Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a press apparatus that presses a workpiece.
FIG. 7 is a graph showing the relationship between the output Po of the press device and the required pressure Pn with respect to the stroke X in the prior art. The stroke X indicates the distance between the movable platen and the fixed platen, and the movable platen and the fixed platen are closest to each other via the upper and lower molds, that is, the maximum pressure is applied to the upper and lower molds. X = 0 mm.
As can be seen from the necessary pressure Pn shown in FIG. 7, when the workpiece is pressed, the largest pressure is required in the stroke section for applying the pressure by bringing the upper die and the lower die close to each other. . On the other hand, the large pressure as described above is not required in the stroke section until the upper mold and the lower mold are brought close to each other.
However, as can be seen from FIG. 7, the output Po of the press device is normally almost constant, and therefore, this output Po needs to be larger than the required applied pressure Pn that becomes maximum near the stroke X = 0 mm. In the case where the stroke X is not near 0 mm, a large output is generated unnecessarily, and there is a problem that the efficiency is low. For example, a pressing device with an output Po of 5000 kN or more is required even when a pressing force of 5000 kN (500 Ton) is necessary only in the vicinity of the stroke X = 0 mm and a large pressing force such as 5000 kN is not required for other strokes. (See Fig. 7).
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a press apparatus that can generate a necessary pressing force with a small driving force.
In order to achieve the above object, in the press device according to claim 1, the fixed platen (12), the movable platen (13) movable up and down relative to the fixed platen, and the movable platen The plate is moved up and down with respect to the fixed plate, and the workpiece is placed between the upper die (31a, 32a, 33a) and the lower die (31b, 32b, 33b) by pressing the movable plate. Main driving means (17, 18) for applying a pressing force, a support plate (11) supported above the movable plate so as not to move relative to the fixed plate, and a lower surface of the support plate. The other end of the upper toggle link (20a) whose one end is swingably connected and the other end of the lower toggle link (20b) whose one end is swingably connected to the upper surface of the movable plate are swingable. A toggle mechanism (20) configured to be coupled, and Toggle mechanism driving means (21) capable of applying a pressing force to the workpiece by the upper die and the lower die by changing the swing angle of the side toggle link and the lower toggle link. 22, 22, 40, 51, 52), wherein the toggle mechanism driving means is configured to press the workpiece by the upper die and the lower die. A technical feature is that the pressure is generated by changing the swing angle.
In the first aspect of the invention, the press device moves the movable plate up and down relative to the fixed plate and applies a pressing force to press the workpiece to be placed between the upper die and the lower die. And the other end of the upper toggle link whose one end is swingably connected to the lower surface of the support plate and the other end of the lower toggle link whose one end is swingably connected to the upper surface of the movable plate. By changing the swing mechanism of the toggle mechanism connected to the upper and lower toggle links, it is possible to apply pressure to the workpiece by pressing with the upper and lower molds And toggle mechanism driving means. The toggle mechanism driving means changes the swing angle and generates a pressure when the workpiece is pressed by the upper die and the lower die.
Thus, in the stroke section until the upper mold and the lower mold are brought close to each other, that is, in the stroke section that does not require a large applied pressure, the movable plate is moved only by the main drive means. On the other hand, in a stroke section for applying pressure to the upper mold and the lower mold, that is, a stroke section that requires large pressure, the movable plate is moved by both the main drive means and the toggle mechanism to apply the pressure. generate.
Thereby, the applied pressure required for the main drive means can be reduced. In addition, since a large pressing force can be generated with a small driving force by adopting the toggle mechanism, the driving force required for the toggle mechanism driving means can be reduced. As a result, equipment costs can be reduced and energy saving effects can be achieved.
Therefore, a required pressurizing force can be generated with a small driving force.
In the invention of claim 2, the toggle mechanism driving means is disposed between the support plate and the movable platen. As described above, the toggle mechanism driving means is disposed in the space between the support plate and the movable plate, so that the toggle mechanism driving means is disposed so as to protrude from the space. The degree of freedom regarding installation can be improved.
In the invention of claim 3, the toggle mechanism driving means is attached to the outer edge of the support board. For example, when the toggle mechanism driving means is disposed between the support plate and the movable plate as in the second aspect of the invention, it is necessary to support the toggle mechanism drive means so as to move up and down according to the vertical movement of the movable platen. . Therefore, the toggle mechanism driving means can be easily supported by attaching the toggle mechanism driving means to the outer edge of the support board and changing the swing angle of the upper toggle link and the lower toggle link from the outside.

The front-side and back-side toggle

A first
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The operation of the
First, a workpiece (not shown) such as a metal plate is placed on each lower mold. In this state, as shown in FIG. 3A, the connecting portion of the
Then, the hydraulic
In the first embodiment, when the
At this time, no hydraulic pressure is supplied to the toggle
When the state where the stroke X is 20 mm or less is detected by the detection signal from the
In addition, in this 1st Embodiment, since the stroke X when applying pressurizing force to each upper and lower mold | dies 31a-33b and starting to press-work a workpiece is 20 mm, the state which became stroke X = 20 mm or less Is detected, in addition to the
Thereby, the pressurizing force generated by the
When the press work of each workpiece is completed, the hydraulic
In the first embodiment, when the
FIG. 4 is a graph showing the relationship between the output P of the
Here, the relationship between the output P of the
On the other hand, in a stroke section for applying pressure to each of the upper and
As described above, the
In this way, in the stroke section until the
Thereby, the applied pressure required for the
Therefore, a required pressurizing force can be generated with a small driving force.

[Second Embodiment]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 5 is a front view showing a
The
As can be seen from FIG. 5, each toggle
Since each toggle
The operation of the
First, a workpiece (not shown) such as a metal plate is placed on each lower mold. In this state, as shown in FIG. 6A, the connecting portion of the
As in the first embodiment, the hydraulic
At this time, no hydraulic pressure is supplied to each toggle
When the state where the stroke X is 20 mm or less is detected by the detection signal from the
As a result, the pressurizing force generated by the
When the press work of each workpiece is completed, the hydraulic
As described above, in the
