Description

The present invention relates to a plate stocker used for temporarily storing a surplus material generated by processing by a plate material processing machine or for storing a material plate material.

In a plate processing machine such as a punch press, in addition to processing such as punching and forming, processing for cutting a product plate from a material plate by punching or the like is performed. In many cases, in order to emphasize the processing efficiency of the plate material processing machine, even if the size and shape of the product plate material to be cut out are different, the same material plate material is used. Therefore, depending on the type of product plate material, after the product plate material is cut out from the material plate material, there is a surplus material that still has a portion that can be processed into another product plate material. Conventionally, such surplus materials have been disposed of as waste materials without being effectively used.

On the other hand, the product plate material is carried out of the plate material processing machine by a plate material conveying device (for example, Patent Document 1) and temporarily stored in a plate material storage (for example, Patent Document 2) or loaded on a carriage to the next step. Transported. The surplus material is not conveyed by the plate material conveying device or stored in the plate material storage.
JP 2000-117373 A JP-A-5-306003

As described above, conventionally, surplus materials have been disposed without being effectively used, and the usage of the materials has been wasteful. If a plurality of types of product plate materials are cut out from one material plate material, the above waste can be eliminated, but this is difficult for the following reasons. In other words, the processing schedule of the plate processing machine is basically to process the product plate in the order required in the subsequent process in order to avoid an increase in intermediate inventory and complicated product plate sorting operations. It has been established. For this reason, the same product plate material or the product plate material used in the same process is inevitably processed continuously, and the generation of excess material is inevitable.

Thus, it has been devised to temporarily store the surplus material generated by the plate material processing machine and return to the plate material processing machine when the surplus material becomes available later. In order to realize this idea, a facility for efficiently storing the surplus material is necessary. Since this equipment handles a weak extra-strength material that has been pulled out as a product plate material, it is required that the extra material is not subjected to excessive force during storage or loading / unloading so that the surplus material is not deformed. In addition, it is required that the surplus material is not misaligned during storage or loading / unloading so that the surplus material can be securely stored and the surplus material can be accurately supplied to the plate material processing machine during reuse.
In addition, it is possible to use a plate material transfer device and a plate material storage for product plate material for transport and storage of the surplus material, but this is a mixture of product plate material and surplus material, which hinders the transport and storage of product plate material. There are concerns about inconveniences such as confusion.

An object of the present invention is to provide a plate stocker that can efficiently store a plate material such as a surplus material, can be stored in and out without applying excessive force to the plate material, and the plate material is not displaced during storage or loading / unloading. It is to be.
Another object of the present invention is to enable the plate material stocker to satisfactorily fix the plate material having at least the end portion such as the surplus material to the table member by the plate material fixing means.
Still another object of the present invention is to smoothly carry out and carry in the plate material between the plate material stocker and the work table of the plate material processing machine, and position the plate material carried into the work table with respect to the work table. Is to be able to do it.

The plate stocker according to the present invention is a plate stocker for storing a plate material, and is capable of advancing and retracting to a frame having an opening on the front, and a retracted position inside the frame and an advanced position outside the frame, respectively, via the opening. A plurality of upper and lower table members having a mounting surface on which the plate material is placed, a height at which a table member at an arbitrary step can be transferred at a position where the table member is advanced, and a predetermined height at which the plate material is carried And a table advance / retreat drive mechanism for moving the table member in and out of the elevator and in the frame, and a plate material provided on the mounting surface of the table member provided on the elevator. And a plate material fixing means for fixing to the table member. The plate material can be, for example, a surplus material with the interior removed.

According to this configuration, when the table member moves back and forth between the storage position and the advance position, and the elevator moves up and down, the plate material such as the surplus material generated by the plate material processing machine is placed on the upper and lower table members efficiently. Can be stored. Later, when the stored plate becomes available, the plate is returned to the plate processing machine for processing. Thereby, the surplus material can be effectively used.
Since the entire bottom surface of the plate material placed on the table member mounting surface is supported from below, an excessive force is not applied to the plate material during storage or loading / unloading. For this reason, even if a board | plate material is a remainder material with weak intensity | strength, it cannot change easily.
Further, when the table member is moved back and forth between the storage position and the advanced position by the table advance / retreat drive mechanism, the plate material placed on the table member mounting surface is fixed to the table member by the plate material fixing means. No misalignment at the top. As a result, the plate material can be reliably stored, and the plate material can be accurately supplied to the plate material processing machine during reuse.

In this invention, the plate material fixing means is a gripper that fixes an end portion of the plate material and an end portion of the table member in an overlapping state, and the table advance / retreat drive mechanism moves the gripper forward and backward with respect to the elevator. It can be made to.
In many cases, the plate material stored in the plate material stocker is a surplus material from which the interior is removed, and at least the end portion of the surplus material remains. Therefore, if the plate member fixing means is a gripper that fixes the plate member and the table member in an overlapping state, the plate member fixing device can fix any excess material to the table member. When the plate material fixing means is a gripper, the table member on which the plate material is placed can be moved back and forth between the retracted position and the advanced position by moving the gripper forward and backward with respect to the elevator.

In that case, it is preferable that the plate material carry-in / carry-out mechanism has positioning means for positioning the plate material carried from the table member on the elevator onto the work table of the plate material processing machine with respect to the work table.
If the plate stocker is provided with a plate material loading / unloading mechanism, the plate material can be smoothly loaded and unloaded between the plate stocker and the work table of the plate material processing machine. If the plate material carry-in / out mechanism has a positioning mechanism, the plate material carried into the work table can be positioned with respect to the work table.

The plate stocker according to the present invention is a plate stocker for storing a plate material, and is capable of advancing and retracting to a frame having an opening on the front, and a retracted position inside the frame and an advanced position outside the frame, respectively, via the opening. Plate member fixing means for fixing the plate member to the table member, so that a plate material such as a surplus material can be efficiently stored without applying an excessive force to the plate member. You can store and out like, moreover plate material storage or during loading and unloading or the like is not misaligned.

In the case where the plate material is a surplus material with the inside removed, the surplus material can be effectively utilized.

The plate material fixing means is a gripper that fixes an end portion of the plate material and an end portion of the table member so as to overlap each other, and the table advance / retreat drive mechanism moves the gripper forward and backward with respect to the elevator. In this case, the plate material with at least the end portions such as the remainder material can be successfully fixed to the table member by the plate material fixing means.

A plate material loading / unloading mechanism for loading and unloading the plate material between a work table of a plate material processing machine installed adjacent to the frame and a table member on the elevator is provided. The plate material loading / unloading mechanism is provided on the elevator. In the case of having positioning means for positioning the plate material carried from the table member onto the work table of the plate material processing machine with respect to the work table, the plate material is smoothly carried in and out between the plate material stocker and the work table of the plate material processing machine. The plate material carried into the work table can be positioned with respect to the work table.

The table member 31 is a plate-like member whose upper surface is a placement surface 31a on which the plate material W is placed. As shown in FIG. 5, a plurality of balls 31b are provided on the placement surface 31a so as to be freely rollable. The plate member W placed on the placement surface 31a is supported so as to be movable back and forth and right and left. Instead of providing the balls 31b on the mounting surface 31a, the plate material W can be supported movably in the front-rear and left-right directions even if a large number of brushes (not shown) are implanted on the mounting surface 31a. Each table member 31 can move forward and backward along the rail 30e to a storage position A (FIG. 4) in the frame 30 and an advance position B (FIG. 4) outside the front of the frame 30 through the opening 30d. is there. The table advancing / retracting drive mechanism 33 that moves the table member 31 back and forth will be described later.

The elevator 32 is installed on the front outer side of the frame 30 and moves up and down along the front upper and lower frame members 30a. The elevator 32 includes a planar rectangular elevator frame 32a, and a rail 32b in the front-rear direction is provided inside the elevator frame 32a. When the rail 32b of the elevator 32 is at the same height as the rail 30e of the frame 30, the table member 31 can transfer the rails 30e and 32b to each other. On the right edge of the elevator frame 32a, a transfer plate 32c is provided that is interposed between the table member 31 on the elevator 32 and the work table 5 of the plate material processing machine 1.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the plurality of rollers 41 provided in the elevator 32 are brought into rolling contact with the front, back, and outer surfaces of the front upper and lower frame members 30a, respectively, so that the elevator 32 is guided up and down. Yes. The elevator elevating mechanism 42 is connected to the output shaft 43 a of the elevating drive motor 43 provided in the upper part of the frame 30 and the transmission shaft 44 in the left-right direction via a chain transmission device 45, and is further connected to the left and right ends of the transmission shaft 44. Lift chains 48 are respectively hung on the provided claw wheels 46 and the claw wheels 47 provided on the left and right lower ends of the frame 30, and the left and right ends of the elevator 32 are respectively attached to both ends of the lift chains 48.

When the elevating drive motor 43 rotates, the left and right lift chains 48 move on the track, and the elevator 32 attached thereto moves up and down. By controlling the rotation of the lift drive motor 43 in accordance with the detection by the elevator height detection means 49, the elevator 32 is loaded with the height at which the table member 31 at any stage can be transferred, and the plate material processing machine 1 carries in the plate material W. Stop at a predetermined height. In this case, the predetermined height for loading the plate material W is the height of the work table 5 of the plate material processing machine 1. The elevator height detection means 49 includes, for example, a detection object 49a provided on the frame 30 and a detection unit 49b such as a photoelectric sensor that detects the detection object 49a.

The table advancing / retracting drive mechanism 33 moves the table member 31 in and out of the storage position A and the advance position B, and includes a drawer 52 that moves back and forth along the track 51. The drawer 52 is attached to a chain device driven by a servo motor, for example. The drawer 52 is provided with a plurality of drawer grippers 53 as plate material fixing means for fixing the plate material W placed on the mounting surface 31 a of the table member 31 to the table member 31. As shown in FIG. 5, the drawer gripper 53 has a pair of upper and lower claws 53a and 53b, and the claws 53a and 53b hold only the front end portion of the table member 31 or the front end portion of the plate member W and the table. The front end portion of the member 31 can be sandwiched and fixed. Each drawer gripper 53 simultaneously opens and closes the claws 53a and 53b by an opening / closing drive source (not shown). The claws 53a and 53b can be opened and closed separately.

In addition to the drawer gripper 53, the elevator 32 is provided with a plurality of discharge grippers 54. The drawer gripper 53 and the discharge gripper 54 are arranged with their positions shifted from each other to the left and right. The discharge gripper 54 is an end material holding means used when discharging the unnecessary plate material W, that is, the end material, to the lower end material discharge portion 36. As shown in FIG. It has a pair of upper and lower claws 54a and 54b that can be held and held. Each discharge gripper 54 simultaneously opens and closes the claws 54a and 54b by an unshown opening / closing drive source. Each discharge gripper 54 is attached to a common attachment shaft 55, and is rotatable about the attachment shaft 55. The support 56 that supports the mounting shaft 55 can move back and forth along the track 57. When the support 56 moves back and forth, the discharge gripper 54 can hold the plate material W placed on the table member 31 at the advanced position B, and a non-position located in front of the action position C. The position is changed to the action position D.

In this embodiment, the end material discharging portion 36 is a box with wheels 36a. The end material discharging portion 36 is put into and out of a space opened in front of the plate stocker 3 to a stop position below the elevator 32. The end material discharge part 36 is not restricted to a thing with a wheel.

The plate material loading / unloading mechanism 35 is for loading and unloading the plate material W between the work table 5 of the plate material processing machine 1 and the table member 31 on the elevator 32. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the plate material carrying-in / out mechanism 35 includes a guide rail 61 installed in the left-right direction, a traveling body 62 that travels along the guide rail 61, and is movable up and down to the traveling body 62. And a plate material holding head 63 provided. The traveling body 62 travels by driving a chain device (not shown) provided in the guide rail 61 with a traveling motor 64. The plate material holding head 63 is moved up and down with respect to the traveling body 62 by being guided by the pair of guide rods 66 by driving of the lifting cylinder 65.

The plate material holding head 63 is provided with a pair of front and rear unloading grippers 67 that hold the left end portion of the plate material W and a pair of suction pads 70 that suck and hold the upper surface of the plate material W. The pair of unloading grippers 67 are attached to a gripper mounting frame 68 and can be moved back and forth together with the gripper mounting frame 68. The back-and-forth movement is guided by a linear guide 69 and is performed by a back-and-forth movement drive source (not shown). This forward / backward movement of the carry-out gripper 67 is performed to match the size of the plate material W.

The pair of suction pads 70 are respectively attached to the pad attachment frame 71 via positioning means 75 described later. The pad mounting frame 71 is rotatable about a rotation shaft 72 located at the left end of the pad mounting frame 71. The turning operation is performed by the turning cylinder 73. By turning, the alignment direction of the suction pads 70 can be changed to a positioning position Q1 where the pair of suction pads 70 are arranged substantially side by side and a folding position Q2 where the pair of suction pads 70 are arranged side by side.

The positioning means 75 includes a positioning cylinder 77 rotatable about a vertical axis 76 with respect to the pad mounting frame 71 and a pad pressing cylinder 78 mounted on a piston rod of the positioning cylinder 77, and the pad pressing cylinder A suction pad 70 is attached to 78 piston rods. The positioning cylinder 77 is configured so that the phase around the vertical axis 76 is elastically held in a neutral state by a pair of neutral holding springs 79. In a state where the pair of suction pads 70 are in the plate material holding position Q1, the positioning cylinder 77 in the neutral state is oriented at an angle of 45 degrees forward, backward, left and right.

The operation of the plate stocker 3 when the plate material W such as the surplus material W1 generated in the plate material processing machine 1 is carried out to the plate stocker 3 will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 7A, the elevator 32 is moved up and down to the height of the stage for storing the plate material W, and the table member 31 at that stage is moved by the table advance / retreat drive mechanism 33 as shown in FIG. The elevator 32 is advanced to the advance position B, and the elevator 32 is stopped at the same height as the work table 5 as shown in FIG. The advancement of the table member 31 to the advance position B by the table advance / retreat drive mechanism 33 is performed by moving the drawer 52 forward while the front end portion of the table member 31 is held by the drawer gripper 53 as shown in FIG. . When the elevator 32 is moved up and down, the suction pad 70 of the plate material loading / unloading mechanism 35 is positioned at the folding position Q2 in order to prevent interference.

Next, while gripping the left end portion of the plate material W on the work table 5 by the unloading gripper 67 of the plate material loading / unloading mechanism 35, the upper surface of the plate material W is sucked and held by the suction pad 70 at the plate material holding position Q1, In this state, the plate material holding head 63 is moved to the left by the traveling body 62 to pull the plate material W from the work table 5 onto the elevator 32. After the carry-out gripper 67 and the suction pad 70 release the plate material W, the plate material holding head 63 moves up and then moves to the right, returns to the original position through the elevator 32. When the plate material W is sucked by the suction pad 70, the pad pressing cylinder 78 is extended to press the suction pad 70 against the plate material W from above.

The plate member W drawn on the elevator 32 is in a state of being placed on the placement surface 31a of the table member 31 as shown in FIG. From this state, the claws 53a and 53b of the drawer gripper 53 are closed and the front end portion of the plate member W and the front end portion of the table member 31 are sandwiched and fixed as shown in FIG. Then, the table member 31 on which the plate material W is placed is retracted to the storage position A by moving the drawer 52 rearward. Since the plate member W and the table member 31 are fixed by the drawer gripper 53, the plate member W on the table member 31 is not displaced when the plate member W is withdrawn. Thereafter, the drawer gripper 53 releases the plate member W and the table member 31, and the drawer 52 returns to the original position. In the storage position A, the plate material W on the table member 31 is kept stationary by the frictional force between the plate material W and the balls 31b.

The operation of the plate stocker 3 when the plate material W of the plate stocker 3 is carried into the plate material processing machine 1 will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 10 (A), the elevator 32 is moved up and down to the height of the step where the plate material W is stored, and the plate member W at that step is moved together with the table member 31 as shown in FIG. The advance / retreat drive mechanism 33 is advanced to the advance position B, and the elevator 32 is stopped at the same height as the work table 5 as shown in FIG. The movement of the plate member W and the table member 31 to the advance position B by the table advance / retreat drive mechanism 33 causes the front end portion of the plate member W and the front end portion of the table member 31 to overlap with each other as shown in FIG. 9B. It is fixed by sandwiching it in the state, and the drawer 52 is moved forward.

Next, the traveling body 62 is traveled to the right end portion of the guide rail 61 with the plate material holding head 63 raised, and the plate material holding head 63 is lowered. Then, the gripper 67 for carrying out grips the left end portion of the plate material W on the elevator 32, and the suction pad 70 at the plate material holding position Q1 sucks and holds the upper surface of the plate material W. The plate material W is pushed out from the elevator 32 onto the work table 5. At this time, the plate material W may be pushed out without being gripped by the carry-out gripper 67.

In a state where the plate material W is pushed out onto the work table 5, the position of the plate material W may be shifted with respect to the work table 5 of the plate material processing machine 1 as shown in FIG. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 11B, after the unloading gripper 67 is opened and the plate material W is opened, the positioning cylinder 77 is extended to operate the pair of suction pads 70 forward and backward at an angle of 45 degrees. Project to the left. As a result, the front end portion of the plate material W is pressed against the work holder 14 of the plate material positioning mechanism 8 for positioning in the front-rear direction, and the left end portion of the plate material W is pressed against the end locator 80 for positioning in the left-right direction. .

In the plate material processing machine 1, when an end material that does not have a portion that can be processed into another product plate material after cutting the product plate material W <b> 2 is generated, or on the table member 31 of each stage of the plate material stocker 3 is a surplus material or the like When it becomes full and it becomes necessary to make an empty table member 31, the end material or the surplus material is discarded in the order shown in FIG.

FIG. 2A shows a state in which a plate member W made of an end material or a surplus material is placed on the table member 31 on the elevator 32, and the elevator 32 is lowered to the lowest end of the liftable range. From this state, the upper claw 53a of the drawer gripper 53 is closed to a position lower than the plate material W (FIG. 5B), and the discharge gripper 54 moves rearward to grip the front end portion of the plate material W (FIG. C)). Since the drawer gripper 53 and the discharge gripper 54 are arranged so as to be shifted from each other to the left and right, the both 53 and 54 do not interfere with each other.

Then, by moving the drawer 52 rearward and pushing out only the table member 31 rearward (FIG. 4D), the rear end side of the plate member W is self-weighted when the rear end of the plate member W is detached from the table member 31. And is received by the end material discharging portion 36 ((E) in the same figure). At this time, the discharge gripper 54 rotates about the mounting shaft 55. Next, when the discharge gripper 54 moves forward while opening the claws 54a and 54b, the front end portion of the plate material W is detached from the discharge gripper 54 and falls into the end material discharge portion 36 ((F) in the figure). ).

According to the configuration of the plate material stocker 3, the table member 31 moves back and forth between the storage position A and the advanced position B, and the elevator 32 moves up and down, so that the plate material W such as the surplus material generated in the plate material processing machine 1 is moved up and down. It can be efficiently stored on the table member 31 of a plurality of stages. Later, when the stored plate material W becomes available, the remaining material can be effectively utilized by returning the plate material W to the plate material processing machine 1 for processing. Since the entire lower surface of the plate material W placed on the mounting surface 31a of the table member 31 is supported from below, an excessive force is not applied to the plate material W during storage or loading / unloading. For this reason, even if the plate material W is a surplus material having low strength, it is difficult to deform.

When the table member 31 is moved back and forth between the storage position A and the advanced position B by the table advance / retreat drive mechanism 33, the plate member W placed on the mounting surface 31a of the table member 31 is moved by the drawer gripper 54 serving as a plate member fixing means. In order to fix to 31, the plate material W is not displaced on the placement surface 31 a. Therefore, the plate material W can be reliably stored, and the plate material W can be accurately supplied to the plate material processing machine 1 at the time of reuse.
In particular, in this embodiment, the plate material fixing means is a drawer gripper 54 that fixes the end portion of the plate material W and the end portion of the table member 31 in an overlapping state, so that the plate material W is any surplus material. Even if it exists, the board | plate material W and the table member 31 can be fixed reliably. That is, although the surplus material is removed from the inside, at least the end portion is left, so that the plate member W and the table member 31 can be sandwiched and fixed using the remaining end portion.

In addition, since the plate material stocker 3 includes the plate material loading / unloading mechanism 35, the plate material W can be smoothly loaded and unloaded between the plate material stocker 3 and the work table 5 of the plate material processing machine 1. Since the plate material W carried into the work table 5 is positioned with respect to the work table 5 by the positioning mechanism 75 included in the plate material carry-in / out mechanism 35, the plate material W can be accurately supplied to the plate material processing machine 1. Therefore, after carrying in the board | plate material W, it can transfer to the process by the board | plate material processing machine 1 rapidly.

Furthermore, since the front space of the elevator 32 is vacant, the plate material stocker 3 can manually place the plate material W on the table member 31 on the elevator 32 from the space side. Therefore, the raw material plate material or the surplus material once discharged from the plate material stocker 3 can be carried into the plate material processing machine 1 from the plate material stocker 3 side or stored in the plate material stocker 3. Thereby, the operation range of the plate material processing system is expanded.

Furthermore, since the plate material W placed on the table member 31 on the elevator 32 can be discharged to the end material discharge portion 36 installed below the elevator 32 by the cooperation of the discharge gripper 54 and the drawer 52, The end material generated by the plate material processing machine 1 and the excess surplus material of the plate material stocker 3 can be discharged immediately at any time. As in this embodiment, when the end material discharge part 36 is a box with wheels 36a, disposal of the discharged plate material is easy.
