Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a packaging device, and more particularly to a packaging device for packaging a bag-like pouch filled with a liquid substance in a packaging box.
Bag-like pouches filled with liquid or fluid substances are widely used to supply various foods and chemicals. For example, in order to supply functional food, a flexible bag-like pouch is used, and the functional food is filled into the inside from the mouth of the pouch and used for logistics. In this case, the pouch is provided for physical distribution in a packing form as described in, for example, JP-A-2002-284234. That is, the packaging bags are divided into a plurality of packaging bag bundles that are bundled by a predetermined number, and the positions of the spouts of the plurality of packaging bag bundles are arranged alternately on the left and right sides in the order of the arrangement of the packaging bag bundles. The spout portion of each packaging bag bundle belonging to the first packaging bag bundle row in which the spout portion is disposed is arranged alternately in the order of arrangement, and at the same time, the spout portion is disposed on the other side in the left-right direction. A storage structure is also disclosed in which the spout portions of the packaging bag bundles belonging to the two packaging bag bundle rows are alternately arranged in the order of arrangement.
Thus, when packing a bag-like pouch filled with a liquid substance, it is necessary to efficiently arrange the pouch in the packaging box, and the filling efficiency must be increased. In addition, when an impact is applied from the outside during distribution, or when the packaging box falls, the internal pouch must be broken to prevent accidents in which the liquid substance flows out.
In JP-A-2003-128148, in a corrugated cardboard cushioning material that is inserted into an outer box and supports an article, a ridge plate and a folding plate that are arranged in a staggered manner with a notch on both sides of a base plate that receives the article. By sequentially connecting and winding the ridge plate and the folded plate, a difference is made in the angle between the adjacent ridge plates. A packaging form has been proposed in which the bending angle of the ridge plate and the folded plate with respect to the base plate is maintained, and the space between the base plates of each cushioning material is maintained.
According to such a packing form, the pouch filled inside can be stably protected by the base plate. However, such a form complicates the structure of the packaging material and increases its cost. Further, each pouch is sandwiched and held in the base plate, so that there is a drawback that it takes time for packing.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-224400 discloses a filling pouch for packing in a packing structure for a filling pouch with a spout that houses a large number of filling pouches provided with a spout at one end of a pouch body filled with contents in a carton. Three or more predetermined numbers are combined to form a plurality of pouch sets, and the pouch sets are stacked vertically in a box. The pouch sets are endless in a polygonal shape with each filling pouch placed horizontally. The pouch side end of each filling pouch faces the same side in the arrangement direction, and the spout is assembled so as to overlap the adjacent filling pouch, and the storage space of each pouch set is between the pouch sets. A partition member for partitioning is provided.
An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging device that efficiently fills a packaging box with a bag-like pouch filled with a liquid substance.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a packaging device in which a bag-like pouch filled with a liquid material is prevented from being broken by an impact from the outside or dropping of a packaging box in a physical distribution stage.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a packing device that has a simple packing form and is easy to pack a bag-like pouch.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a low-cost packaging device for packaging a bag-like pouch filled with a liquid substance.
Yet another object of the present invention is a packing device in which the filling of the pouch during packing is simple and the filling operation into the packing box for packing the pouch can be easily mechanized. In addition, the pouch may include a first spout at a corner portion and a second spout at a side edge not including the first spout. Moreover, when packing in a packaging box, the said 2nd spout may be distribute | arranged to the position which does not oppose the side plate of the said packaging box. Further, when packed in a packaging box, it is preferable that the pouches adjacent to each other in the lateral direction have a posture rotated by 180 ° ± 20 °.
The main invention of the present application is a packing device for packing a bag-shaped pouch filled with a liquid substance in a packaging box, and arranging a plurality of pouches side by side in the packaging box and the top of the pouches arranged side by side. In addition, the partition plate is arranged at the end, and the partition plate having a support plate at the end is used as the lower partition plate, and the flat partition plate is used as the upper partition plate.
Therefore, according to such a form, the pouches arranged side by side in the packaging box are stably protected in a state of being partitioned by the partition plate having the support plate and the flat partition plate. The pouch can be filled in the packaging box with high filling efficiency while preventing the bag breaking accident. Moreover, since two types of partition plates, that is, a partition plate having a support plate and a flat partition plate, are used as the partition plate, the filling operation is simplified, thereby providing a packaging device with excellent workability. become able to. In addition, since the filling operation is simplified, mechanization for filling is facilitated.
Another main invention of the present application is a packing apparatus for packing a bag-shaped pouch filled with a liquid substance in a packaging box, in which two pouches are juxtaposed in the vertical direction and a set of two pouches juxtaposed is arranged horizontally. The partition plate is arranged side by side in the direction, the partition plate is arranged on the pouch arranged side by side, and the partition plate having a support plate at the end is used as the lower partition plate, and the flat partition plate is used as the upper partition plate It is what.
Therefore, according to such a configuration, two pouches can be juxtaposed in the vertical direction, and a set of two pouches juxtaposed can be arranged side by side in the horizontal direction. It becomes possible to pack the sets in the packaging box side by side. Moreover, since the partition plate provided with a support plate at the end is used as the lower partition plate and the flat partition plate is used as the upper partition plate, a set of pouches in which two pouches are juxtaposed in the vertical direction by these partition plates. Can be stably and reliably protected.
Also in such a configuration, since the filling operation is simplified, mechanization for filling is facilitated.
Still another main invention of the present application is a packing device for packing a bag-shaped pouch filled with a liquid substance in a packaging box, and two pouches are juxtaposed in the vertical direction, and a set of two pouches juxtaposed is arranged. It is arranged side by side, and a partition plate is arranged between the upper and lower pouches arranged side by side, and the partition plate is the same as or smaller than the size of the internal space of the packaging box. It is a thing.
Therefore, according to such a configuration, two pouches are juxtaposed in the vertical direction, and two juxtaposed pouches are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction. It will be stored in the packaging box side by side in the direction. In addition, when these pouches are arranged in a plurality of stages, a flat partition plate is provided between the pair of upper and lower pouches so as to create a gap of 20 mm or less on one side that is the same as or smaller than the inner space of the packaging box. With such a partition plate, the load between the upper pouches is evenly shared, and the load is not locally applied to the specific pouches at the lower step, thereby preventing a bag breaking accident. It becomes like this. Also in such a configuration, since the filling operation is simplified, mechanization for filling is facilitated.
The present invention will be described below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings.

Such a corrugated cardboard sheet is assembled as a packaging box for storing a pouch filled with functional food, as shown in FIGS. That is, the four

Next, another form of the
The
As shown in FIGS. 17 to 19, the

The
包装箱60としては、例えば、その外形寸法であって横方向の長さが355mm(内寸法345mm)、奥行が265mm(同255mm)、高さが145mm(同125mm)の包装箱が用いられる。
As the
In addition, what is shown to FIG. 21A has shown the arrangement | sequence on the
Next, another embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In this embodiment, a
24 to 25 show such a packaging form of the
In such a packing form, as shown in FIG. 25 in particular, the
When the
Such packaging of the
In such a form, the
In both of the above-described two embodiments, the
Tables 1 and 2 show the results of the drop test for the two embodiments. Table 3 shows data of a drop test of a comparative example for a conventional packaging form. In these drop tests, the packaging box is filled with the pouch in each of the two embodiments, and the presence or absence of broken bags in the drop test is confirmed. For example, when the drop height is 60 cm-50 cm-50 cm, the drop test is sequentially performed on three surfaces in the order of the
As a result of the drop test, according to the first embodiment of the packaging form in which four pouches are placed in one stage and three pouches are placed in one stage, a bag breakage occurs at 110 cm-100 cm-100 cm. ing. Therefore, it has been proved that pouch breakage does not occur at a height of 100 cm-90 cm-90 cm, and that it can be stably used for physical distribution. Further, in the second embodiment, the two pieces arranged in the vertical direction are further arranged in two rows in the horizontal direction, and four spouts in one row and a total of 12 spouts are put in three rows. The results of the form drop test are shown in Table 2. Here, the
Table 3 shows the result of a drop test in the case of a conventional packing form, in which a spout is filled in a cross-beam shape. Such a packing form is a packing form proposed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-224400. In the case of this packaging form, in the drop test of 110 cm-100 cm-100 cm, a middle-edge edge breakage accident has occurred. Therefore, the results shown in Table 1 and the results shown in Table 3 are almost equivalent. That is, the packing form shown in Table 1 of the present application can obtain high filling efficiency while exhibiting substantially the same bag breaking resistance as the case of the conventional cross-girder-like filling structure. Therefore, while maintaining safety equivalent to that of the prior art, the packing efficiency is excellent, and further, mechanization of filling is possible. Further, it has been proved that the configuration in which two rows of spout groups in the vertical direction shown in Table 2 are arranged in the horizontal direction exhibits high filling efficiency and extremely high bag breaking resistance.
