Claims (20)
- 無線システムにおいてチャネルを割り当てる方法であって、
干渉するセル内で、各前記セル内のどの移動局(MS)が最も高い信号強度で通信しているかを所与の一時点で判定するステップと、
前記判定された信号強度に基づいて前記MSにチャネルを割り当てるステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記割り当てステップは、
前記セルの1つにおいて、受信される電力が最も強いMSが特定のチャネルを割り当てられるようなチャネル割り当てを行い、干渉するセルにおいて、受信される電力が最も弱いMSが前記特定のチャネルを割り当てられるような割り当てを行うステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記割り当てステップは、
前記セルの1つにおいて、優先MSが特定のチャネルに割り当てられ、干渉するセルにおいて、前記特定のチャネルが予約されるようなチャネル割り当てを行うステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記予約チャネルはMSの割り当てなしに少なくとも1つのセルの中で維持される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記予約チャネルは特定の電力レベルに限定される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 最も弱い電力を受信する判定済みMSが前記予約チャネルに割り当てられる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 優先MSは追加送信電力を割り振られる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- チャネルをMSに割り当てる方法であって、
一対の潜在的に干渉するセルにおいて、各セル内の順序付けられた一連のチャネルに関して、第1のセルが特定の割り当てパターンに従ってMSをチャネルに割り当て、前記セルのうち第2のセルでは、割り当てが前記第1のセルにおける割り当てのミラー・イメージになるようなチャネル割り当て順を確立するステップを含む方法。 - 前記特定のパターンは、前記第1のセルに関しては、最も強い信号強度から最も弱い信号強度へという順番になっていて、前記第2のセル内では、前記チャネル割り当ては、同じ順序付けられた一連のチャンネルに関して最も弱い側から最も強い側へという順番になっている、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 各セルにおいて、定期的なベースでMS信号強度を判定するステップと、
各前記判定に従って前記MS信号の前記割り当てを行うステップと
をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記定期的なベースとは約5ミリ秒である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記定期的なベースとは約5ミリ秒である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記特定のパターンは、前記第1のセル内の前記順序付けられたチャネルの第1のグループのチャネルが特定のMS用に予約され、前記第2のセル内の前記順序付けられたチャネルの最後のグループのチャネルが前記特定のMS用に予約されるようなものである、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のセル内の前記順序付けられたチャネルの前記第1のグループのチャネルは、最も弱い信号強度の受信局用に予約される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 各セルにおいて、受信されるMS信号の信号強度を定期的なベースで判定するステップと、
各前記判定に従って、前記MSの前記割り当てを行うステップと
をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 特定のMSに関して、時々、基地局(BS)の電力レベルを変更するステップをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- N=1反復パターンを使用し、それぞれがセルを定義する少なくとも2つのBSと、
各前記BSと通信するMS間で相対的な信号強度を判定する手段と、
同じチャネルを使用する前記セルのそれぞれにおいて、MS間の干渉を最小にするように設計されたパターンに従ってMSを割り当てる手段と

1つのセルにおいて、最も弱い信号強度のMSが前記チャネル順の一端から割り当てられ、最も強い信号強度のMSが前記チャネル順の他端から割り当てられるように各前記セル内の前記チャネルに順番を割り当てる手段
を有する、請求項7に記載のシステム。 - 前記MSの一部を優先MSとして指定する手段と、
前記セルの1つにある優先MSと前記セルの他方にある弱い信号強度のMSとを組み合わせる手段と
をさらに有する、請求項18に記載のシステム。 - 前記セルの両方の全体の容量を最適化するためにBSと1つまたは複数のMS間の電力レベルを変更するために時々活動可能な手段をさらに有する、請求項19に記載のシステム。
