Abstract
【解決手段】有機性排水を生物処理槽2に供給して、かかる排水中の有機物質を生物学的に処理した後、生じた処理液を固液分離して取り出される汚泥の少なくとも一部を、曝気装置30を設けた汚泥処理槽20に投入する一方、常温下において、かかる曝気装置30から空気を吹き込み、汚泥処理槽20内の固液混合物のBOD/MLVSSの値が0.15以下又はBOD/MLSSの値が0.1以下となるように、汚泥投入量及び曝気量を制御しつつ、好気性状態下で汚泥処理した後、汚泥処理槽20から取り出される汚泥処理液を再び生物処理槽2に供給して、有機性排水の生物学的処理を行うようにした。

Claims (2)
- 有機性排水を生物処理槽に供給して、該排水中の有機物質を生物学的に処理した後、生じた処理液を固液分離して、浄化された水相を系外に放流する一方、固形分としての汚泥を取り出すようにした生物学的処理方法において、
前記取り出される汚泥の少なくとも一部を、曝気装置を設けた汚泥処理槽に投入する一方、常温下において、かかる曝気装置から空気を吹き込み、常時、該汚泥処理槽内の固液混合物のBOD/MLVSSの値が0.15以下又はBOD/MLSSの値が0.1以下となるように、汚泥投入量及び曝気量を制御しつつ、好気性状態下で汚泥処理した後、かかる汚泥処理槽から取り出される汚泥処理液を再び前記生物処理槽に供給するようにしたことを特徴とする有機性排水の生物学的処理方法。 - 処理されるべき有機性排水を流入せしめて、該排水中の有機物質を生物学的に処理する生物処理槽と、該生物処理槽から導かれた処理液を固液分離して、浄化された水相を系外に放流する一方、固形分としての汚泥が取り出されるようにした固液分離手段とを有する生物学的処理装置において、
前記取り出される汚泥の少なくとも一部を移送せしめる汚泥移送手段と、
曝気装置を備え、かかる曝気装置から吹き込まれる空気によって、常温下において、該汚泥移送手段にて移送された汚泥を、好気性状態下で処理する一方、生じた汚泥処理液を前記生物処理槽に導く返送流路を備えた汚泥処理槽と、
該汚泥処理槽内の固液混合物のBODを測定するBOD測定装置と、
該汚泥処理槽内の固液混合物のMLSSを測定するMLSS測定装置と、
該BOD測定装置で測定されたBOD値と該MLSS測定装置で測定されたMLSS値の比(BOD/MLSS)が常に0.1以下となるように、前記汚泥移送手段による前記汚泥処理槽への汚泥投入量及び前記曝気装置による該汚泥処理槽における曝気量を制御する制御装置とを、
設けたことを特徴とする有機性排水の生物学的処理装置。
