Description

The present invention relates to a joint structure technology for an outer wall for building.

Conventionally, in a joint structure of an outer wall for a building, a backup material is inserted along the gap between the outer wall panels arranged side by side, thereby reducing the depth of the gap and filling the gap with a sealing material. It is easy.
In addition, a technique is known in which a protruding tape is provided around the end surface of the outer wall panel, and the insertion position of the backup material is fixed at a fixed position without depending on the operator's control. For example, it is like patent document 1.
No. 7-8707

However, in the technology for providing the convex tape on the four circumferences of the end surface of the outer wall panel described above and fixing the insertion position of the backup material, when the protruding width of the convex tape is too small, the backup material and The protruding tape does not come into contact with each other, and the insertion position of the backup material is not fixed at a desired insertion position. Even if the backup material and the convex tape are in contact with each other, the insertion position of the backup material can be deeper depending on the degree of pressing by the operator when inserting the backup material.
For this reason, there is a problem that the insertion position of the backup material still depends on the operator's control.
The present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and an object of the present invention is to reliably fix the insertion position of the backup material inserted into the gap between the outer wall panels arranged side by side at a certain insertion position.

The problems to be solved by the present invention are as described above. Next, means for solving the problems will be described.

That is, according to claim 1, a joint portion is formed between a plurality of side wall panels arranged side by side, a backup material is inserted along the joint portion, and a sealing material is filled on the side where the backup material is inserted. The outer wall panel has a structure in which a convex portion is provided on a surface on which the joint portion is formed, and the backup material is formed in a rectangular tube shape and contacts the convex portion in the joint portion. It is.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the backup material is configured such that the surface facing the outer wall panel is made of a hard material and the other surface is made of a soft elastic material.

In Claim 3, the said backup material formed in the square cylinder shape is provided with the projection part which protrudes radially along each outer angle of the said square cylinder, The side facing the said convex part among this projection part The protruding portion is configured to abut on the convex portion in the joint portion.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the convex portion is made of a soft material.

In claim 5, a joint portion is formed between a plurality of outer wall panels arranged side by side, and is a backup material inserted along the joint portion, the surface facing the outer wall panel is made of a hard material, The surface is made of a soft elastic material, is formed in a square tube shape, and is provided with a protrusion that protrudes radially along each outer corner of the square tube.

As effects of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, the outer wall panel is provided with a convex portion on the surface on which the joint portion of the outer wall panel is formed. The backup material is formed in a square tube shape. For this reason, when the backup material is inserted into a joint formed between the outer wall panels arranged side by side, the projection and the outer angle of the backup material come into contact with each other, and the insertion position of the backup material is fixed. Therefore, the insertion position of the backup material in the joint can be reliably fixed at a desired insertion position without depending on the experience and technique of the operator, and as a result, the sealing material is filled into the joint. Can be easily performed.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the surface of the backup material facing the outer wall panel is made of a hard material. For this reason, the surface on the side facing the outer wall panel is deformed by the pressing force from the outdoor side when the backup material is inserted into the joint portion, making it difficult to insert the backup material into the joint portion. The situation of doing can be prevented. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent a situation in which the surface on the side facing the outer wall panel is deformed by the pressing force when the sealing material is filled, and the insertion position of the backup material in the joint portion varies. it can.
On the other hand, the other surface is formed of a soft elastic material. For this reason, when the backup material is inserted into the joint, the other surface is elastically deformed, and the backup material can be easily inserted into the joint. Furthermore, when the backup material is inserted into the joint portion, the outer angle of the backup material formed in a square tube shape and the convex portion come into contact with each other more reliably. Therefore, the insertion position of the backup material in the joint portion can be more reliably fixed to a desired insertion position without depending on the experience and skill of the operator. As a result, the sealing material to the joint portion can be fixed. Filling can be performed easily. Further, in the joint portion, the backup material and the surface on which the joint portion of the outer wall panel is formed come into contact with each other, and a waterproof function is exhibited.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, the backup material is provided with protrusions that project radially along the outer corners of the backup material in the form of a square tube. For this reason, when the backup material is inserted into the joint portion, the backup material and the convex portion are more reliably contacted within the joint portion even if the protrusion width of the convex portion is low. You will be in touch. Therefore, the insertion position of the backup material in the joint portion can be more reliably fixed to the desired insertion position in the joint portion without depending on the experience or technique of the operator, and consequently the sealing material to the joint portion. Can be easily filled.

In the present invention, the convex portion is made of a soft material. For this reason, when a mounting tool or the like necessary for the mounting operation of the outer wall panel is inserted into the joint, the protruding width of the convex part is high, and the mounting tool and the convex part come into contact with each other. If the protrusion width of the protrusion is high and the inside of the joint cannot be visually recognized from the outside, and the mounting operation is hindered, the protrusion can be easily formed with the mounting tool or other bar material. Can be transformed into Therefore, the mounting operation of the outer wall panel, the repair of the outer wall panel, and the like can be easily performed.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the surface of the backup material facing the outer wall panel is formed in a square tube shape made of a hard material. For this reason, it is possible to prevent a situation where the surface facing the outer wall panel is deformed by the pressing force when the backup material is inserted into the joint, and it is difficult to insert the backup material into the joint. it can. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent a situation in which the surface facing the outer wall panel is deformed by the pressing force when the sealing material is filled, and the insertion position of the backup material in the joint portion is uneven.
On the other hand, the other surface is made of a soft elastic material. For this reason, when the backup material is inserted into the joint, the other surface is elastically deformed, and the backup material can be easily inserted into the joint. In addition, when the backup material is inserted into the joint portion, the backup material and the convex portion are more reliably brought into contact with each other within the joint portion. Therefore, the insertion position of the backup material in the joint portion can be more securely fixed to a desired insertion position without depending on the experience and technique of the operator, and as a result, the sealing material to the joint portion can be fixed. Filling can be performed easily. Further, in the joint portion, the backup material and the surface on which the joint portion of the outer wall panel is formed come into contact with each other, and a waterproof function is exhibited.
In addition, the backup material is provided with protrusions that project radially along the outer corners of the rectangular tube. For this reason, when the backup material is inserted into the joint portion, the backup material and the convex portion are more surely secured within the joint portion even when the protruding width of the convex portion is even lower. It will abut. Therefore, the insertion position of the backup material in the joint can be more reliably fixed at a desired insertion position without experience or skill.

In the vicinity of the indoor side of the surface (hereinafter referred to as the outer wall panel side surface 12) and along the outer wall panel side surface 12. Further, in the outer wall groove 14, for example, an outer wall fitting 15 of a steel member formed in a substantially U shape in a top view is embedded so as to open toward the outer wall panel 10 arranged side by side.
In the present embodiment, the convex portion 13 is made of a soft material, specifically, a low-resilience urethane material, and is provided to protrude along the outer wall panel side surface 12 at a predetermined position on the outdoor side from the outer wall panel groove 14. ing. However, the soft material is not limited to the low-resilience urethane material. For example, the soft material can be deformed into a predetermined shape by a bar material or an operator's hand, and the deformed shape becomes the original shape. Any material capable of self-recovery may be used. Moreover, the case where the convex portion 13 is not a soft material and is a hard material, or the plate material 11 and the convex portion 13 may be integrally formed.

The backup material 20A of the first embodiment will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the backup material 20 </ b> A is mainly composed of a trunk portion 21.
The body portion 21 is a rectangular tube-shaped member, and the surface facing the outer wall panel side surface 12 (hereinafter referred to as the outer wall panel facing surface 24) is made of a hard material, and the other surface (hereinafter referred to as the indoor side surface is the back). The surface 22 and the surface on the outdoor side are referred to as the outer surface 23) are made of a soft elastic material. Further, the widths of the back surface 22 and the outer surface 23 are configured to be wider than the width of the joint portion 3.
The soft elastic material means that even when the backup material 20A is inserted into the joint portion 3 formed to be narrower than the width of the back surface 22 and the outer surface 23, it can be inserted by being elastically deformed, and In the joint part 3, it refers to a material having elasticity that presses the side surface 12 of the outer wall panel by its elastic force.
The hard material means the pressing force from the outdoor side when inserting the backup material 20A into the joint portion 3, the frictional force when the outer wall panel side surface 12 and the backup material 20A are in contact with each other, or the like, or the backup After the material 20A is inserted into the joint portion 3, it refers to a hard material that does not deform due to the pressing force from the outdoor side when the sealing material 4 is filled into the joint portion 3 from the outdoor side.

Thus, the backup material 20A is inserted into the joint portion 3 (in the direction of the arrow A) with the back surface 22 facing the indoor side (see FIG. 4A). Then, the backup material 20A elastically deforms the back surface 22 and the outer surface 23 in the joint portion 3, and is inserted into the joint portion 3 until the back surface 22 and the convex portions 13 and 13 come into contact with each other (FIG. 4 ( b)).

In the present embodiment, the width of the back surface 22 and the outer surface 23 is configured to be wider than the width of the joint portion 3, but the width of the back surface 22 and / or the outer surface 23 is greater than the width of the joint portion 3. Also, it may be configured narrowly, or the shape of the body portion 21 may be a quadrangular prism, a triangular cylinder, or the like. In other words, any configuration may be used as long as it can be inserted into the joint portion 3 and the back surface 22 and the convex portions 13 and 13 come into contact with each other in the joint portion 3.
Further, the outer wall panel facing surface 24 is made of a hard material, but may be a soft material as in the case of the back surface 22 and the outer surface 23.

The backup material 20B of the second embodiment will be described.
In addition, since the backup material 20B in this embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, the same reference numerals are given to the same points as those of the first embodiment, and the detailed description thereof is omitted, and different parts are described. The explanation is centered.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the backup material 20 </ b> B mainly includes a trunk portion 21 and a protrusion portion 25.
The protruding portion 25 includes a protruding portion 25a and a protruding portion 25b. The protruding portion 25a protrudes in the joint portion 3 so as to contact the outer wall panel side surface 12 in the direction of the convex portion 13 and toward the outer wall panel side surface 12, and faces the convex portion 13 in the trunk portion 21. The body portion 21 and the body portion 21 are physically provided along both outer angles. The protruding portion 25b protrudes in the joint portion 3 so as to contact the outer wall panel side surface 12 toward the outdoor side direction and the outer wall panel side surface 12, and on the side facing the sealing material 4 in the trunk portion 21. It is provided integrally with the body portion 21 along both outer angles.

Thus, the backup material 20B is inserted into the joint portion 3 (in the direction of arrow A) with the back surface 22 facing the indoor side (see FIG. 6A). The back-up material 20B elastically deforms the inner surface 22 and the outer surface 23 in the joint portion 3, and is inserted into the joint portion 3 until the projections 25a and 25a and the projections 13 and 13 come into contact with each other (FIG. 6 (b)).

In this embodiment, the width between the protrusions 25a and 25a and the width between the protrusions 25b and 25b are configured to be wider than the width of the joint portion 3, but between the protrusions 25a and 25a and / or the protrusions. The width between the portions 25b and 25b may be configured to be narrower than the width of the joint portion 3.
The projecting portions 25a and 25a are provided along both outer angles on the side of the body portion 21 that faces the convex portion 13. However, the projecting portions 25a may be provided partially at both ends of the back surface 22. Further, a configuration provided on the outer wall panel facing surfaces 24, 24, or a configuration protruding from the middle part of the back surface 22 may be used.
The protruding direction of the protruding portion 25a is the direction of the protruding portion 13 and the direction of the outer wall panel side surface 12. However, the protruding direction of the protruding portion 25a is not limited to this direction, and is protruded toward the outer wall panel side surface 12. It may be the case.
The body portion 21 is a flat hard member, and a protruding portion 25a is provided from an end portion facing the convex portion 13, and a protruding portion 25b is provided from an end portion facing the sealing material 4. It doesn't matter.
In other words, any structure that can be inserted into the joint portion 3 and in which the protrusion 25a and the convex portion 13 come into contact with each other in the joint portion 3 may be used. The height of the convex portion 13, the width of the joint portion 3, or the trunk Depending on the shape and the like of the portion 21, the protruding lengths, protruding angles, materials, and the like of the protruding portions 25a and 25b may be appropriately changed.

As described above, the outer wall panel 10 attached to the steel frame 2 is provided with the convex portion 13. For this reason, when the backup materials 20A and 20B are inserted into the joint portion 3 formed by arranging the outer wall panels 10 in parallel, the convex portions 13 and 13 and the backup materials 20A and 20B come into contact with each other, and the backup material 20A. -The insertion position in the joint part 3 of 20B will be fixed. Therefore, the insertion position of the backup materials 20A and 20B in the joint portion 3 can be fixed to a desired insertion position regardless of the experience and technique of the operator, and as a result, the sealing material 4 to the joint portion 3 can be secured. Can be easily filled.

Furthermore, the convex part 13 consists of soft materials, such as a low-resilience urethane material. For this reason, when the mounting fixture 30 or the mounting fixture necessary for the mounting operation of the outer wall panel 10 is inserted into the joint portion 3, when the mounting fixture or the like comes into contact with the convex portion 13, the convex portion 13. The abutting portion can be easily deformed with the mounting tool or other bar material. On the other hand, depending on the pressing force applied from the backup materials 20A and 20B when the backup material 20A and 20B are inserted into the joint portion 3 and the backup materials 20A and 20B and the convex portion 13 come into contact with each other, There is no immediate deformation. Therefore, the steel frame drive of the outer wall panel 10 has a function of setting the insertion positions of the backup materials 20A and 20B in the joint portion 3 to a desired insertion position and the protrusion 13 has a high protruding width. The attachment work to the body 2 and the repair after the outer wall panel 10 is attached to the steel frame 2 can be easily performed. Moreover, when the structure about the protrusion width | variety of the convex part 13 is comprised by the protrusion width | variety formed between the convex parts 13 * 13 which the predetermined space which can visually recognize the attachment metal fitting 30 etc. from the outdoor side opposes, The operation of attaching the panel 10 to the steel frame 2 can be performed more easily.
About the deformed part in the convex part 13, it self-resets to the original shape. For this reason, even if the situation where it is necessary to change the convex part 13 frequently arises, the cost and time burden etc. which repair the convex part 13 etc. do not increase.
In a configuration in which the convex portion 13 is partially provided, that is, in a case where the predetermined portion of the outer wall panel side surface 12 related to the work of attaching the outer wall panel 10 to the steel frame 2 is configured so that the convex portion 13 is not provided, The operation of attaching the outer wall panel 10 to the steel frame body 2 and the repair of the outer wall after the outer wall panel 10 is attached to the steel body body 2 can be performed more easily. Further, when such a configuration is adopted, the outer wall panel 10 may be used when the projecting width of the convex portion 13 is high and the width between the convex portions 13 and 13 is narrowed, or when the joint portion 3 is narrow. Even when the mounting operation is more difficult, the mounting operation of the outer wall panel 10 can be easily performed.
In addition, when the convex part 13 and the board | plate material 11 are integrally molded and the convex part 13 is made into a hard material, the man-hour, expense, etc. at the time of manufacturing the outer wall panel 10 can be reduced.

Backup material 20A * 20B is the structure provided with the trunk | drum 21 formed in square cylinder shape. The backup material 20A is configured such that the width of the back surface 22 and the outer surface 23 is large, and the backup material 20B is configured such that the width between the protrusions 25a and 25a is wider than the width of the joint portion 3. The back surface 22 and the outer surface 23 of the body portion 21 of the backup materials 20A and 20B are made of a soft elastic material.
For this reason, when inserting backup material 20A * 20B in the joint part 3, the inner surface 22 and the outer surface 23 will elastically deform. Therefore, even if the width of the back surface 22 and the outer surface 23, the width between the protrusions 25a and 25a, and the width between 25b and 25b are configured wider than the width of the joint portion 3, the joints of the backup materials 20A and 20B Insertion into the part 3 can be easily performed.

Further, when the backup material 20A is inserted into the joint portion 3, the back surface 22 and the outer surface 23 are elastically deformed, and both ends of the back surface 22 of the backup material 20A and the outer wall panel side surface 12 are in contact with each other. The insertion position in the joint portion 3 will be deepened. Therefore, the insertion position of the backup material 20A in the joint portion 3 is deepened, and when the backup material 20A and the convex portion 13 come into contact with each other, even if the protruding width of the convex portion 13 is low, the backup material 20A. And the convex part 13 will contact | abut reliably in the joint part 3. FIG.

In the backup material 20 </ b> B, the protrusions 25 a and 25 a are configured to protrude from both end portions of the back surface 22 toward the convex portion 13 and toward the outer wall panel side surface 12. For this reason, when the back-up material 20B is inserted into the joint portion 3, the back surface 22 and the outer surface 23 are elastically deformed, so that both end portions of the protrusions 25a and 25a and the outer wall panel side surface 12 are in contact with each other. In this state, the insertion position in the joint portion 3 is deepened. When the backup material 20B is inserted into the joint portion 3 deeply and the backup material 20B comes into contact with the convex portion 13, the protrusions 25a and 25a are connected to the convex portions 13 and 13 and the plate materials 11 and 11, respectively. It will contact the corner formed by.
Therefore, even when the protruding width of the convex portion 13 is low, the backup material 20 </ b> B and the convex portion 13 come into contact with each other more reliably in the joint portion 3.
Further, the back surface 22 is elastically deformed, the corners on the side facing the convex portion 13 are smoothed, and the width is formed so as to make it difficult for the corners and the convex portion 13 to contact each other. Even if it is a case where it inserts in the joint part 3 which exists, the backup material 20B and the convex part 13 will contact | abut more reliably in the joint part 3. FIG.

After the backup materials 20A and 20B are inserted into the joint portion 3, the outer wall panel side surfaces 12 and 12 are pressed by the elastic force of the back surface 22 and the outer surface 23. Therefore, when the backup materials 20A and 20B are inserted into the joint portion 3, the backup materials 20A and 20B exhibit a secondary waterproof function.

The outer wall panel facing surfaces 24 and 24 of the backup materials 20A and 20B are made of a hard material.
For this reason, when inserting the backup materials 20A and 20B into the joint portion 3, depending on the pressing force from the outdoor side, the frictional force when sliding in contact with the outer wall panel side surface 12, etc., the outer wall panel facing surface 24 and 24 are not easily deformed. Furthermore, after inserting the backup material 20A / 20B into the joint part 3, the outer wall panel facing surfaces 24, 24 are also affected by the pressing force from the outdoor side when the sealing material 4 is filled into the joint part 3 from the outdoor side. It is not easily deformed.
Therefore, when the backup materials 20A and 20B are inserted into the joint portion 3, the situation in which it is difficult to insert the backup materials 20A and 20B into the joint portion 3 is prevented, and the backup materials 20A and 20B are disposed at the joint portion. After the insertion into 3, it is possible to prevent a situation in which the insertion positions of the backup materials 20 </ b> A and 20 </ b> B in the joint portion 3 vary.
Also, if the outer wall panel facing surfaces 24, 24 are not made of a hard material, but are made of the same material (soft elastic material) as the back surface 22 and the outer surface 24, and are made thick so as not to be elastically deformed, they are hard. The same effect as that of the material can be obtained, and in addition, the integral molding can be easily performed.

When the protrusion 25a is a hard material, the backup material 20B is inserted into the joint portion 3, and the protrusion 25a and the protrusion 13 come into contact with each other or after the backup material 20B is inserted. When the sealing part 4 is filled in the joint part 3 from the outdoor side, the protrusion 25a is not deformed, so that the backup material 20B can be easily inserted into the joint part 3, and the joint part 3 of the backup material 20B can be inserted. The insertion position is fixed more reliably.
Further, when the tip of the protrusion 25a has a shape with little frictional resistance, for example, when the tip of the protrusion 25a is formed on the R surface, the outer wall panel side surface 12 and the protrusion 25a come into contact with each other and slide. The frictional resistance when moving is reduced. For this reason, even if it is the structure which made the projection part 25a protrude toward the direction of the convex part 13 and the direction of the outer wall panel side surface 12 like the backup material 20B, the backup material 20B is easily in the joint part 3. Can be inserted into.

Further, in the case where the configuration of the outer wall panel 10 is a configuration in which a groove is provided along the outer wall panel side surface 12 in place of the convex portion 13 so that the protruding portion 25a is locked, the backup material 20B is connected to the joint portion. When inserted into 3, the protrusion 25a is locked in the groove, and the insertion position of the backup material 20B can be reliably fixed. Furthermore, man-hours and costs for manufacturing the outer wall panel 10 can be reduced.

FIG. 7 shows a configuration in which the thermal expansion material 40 is provided on the inner wall surface of the hollow portion of the backup material 20B.
The thermal expansion material 40 is a thermal expansion refractory material that expands when a predetermined temperature is reached, and is provided along the inner wall surface of the hollow portion of the trunk portion 21. The hollow portion of the body portion 21 provided with the thermal expansion material 40 is still formed in a normal temperature state. On the other hand, for example, when reaching a high temperature state such as during a fire, the thermal expansion material 40 expands, and the expanded thermal expansion material 40 fills the hollow portion. For this reason, in a high temperature state such as during a fire, the thermal expansion material 40 expands, so that oxygen in the hollow portion is discharged out of the joint structure 1 and decreases the oxygen concentration in the hollow portion. . Therefore, it becomes possible to improve the fireproof performance of the joint structure 1 of the building outer wall. Further, the thermal expansion material 40 may be provided in the hollow portion of the trunk portion 21 of the backup material 20A.
The side surface 24 is not deformed when the backup material 20 is inserted into the joint portion 3 or the like. Therefore, when the thermal expansion material 40 is provided along the inner wall surface of the side surface 24, the backup material is used. This is preferable because it does not affect the insertion of 20 into the joint portion 3.
