Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の多チャンネル型フレキシブル神経プローブは、フレキシブルな絶縁基板11に挟持された複数本のプローブ電極12と、これらの電極12にそれぞれ接続され、同じくフレキシブルな絶縁基板11−1に挟持された電気的配線16とを備え、前記複数本のプローブ電極12は、それぞれ、ほぼ平行に配置された複数のプローブ導体13〜15により構成され、これらの各プローブ導体13〜15には、前記プローブ電極の異なる高さ位置において記録パッド13−1、14−1、15−1が設けられている。

Claims (4)
- パリレンからなるフレキシブルな絶縁基板に挟持されたプローブ電極と、このプローブ電極に接続され、同じくパリレンからなるフレキシブルな絶縁基板に挟持された電気的配線とを備え、前記プローブ電極は、複数のプローブ導体により構成され、これらの各プローブ導体には、前記プローブ電極に沿った、異なる位置に記録パッドが設けられていることを特徴とする多チャンネル型フレキシブル神経プローブ。
- 前記記録パッドは、前記プローブ導体を挟持する絶縁基板に形成されたスルーホールにより前記各プローブ導体の一部を露出することにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の多チャンネル型フレキシブル神経プローブ。
- 前記プローブ電極は、前記電気的配線を挟持する絶縁基板面に対して所定の角度で立設されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の多チャンネル型フレキシブル神経プローブ。
- 前記プローブ電極は、前記フレキシブルな絶縁基板上に、複数本設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の多チャンネル型フレキシブル神経プローブ。
