方法では、酸素は水に実質的には溶解(dissolve)」しておらず、実質的には水分子は「再生」していないことに留意すべきである。とりわけ、新しい水分子(H2O)を形成する、2つの水素原子と1つの酸素原子との再配列である。
本発明の目的は通常の環境汚染およびパイプラインでの水の輸送により破壊された水の構造を初期の状態と同様に回復し水を浄化する水処理装置および方法を提供することである。
この課題は、処理される水が通過する流路であって、流路に配置された、水の流速を増加するための加速延伸部(または加速ストレッチ、acceleration stretch)と、流路の下流側に配置された、水のカオス不均一流れ(または混沌(雑然)とした不均一流れ、chaotic non-uniform flow)を形成するための乱流領域(turbulence region)と、乱流領域に付随する、気体酸素を水に導入するためのフィード領域とを備えた流路を有する水処理装置を用いる本発明により解決される。さらに本発明の課題は以下の工程を伴う水の処理方法により解決される。水の流速を増加させるように水を加速する工程、次いで水のカオス流(または混沌(または雑然)とした流れ、chaotic flow)を形成する工程と、カオス乱流(または無秩序な水の乱流、chaotically turbulent water)に気体酸素を導入する工程。
通常の環境汚染およびパイプラインでの輸送に起因して、昨今の水は変化し、水素原子と酸素原子との変化した関係を有し、とりわけこのような水の酸素含有量が大きく減少しているという知見に本発明は基づく。他方で、例えばポンピング法により上述の破壊された水に酸素を加えても、この酸素は水の構造と結合せず、代わりに多くの場合、短時間で排出されることから不十分であるという知見に本発明は基づいている。このように水と結びついた酸素は、特に所望の方法によって有機体により吸収されず、すなわちこのような方法は基本的に価値がない。
一方、本発明では、水の構造が「再生」する全く異なる手段を用いる。このため最初に水分子の構造は壊され、水素原子(H+)は酸素原子(O’)からある程度除去される。この過程は水をその流速が増加する高加速状態にすることで起こる。その後、気体酸素を加え、これにより水のカオス流の中で水の構造を「開放した状態 (opened)」にする。開放した水の構造は酸素を構造に取り込み、いずれの場合でもほとんどの部分で1つの酸素原子が再び2つの水素原子を伴う再配列を起こすことが可能となる。この結果、水の中で加えた酸素の実際の結合を生じる。
水の流速がパイプラインでの元の通常の流速の約3倍〜約5倍、好ましくは約4倍に増加した場合、上述の水の構造の開放にとって特に好都合であることが判明している。
好ましくは過剰圧力(excess pressure)が僅か約0.1bar〜約0.3bar、特に約0.2barで気体酸素を水に加える。
本発明にかかる方法では、水1リットルあたり約25mg〜約40mg、好ましくは約30mg〜約35mgの酸素を加えることが可能でありまた理にかなっている。
流速が増加した流れを形成するように、水は好ましくは例えばスロットルやノズルのような狭窄部(constriction)を通り導かれる。添加する酸素は例えば約0.1mm小さな直径のパイプラインを通る極めて簡素な方法により供給することが可能である。水の乱流を形成しカオス流を生じるように円錐状のチップまたは針の一種を好ましくは用い、これに流速を上げた水を供給する。
酸素を添加し、このように「再生」した、本発明にかかる水は、次に好ましくはより低い速度で流れ、水素原子と酸素原子との結合がさらに強められる安定化(settling)延伸部(stretch)を通る。これにより水の原子は「架橋」により自然に再結合する。
安定化延伸部は、また石質材料(stony material)が充填され、石の周りを水が流れることから、水は自然界でも起こるように「情報(information)」と微量元素(trace element)を吸収することができる。
さらに水を活性させ、かつ高品質の天然水で見出されているのと同様の構造を付与するために、水が水処理装置を出る前に、最終的に(とりわけ湾曲した経路を用いて)水のサイクロイド流れ(cycloidal flow)を形成する。このサイクロイド流れは、地球の磁気により自然界において水が受ける回転運動を模倣したものである。
自然を模倣するよう構成された方法に起因し、水はその元来の構造(とりわけ原子配置H2O)を回復し、その自己洗浄力が活性化される。さらに、人間、動物および植物が酸素およびエネルギーを吸収するのと同じように、水は酸素およびエネルギーを増加する。本発明は、本発明の装置により処理した水および本発明の方法による水が、処理していない水と比べ、最大10倍の濃度の酸素を有し、この酸素は、極めて効果的に静脈の血液流(特に人間の腸管で)に放出することができることを示している。従って、この酸素を体内に輸送するように静脈血の赤血球の数および割合が増加する。そして、数が増加した血液中の赤血球は、同時に肺での酸素の吸収の増加をもたらし、これにより所望の効果を更に拡大する。
最後に、本発明にかかる装置および方法は、今日、世界中で人口の多い地域に淡水(fresh water)を供給するのに用いられているような、パイプラインおよび水の供給システムにとりわけ好都合に用いることができることに留意すべきである。本発明により形成される水の構造および組成は、主にこのようなパイプラインシステム内で最大約100mの距離の間維持され、このことは、本発明にかかる個々の水処理装置に複数の蛇口(または、水の取り出し口、water outlet)を接続できることを意味する。
添付の概略的な図を用いて、以下に本発明にかかる水処理装置の一実施形態のより詳細を示す。
図は、チューブ状またはロッド形状の3つの構造部分12、14および16より成る水処理装置10を示す。構造部分12、14および16は、それぞれ実質的に円筒状の構成であり、水処理装置10の長手方向の軸18に沿って延在している。前面20に水の入口22、外側表面(jacket surface)に接続部26および反対側(離れた側)の前面28に水の出口30が位置する、実質的に閉じたハウジングを形成するように、液密となる方法で構造部分12、14および16は、一体となるようボルト止め又はねじ止めすることができる。
図5に詳細に示すように、水の入口22と水の出口30との間で、水処理装置10の内部に水の流路を特に形成する。
この流路は、まず、水の入口22の直後の構造部分12にスロットル(または絞り弁)の形態(詳細は図示せず)で配置される加速延伸部32を含む。加速延伸部32は、加速延伸部32を通過し従って早い流速を有する水をカオス流(または乱雑な流れ、chaotic flow)に変える乱流領域34に隣接している。このカオス流は、特に、構造部分14の一端に形成し、加速延伸部32を通ってきた水の流れを曲げる、鋭利なコーン(または鋭利な円錐、sharp cone)36を用いることで生じる。圧力約0.2barの気体状態の純酸素を通過させ、乱流の水に供給する接続部26もまた乱流領域34に配置する。
酸素は水と混合される。高い加速に起因し、および生じたイオン化(電離)に起因し、水分子の原子は、すでに互いにある程度分離している。処理する水にこのように酸素を加えることにより、酸素の欠乏が補償され、酸素原子が水素原子と酸素原子からなる水分子の複合構造に吸収される。同時にここまで存在している水の構造は水のクラスタの分裂(所謂、浮遊(levitation))により破壊される。従って、水の構造の情報は言わば消去される。
水がコーン36を通過した後、水は乱流領域34を離れ、コーン36の流路と比べ大きな断面を有する安定化延伸部38にさらに流入する。安定化延伸部38は、円筒状の空間として構成され、石、とりわけ例えばバラ石英、水晶、砂利(またはシリカ)および/または大理石のような装飾用の石(または宝石、gem stone)により満たされている。個々の石は約2mm〜約4mmの平均直径を有する。水処理装置10はいろいろな寸法に作られ、個々の寸法は、特に安定化延伸部38に関して異なる。以下に示す流量については、以下に示す石の寸法および安定化延伸部38の長さが、とりわけ好都合であることが判明している。120リットル/時間の流れでは、石の平均直径は好ましくは約2mm〜約4mmの間であり、安定化延伸部38の長さは好ましくは約12cm〜約13cmの間である。所望の流量が約1000リットル/時間の場合、石の平均寸法は約2.5cm〜約3cmであり、安定化延伸部38の長さは、好ましくは約40cmである。流量が約2000リットル/時間の場合、石の平均直径は好ましくは約2cm〜約4cmであり、安定化延伸部38の長さは好ましくは約50cmである。
上述のように構成した安定化延伸部38では、そこに配置された石および宝石から水は、所謂情報を吸収し、水分子内の水素原子と酸素原子について再構築する。従って、水は所謂「再生された状態」となり、その元来のほとんど自然の構造を回復する。
安定化延伸部38の端部で水は、水の出口30から流れ出る前に、第三の構造部分16のセクションで最終的にサイクロイド流を与えられる。サイクロイド流は、水が水の出口にある角度、特に長手方向の軸18に対して約50°〜75°、特に好ましくは65°で入るという事実により、特に形成される。従って、得られたサイクロイドの乱流(turbulence)は、更なる水の改質をもたらし、また自然界で実際に起こる、地球の磁場に起因し乱流となる水の挙動を模倣する。
結局、このような水処理装置により、水はある程度その元来の構造を回復し、その自浄力が活性化される。さらに、この方法により処理された水は、特に人間、動物および植物により容易に再吸収できる形態で酸素を多く含む。従って、本発明にかかる処理をした水は、例えば処理、改質および再生の前の酸素含有量はわずか約3mg/リットル〜約7mg/リットルだが、処理後、水は約35mg/リットル〜約40mg/リットルの酸素を含有する。
結論として、本明細書および特に従属請求項に記載した全ての特徴は、それらの形式上の1以上の特定の請求項への従属にかかわらず、個々に独立して保護され、または任意の組み合わせについても保護されるべきであることに留意されたい。

Claims (10)
- 処理する水が通るための流路を備えた水処理装置(10)であって、
前記流路に配置される、水の流速を増加するための加速延伸部(32)と、
前記流路の下流側に配置される、水のカオス流れを形成するための乱流領域(34)と、
乱流領域(34)に付随する、水に気体酸素を導入するためのフィード領域(26)と、
を有することを特徴とする水処理装置。 - 加速延伸部(32)が前記流路内のスロットリングポイントにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水処理装置。
- 乱流領域(34)の後に、減速して進行する水の流れのための安定化延伸部(38)を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の水処理装置。
- 安定化延伸部(38)が、周囲を水が流れることができる石質材料により充填されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の水処理装置。
- 水が水処理装置(10)から流れ出る前に水のサイクロイド流を形成するために、湾曲した流路を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の水処理装置。
- 水の流速を増加するように水を加速する工程と、
続いて水のカオス流を形成する工程と、
水のカオス乱流に気体酸素を導入する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする水処理方法。 - 最初に水の流れが、元の流速の約3倍〜約5倍、好ましくは約4倍に加速されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 気体酸素がわずか約0.1bar〜約0.3bar、好ましくは約0.2barの過剰圧力で供給されることを特徴とする請求項6または7記載の方法。
- カオス流を形成した後、水が安定化延伸部(38)を通ることを特徴とする請求項6〜8の何れかに記載の方法。
- 安定化延伸部(38)の後で、続いて水処理装置(10)から出る前に、水にサイクロイド流を生じることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の方法。
