Abstract
Description
The present invention is a heating chamber equipped with a grill to place the food to be cooked and a juice tray located below the grill,
A burner that burns gas fuel in the heating chamber and heats an object to be cooked placed on the grill;
An exhaust passage that is provided to extend upward from a rear portion or a lateral side portion of the heating chamber, and causes the combustion gas of the burner to flow upward and exhaust from an exhaust port at an upper end;
A porous catalyst body that is disposed in the exhaust passage and purifies the combustion gas of the burner;
Due to the suction action caused by the combustion gas of the burner rising and flowing through the exhaust passage, the outside air for cooling is introduced into the heating chamber through the intake hole to cool the soup pan, and the exhaust passage The present invention relates to a grill configured to flow to a lower region in an inlet side portion.
。 Such a grill causes the combustion gas of the burner to flow upward through the exhaust passage and is discharged from the exhaust port. Thus, the outside air for cooling is discharged from the intake hole by the suction action caused by the combustion gas of the burner flowing upward through the exhaust passage. It is introduced into the heating chamber, and the introduced outside air is made to flow so as to cool the juice tray, and then flows to the lower region in the inlet side portion of the exhaust passage, and is discharged through the exhaust passage. It is possible to prevent ignition of oil or the like falling from the object to be cooked without adding water to the soup pan (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The burner combustion gas discharged through the exhaust passage contains unburned gas fuel and gas containing odorous components such as smoke generated from the cooking object. Although not described in Patent Document 1 for discharging, a porous catalyst body that purifies the combustion gas of the burner is disposed at the outlet side portion in the exhaust passage in the exhaust passage as viewed in the flow direction of the combustion gas. It will be provided to cover the whole area.
By the way, the catalyst body is activated by being heated by the combustion gas of the burner flowing through the exhaust passage, and exhibits the action of purifying the combustion gas of the burner. In order to heat, the catalyst body heating part which heats a catalyst body may be provided.
The outside air introduced through the intake holes and flowing to the lower region in the inlet side portion of the exhaust passage has a temperature lower than that of the combustion gas of the burner, but in the conventional grill, the inlet side portion of the exhaust passage The outside air that has flowed to the lower region of the gas is mixed with the combustion gas of the burner, and the combustion gas of the burner whose temperature has been lowered by the mixing of the outside air flows through the exhaust passage and flows to the catalyst body.
For this reason, when purifying the combustion gas while heating the catalyst body only with the heat of the combustion gas, it is difficult to raise the temperature of the catalyst body, and there is a possibility that the purification action of the combustion gas cannot be fully exhibited. In the case where a catalyst body heating section is provided, the catalyst body can be sufficiently heated by heating by the catalyst body heating section, but it is difficult to raise the temperature of the catalyst body with combustion gas. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the heating amount of the catalyst body heating part, and there is a possibility that the energy consumption of the catalyst body heating part increases.
In short, the conventional grill cannot properly heat the catalyst body with the combustion gas, and an improvement is desired.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a grill capable of appropriately heating a catalyst body with combustion gas.
The grill of the present invention is a heating chamber equipped with a grill net for placing an object to be cooked and a juice tray located below the grill,
A burner that burns gas fuel in the heating chamber and heats an object to be cooked placed on the grill;
An exhaust passage that is provided to extend upward from a rear portion or a lateral side portion of the heating chamber, and causes the combustion gas of the burner to flow upward and exhaust from an exhaust port at an upper end;
A porous catalyst body that is disposed in the exhaust passage and purifies the combustion gas of the burner;
Due to the suction action caused by the combustion gas of the burner rising and flowing through the exhaust passage, the outside air for cooling is introduced into the heating chamber through the intake hole to cool the soup pan, and the exhaust passage It is configured to flow to the lower region in the inlet side portion,
The first characteristic configuration is a partition body that divides the exhaust passage vertically so as to separate a flow region in which the combustion gas of the burner flows and a flow region in which the outside air flows into at least a portion of the exhaust passage on the heating chamber side. Is provided,
The catalyst body is disposed in a flow area in the exhaust passage where the combustion gas of the burner flows.
That is, at least a portion on the heating chamber side in the exhaust passage is partitioned vertically by a partition body into a flow area where the burner combustion gas flows and a flow area where the outside air flows, so that the burner combustion gas is burned in the exhaust passage. The catalytic body disposed in the flow area where the combustion gas of the burner flows into the flow area where the combustion gas flows and flows through the flow area, and the combustion gas of the burner in the exhaust passage flows is heated by the combustion gas of the burner flowing through the flow area. The outside air introduced through the intake holes and flowing to the lower region in the inlet side portion of the exhaust passage flows into the flow area where the outside air flows in the exhaust passage and flows through the flow area.
That is, the catalyst body is heated by the combustion gas of the burner in which the mixing of the outside air introduced through the intake holes is suppressed and the temperature drop is suppressed, so that the temperature of the catalyst body that is heated by the combustion gas is increased. Can be
For this reason, when purifying the combustion gas while heating the catalyst body only with the heat of the combustion gas, it becomes easy to raise the temperature of the catalyst body, and the purification action of the combustion gas can be appropriately exhibited. Become. In addition, in the case where a catalyst body heating part is provided, the temperature of the catalyst body is easily increased by combustion gas. Therefore, when the catalyst body is heated sufficiently by heating by the catalyst body heating part, the catalyst body heating is performed. By reducing the heating amount of the part, it is possible to reduce the energy consumption of the catalyst body heating part.
In short, the present inventors have provided a grill that can appropriately heat the catalyst body with combustion gas.
In addition to the first feature configuration, the second feature configuration is
A suppression body that suppresses the flow of liquid components floating in the combustion gas of the burner to the catalyst body side is provided at a portion upstream of the catalyst body in the exhaust passage in the combustion gas flow direction. In the point.
That is, since the liquid component floating in the combustion gas of the burner is prevented from flowing to the catalyst body side, the liquid component floating in the combustion gas of the burner is prevented from adhering to the catalyst body. The
Since gas such as smoke generated from the food to be cooked includes liquid components that are difficult to evaporate such as oil, the combustion gas of the burner containing gas generated from such food to be cooked includes liquid components. When such a liquid component adheres to the catalyst body, the adhering liquid component is difficult to evaporate. Therefore, the portion of the catalyst body where the combustion gas of the burner contacts is gradually narrowed, and the purification performance of the catalyst body gradually increases. descend.
Therefore, by suppressing the liquid component floating in the combustion gas of the burner from adhering to the catalyst body with the suppressor, it is possible to suppress the narrowing of the portion of the catalyst body that contacts the combustion gas of the burner. Therefore, it can suppress that the purification performance of a catalyst body falls.
Accordingly, the durability of the catalyst body can be improved.
The third feature configuration is in addition to the second feature configuration,
The said suppression body exists in the point comprised with the some plate-shaped body arranged in parallel along the combustion gas flow direction so that a serpentine flow path may be formed.
That is, the combustion gas of the burner flows while changing the direction of the meandering flow path formed by a plurality of plate-like bodies arranged in parallel along the combustion gas flow direction against each plate-like body. When the combustion gas hits the plate, the liquid floating in the combustion gas of the burner adheres to the plate, so that the liquid floating in the combustion gas of the burner is prevented from adhering to the catalyst body. It will be.
And even if a liquid component floating in the combustion gas of the burner adheres to each plate-like body, the area of the flow path that allows the flow of combustion gas by each plate-like body is hardly reduced, so a grill is used. Even if the time becomes longer, it becomes possible to prevent the ventilation resistance of the exhaust passage from increasing, and while suppressing the liquid component floating in the combustion gas of the burner from adhering to the catalyst body, A suppressor for properly discharging the combustion gas and appropriately cooling the juice receiving tray by properly introducing the outside air for cooling, and as a result, maintaining the state in which the juice receiving tray is appropriately cooled. Maintenance such as cleaning can be reduced.
By the way, by configuring the suppressor with, for example, a mesh body, and attaching the liquid component floating in the burner combustion gas to the wire constituting the mesh body when the burner combustion gas passes through the mesh body, It is assumed that the liquid component floating in the burner combustion gas is prevented from adhering to the catalyst body. However, in this case, if the liquid component adheres to the wire constituting the mesh body, the hole through which the combustion gas of the burner in the mesh body passes becomes small, so that the ventilation resistance of the exhaust path is likely to increase, and the exhaust path When the ventilation resistance is increased, the combustion gas of the burner becomes difficult to be discharged, and the outside air for cooling becomes difficult to be introduced and the juice receiving tray cannot be cooled appropriately, so that the juice receiving tray is kept properly cooled. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the frequency of maintenance, and the burden of maintenance becomes heavy.
Therefore, the durability of the catalyst body can be improved while reducing maintenance for maintaining the state in which the soup pan is properly cooled.
The fourth feature configuration is in addition to any one of the first to third feature configurations,
The catalyst body heating part for heating the catalyst body is provided.
In other words, the catalyst body heating section can be heated to sufficiently raise the temperature of the catalyst body to accurately exhibit the action of purifying the combustion gas.
In particular, when the burner combustion amount is changed and adjusted, when the burner combustion amount is adjusted to a small amount side, it is difficult to heat the catalyst body sufficiently by heating with only the combustion gas. Even in such a case, the catalyst body can be sufficiently heated.
Therefore, the temperature of the catalyst body can be accurately increased and the action of purifying the combustion gas can be exhibited accurately.
In addition to any one of the first to fourth feature configurations described above, the fifth feature configuration is
The exhaust path is connected to the rear portion of the heating chamber in an obliquely upward posture that is positioned upward as it moves rearward from the heating chamber,
The partition body is provided at a portion of the exhaust passage on the heating chamber side.
That is, the exhaust path is connected to the rear part of the heating chamber in an obliquely upward posture that is located upward as it moves away from the heating chamber, and the partition body is provided in the heating chamber side portion in the exhaust path. The burner combustion gas and outside air that have flowed to the inlet of the exhaust passage will flow into the exhaust passage without greatly changing the direction, and the burner combustion gas and outside air will easily flow into the exhaust passage, and the burner combustion Since mixing of gas and outside air before it flows into the exhaust passage is suppressed, the burner combustion gas and outside air are accurately separated from the range where the basin is partitioned by the partition in the exhaust passage Then, after the burner combustion gas and the outside air pass through the range in which the basin is partitioned by the partition in the exhaust passage, the outside air is mixed with the burner combustion gas, and the temperature of the outside air is thus mixed. Combustion gas reduced burner is to be discharged from the exhaust port.
And since the combustion gas of the burner in which the mixing of the outside air is suppressed can flow in the basin partitioned by the partition in the exhaust passage, the combustion gas of the burner in which the temperature drop due to the mixing of the outside air is further suppressed The catalyst body can be heated, the catalyst body can be heated to a higher temperature, and the combustion gas of the burner can be further appropriately purified.
In addition, since the temperature of the combustion gas of the burner discharged from the exhaust port is reduced due to the outside air being mixed, it is possible to prevent the temperature of the combustion gas of the burner discharged from the exhaust port from increasing.
Therefore, the burner combustion gas can be more appropriately purified while avoiding an increase in the temperature of the burner combustion gas discharged from the exhaust port.

The

The control unit H is configured to heat the three
Since the three
