Abstract

【課題】従来から使用されている草刈機用回転刃は、円板形状で円板面の円周上に刈刃が形成されており、また地面に対して平行になるように取り付けられ、刈刃は地面に当たらない構造となっている。草の地上部を刈り取るのに最適な構造で、通常の草刈作業においては刈り取った草がまた伸びてきても問題としなかった。草の地上部を刈り取るため根が残ってしまい、しばらくするとまた草が伸びてくる。野菜等が植えられた畑地等の中でこのような草刈りを行った場合、草刈り作業を頻繁に行う必要性にせまられるため、草刈機による草刈作業はほとんど行われていない。
【解決手段】回転刃２となる平板の一部を下方に向け、下方に向けた部分に刈刃を形成することによって、地面に刈刃を当てることができるようにした。これにより回転刃２を土の中まで入れることができ、草を根から刈り取ることができるため、畑での完全な草刈りができるようになった。

Description

この発明は、野菜等が植えられた畑地等の中で、除草するためのエンジン付草刈機の回転刃に関するものである。
従来の草刈機用回転刃は、荒地や放置された畑の大量の雑草を刈り取ることを対象に回転刃は開発されてきたため、野菜等が植えられた畑地等の中で小さな雑草の状態で効率よく草刈ができる回転刃がなかった。
従来から使用されている草刈機用回転刃は、円板形状で円板面の円周上に刈刃が形成されており、草の地上部を刈り取るのに最適な設計で、通常の草刈作業においては刈り取った草がまた伸びてきても問題としなかった。草の地上部を刈り取るため根が残ってしまい、しばらくするとまた草が伸びてくる。野菜等が植えられた畑地等の中でこのような草刈りを行った場合、草刈り作業を頻繁に行う必要性にせまられるため、草刈機による草刈作業はほとんど行われていない。
従来の草刈機用回転刃は地面に対して平行になるように取り付けられており、刈刃は地面に当たらない構造となっている。発明品の回転刃は、地面方向をむくような構造となっており、地面に刈刃を当てることができる。
地面に刈刃を当てることができるようにしたことによって、刈刃を土の中まで入れることができ、章を根から刈り取ることができるため、畑地等での完全な草刈が可能となった。また、刈刃を大きく形成しているため、通常の草刈り作業も可能となり、回転刃を取り替えることなくどちらの作業も可能となった。
この発明による実施例を説明する。図１はこの発明品を草刈機に装着した状態を示す側面図、図２〜図７はこの発明品の回転刃の形状を示す。
図１は発明品２をエンジン付草刈機１に取り付けた状態を示す。図２は発明品で星形平板の一部を下方に折り曲げて４枚の刃３を形成したものである。図３は発明品で星形平板の一部を下方に折り曲げて４枚の刃４を形成し、刃形状を波状５にしたものである。図４は発明品で星形平板を、取付け面を円板状にして一部を下方に折り曲げて４枚の刃６を形成したものであるたものである。図５は発明品で三角形平板の角を下方に折り曲げて３枚の刃７を形成したものである。図６は発明品で取付け穴中心から刃の形成位置までが異なる２対の刃８となる部分を折り曲げたものである。図７は発明品で正方形平板の角を下方に折り曲げて４枚の刃９を形成したものである。

Claims (1)

  1. 草刈刃を構成する点対称な平板の一部を下方向に向け、下方向に向けた部分に刈刃を形成し、平板の中心に取付け穴を形成した草刈機用回転刃。
