Abstract
有機汚泥の処理方法は、有機汚泥と粒子状滅菌有機物とを混合して有機混合物を形成する混合工程を含む。この混合物は、乾燥工程において乾燥され、均一な粒子状有機産物が得られる。

Description
滅菌剤、汚泥へのその添加、汚泥の乾燥、及び乾燥有機物の粉砕は上記に記載の通りである。
図1において、参照番号10は、液体又は泥状の有機肥料を処理するための本発明による方法を概略的に示す。プロセス10は、混合器14に通じる有機肥料のフローライン12を含む。フローライン16は、混合器14から回転式ドラム乾燥器18に通じ、回転式ドラム乾燥器18は、該ドラム18から通じている粒子状有機産物の回収ライン20を備える。
産物の再循環ライン26が工程22からミル28に通じ、ミル28は、混合器14に通じるライン30を備える。
有機肥料はプロセス10において処理される。該有機肥料は、液体又は泥状である。
乾燥器18に入る混合物は、水分含有率が約40質量%〜50質量%である。
Claims (11)
- 有機汚泥の処理方法であって、有機汚泥と粒子状滅菌有機物とを混合して有機混合物を形成する混合工程と、該有機混合物を乾燥し均一な粒子状有機産物を得る乾燥工程とを含む、処理方法。
- 有機汚泥が有機肥料である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 有機汚泥が製紙用パルプ、又は液体家畜糞尿である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 均一な粒子状有機産物の一部を混合工程に再循環させ、これにより再循環した均一な粒子状有機産物の形態において粒子状滅菌有機物と一緒になることを含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 粒子状滅菌有機物が、有機汚泥に滅菌剤を加えて滅菌有機汚泥を形成し、該滅菌有機汚泥を乾燥して乾燥滅菌有機物を得、該乾燥滅菌物質を粉砕することにより得られる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 有機汚泥における固形分含有率が、質量基準で16%から30%である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 有機汚泥と粒子状滅菌有機物との質量比が1:1から7:3である、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 混合工程が混合器を含み、該混合器中の有機汚泥と粒子状滅菌有機物の保持時間が5秒から2分である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 乾燥工程が乾燥器を含み、乾燥温度が90℃を超えない、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 乾燥温度が75℃を超えない、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 乾燥器が、有機混合物を乾燥する温風が送り込まれる回転式ドラム乾燥器であり、温風は注入口における空気温度が50℃から75℃である、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
