7.処理液1リットル当り、A成分として、バチルス・チューリンジエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)菌を重量として1mg〜500mgの範囲で、B成分として、ボーベリア・バシアーナ(Beauveria bassiana)を分生子数として1×107個〜3×1012個の範囲、ボーベリア・ブロンニアティ(Beauveria brongniartii)を胞子数として1×107個〜1×1012個の範囲、バーティシリウム・レカニ(Verticillium lecanii)を胞子数として1×105個〜1×1010個の範囲、又はペキロマイセス・フモソロセウス(Paecilomyces fumosoroseus)を胞子数として1×105個〜1×1010個の範囲、の少なくともひとつで含有してなることを特徴とする、前記1〜6項のいずれかに記載の有害生物防除組成物。
8.処理液1リットル当り、A成分として、バチルス・チューリンジエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)菌を重量として5mg〜100mgの範囲で、B成分として、ボーベリア・バシアーナ(Beauveria bassiana)を分生子数として5×108個〜4×1010個の範囲、ボーベリア・ブロンニアティ(Beauveria brongniartii)を胞子数として7×108個〜2×1010個の範囲、バーティシリウム・レカニ(Verticillium lecanii)を胞子数として3×107個〜5×108個の範囲、又はペキロマイセス・フモソロセウス(Paecilomyces fumosoroseus)を胞子数として6×107個〜1×109個の範囲、の少なくともひとつで含有してなることを特徴とする、前記1〜7項のいずれかに記載の有害生物防除組成物。
10.有害生物が鱗翅目害虫であることを特徴とする前記9に記載の有害生物防除方法。
11.有害生物がハスモンヨトウ(Spodoptera litura)であることを特徴とする前記10に記載の有害生物防除方法。
14.バチルス・チューリンジエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)がABTS−1857株(寄託番号:ATCC/SD−5415)である、上記1〜13のいずれかに記載の有害生物防除組成物及び/又は有害生物防除方法。
15.ボーベリア・バシアーナ(Beauveria bassiana)がGHA株(Strain GHA)であることを特徴とする上記1〜14のいずれかに記載の有害生物防除組成物及び/又は有害生物防除方法。
また、ガス状担体、即ち、噴射剤としては、例えばフロンガス、ブタンガス、液化石油ガス、ジメチルエーテル、炭酸ガス等があげられる。
これらの農薬成分は市販されているか、または農薬として知られた成分であり、これらの成分は、農薬ハンドブック(2002年)、農薬要覧(2005年)(いずれも日本植物防疫協会)、クミアイ農薬総覧(2005年)、SHIBUYA INDEX(2005年)(いずれも全農)などで知られる。
本発明組成物は、その有効量を、有害生物、有害生物の生息場所、有害生物から保護すべき植物等に処理される。その際、本発明組成物が乳剤、水和剤、顆粒水和剤、フロアブル剤等に製剤化されたものである場合には、通常、水等で希釈して処理される。
また、製剤例の使用割合を示す「部」は特にことわりのない限り重量部を意味する。
BT菌培養物10部と、昆虫病原性糸状菌培養物1部とを、キシレン36.5部及びジメチルホルムアミド36.5部に溶解し、これにポリオキシエチレンスチリルフェニルエーテル10部及びドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸カルシウム6部を加え、よく攪拌混合して乳剤を得る。
BT菌培養物45部と、昆虫病原性糸状菌培養物5部とを、ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム4部、リグニンスルホン酸カルシウム2部、合成含水酸化珪素微粉末22部及び珪藻土22部を混合した中に加え、よく攪拌混合して水和剤を得る。
BT菌培養物5部に、昆虫病原性糸状菌培養物1部、合成含水酸化珪素微粉末5部、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム5部、ベントナイト30部及びクレー54部を加え、よく攪拌混合し、次いでこれらの混合物に適当量の水を加え、さらに攪拌し、増粒機で製粒し、通風乾燥して粒剤を得る。
BT菌培養物4部と、昆虫病原性糸状菌培養物0.5部、合成含水酸化珪素微粉末1部、凝集剤としてドリレスB(三共株式会社製)1部及びクレー8部とを乳鉢でよく混合した後にジュースミキサーで攪拌混合する。得られた混合物にカットクレー86.5部を加えて、充分攪拌混合して粉剤を得る。
BT菌培養物10部と昆虫病原性糸状菌培養物1部及びソルビタントリオエレート1.5部とを、ポリビニルアルコール2部を含む水溶液24.5部中に加え、よく攪拌混合し、次いでこれらの混合物をサンドグラインダーで微粉砕(粒径3μm以下)した後、この中に、キサンタンガム0.05部及びアルミニウムマグネシウムシリケート0.1部を含む水溶液48部を加え、さらにプロピレングリコール15部を加えて攪拌混合してフロアブル剤を得る。

b:有効成分BをN倍の希釈倍数で処理した際の死虫率(%)
E:有効成分AをM倍の希釈倍数、有効成分BをN倍の希釈倍数で処理した際に予想される死虫率の理論値(%)
を表している。
供試薬剤
BT菌製剤品:フローバックDF(商品名)(バチルス・チューリンジエンシス亜種アイザワイ/Bacillus thuringiensis subsp.aizawai)(BT菌の生芽胞及び産生結晶毒素10%)(住友化学株式会社)、昆虫病原性糸状菌製剤品:ボタニガードES(商品名)(ボーベリア・バシアーナ/Beauveria bassiana)(分生子1.6×1010個/ml)(アリスタライフサイエンス株式会社製)、昆虫病原性糸状菌製品:バイオリサ・カミキリ(商品名)(ボーベリア・ブロンニアティ/Beauveria brongniartii)(1×107cfu/cm2)(出光興産株式会社製)、昆虫病原性糸状菌製剤品;プリファード水和剤(商品名)(ペキロマイセス・フモソロセウス/Paecilomyces fumosoroseus)胞子数1×109cfu/g)(東海物産株式会社製)
上記のBT菌製剤品と所定の上記の昆虫病原性糸状菌製剤品とをそれぞれ所定の希釈倍数になるように混合し、水で希釈して、展着剤(マイリノー:日本農薬株式会社製)を当該希釈液の1/10000量加え、供試薬液を調製した。また、上記の製剤品単独の希釈液もしくは水に展着剤を同様に加え、比較及び無処理として供試した。

1(食害面積が葉全体面積の0%超〜5%以下)
2(食害面積が葉全体面積の5%超〜25%以下)
3(食害面積が葉全体面積の25%超〜50%以下)
4(食害面積が葉全体面積の50%超〜75%以下)
5(食害面積が葉全体面積の75%超〜100%以下)
供試薬剤
BT菌製剤品:フローバックDF(商品名)(バチルス・チューリンジエンシス亜種アイザワイ/Bacillus thuringiensis subsp.aizawai)(BT菌の生芽胞及び産生結晶毒素10%)(住友化学株式会社)、病原性糸状菌製剤品:ボタニガードES(商品名)(ボーベリア・バシアーナ/Beauveria bassiana)(分生子1.6×1010個/ml)(アリスタライフサイエンス株式会社製)
供試薬剤

BT菌製剤品:チューンアップ顆粒水和剤(商品名)(バチルス・チューリンジエンシス亜種クルスタキー/Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. kurstaki)(BT菌の生芽胞及び産生結晶毒素10%)(アグロ カネショウ株式会社製)、昆虫病原性糸状菌製剤品:ボタニガードES(商品名)(ボーベリア・バシアーナ/Beauveria bassiana)(分生子1.6×1010個/ml)(アリスタライフサイエンス株式会社製)
Claims (15)
- A成分として、殺虫活性を有するバチルス・チューリンジエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)、及び、B成分として、1種又は2種以上の昆虫病原性糸状菌を含有し、殺虫作用及びこれら両殺虫成分の併用により殺菌作用を併有すること、を特徴とする有害生物防除組成物。
- 請求項1において、A成分がバチルス・チューリンジエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)が産生し得る殺虫性タンパク質であり、B成分が昆虫病原性糸状菌であること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の有害生物防除組成物。
- 殺虫性タンパク質が、バチルス・チューリンジエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)の生菌体、その菌芽胞、それらを熱若しくは化学的手段により死菌化処理された菌体、又はそれら菌体の破砕物に含まれた状態である殺虫性タンパク質の少なくともひとつであること、を特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の有害生物防除組成物。
- 昆虫病原性糸状菌がボーベリア(Beauveria)属、バーティシリウム(Verticillium)属、又はペキロマイセス(Paecilomyces)属の少なくともひとつであること、を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の有害生物防除組成物。
- 昆虫病原性糸状菌がボーベリア・バシアーナ(Beauveria bassiana)、ボーベリア・ブロンニアティ(Beauveria brongniartii)、バーティシリウム・レカニ(Verticillium lecanii)、又はペキロマイセス・フモソロセウス(Paecilomyces fumosoroseus)の少なくともひとつであること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の有害生物防除組成物。
- 処理液1リットル当り、A成分として、バチルス・チューリンジエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)菌を重量として0.1mg〜1000mgの範囲で、B成分として、ボーベリア・バシアーナ(Beauveria bassiana)を分生子数として1×106個〜1×1015個の範囲、ボーベリア・ブロンニアティ(Beauveria brongniartii)を胞子数として1×106個〜1×1014個の範囲、 バーティシリウム・レカニ(Verticillium lecanii)を胞子数として1×103個〜1×1012個の範囲、又はペキロマイセス・フモソロセウス(Paecilomyces fumosoroseus)を胞子数として1×103個〜1×1011個の範囲、の少なくともひとつで含有してなること、を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の有害生物防除組成物。
- 処理液1リットル当り、A成分として、バチルス・チューリンジエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)菌を重量として1mg〜500mgの範囲で、B成分として、ボーベリア・バシアーナ(Beauveria bassiana)を分生子数として1×107個〜3×1012個の範囲、ボーベリア・ブロンニアティ(Beauveria brongniartii)を胞子数として1×107個〜1×1012個の範囲、バーティシリウム・レカニ(Verticillium lecanii)を胞子数として1×105個〜1×1010個の範囲、又はペキロマイセス・フモソロセウス(Paecilomyces fumosoroseus)を胞子数として1×105個〜1×1010個の範囲、の少なくともひとつで含有してなること、を特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の有害生物防除組成物。

- バチルス・チューリンジエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)が産生し得る殺虫性タンパク質と昆虫病原性糸状菌との両者の有効量を、混用又は同時若しくは非同時に併用して、保護すべき植物、有害生物又は有害生物の生息場所に施用することにより殺虫及び/又は殺菌を行うこと、を特徴とする有害生物防除方法。
- 有害生物が鱗翅目害虫であること、を特徴とする請求項9に記載の有害生物防除方法。
- 有害生物がハスモンヨトウ(Spodoptera litura)であること、を特徴とする請求項10に記載の有害生物防除方法。
- 殺虫及び/又は殺菌を行う有害生物防除のための、バチルス・チューリンジエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)が産生し得る殺虫性タンパク質と昆虫病原性糸状菌との組み合わせ使用。
- バチルス・チューリンジエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)が亜種アイザワイ(aizawai)であること、を特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の有害生物防除組成物及び/又は有害生物防除方法。
- バチルス・チューリンジエンシス(Bacillus thuringiensis)がABTS−1857株(寄託番号:ATCC/SD−5415)であること、を特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の有害生物防除組成物及び/又は有害生物防除方法。
- ボーベリア・バシアーナ(Beauveria bassiana)がGHA株(Strain GHA)であること、を特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の有害生物防除組成物及び/又は有害生物防除方法。
