Description

The present invention relates to an electrical connection structure between an electronic component and a wire material for supplying power or transmitting signals to the electronic component.

A light emitting device such as a rear combination lamp of an automobile includes, for example, various electronic components such as LED lamps, electric wire materials that are electrically connected to these various electronic components, and a base member that attaches the various electronic components and electric wire materials. Yes. Moreover, what is shown in FIG.8 and FIG.9 is known as an electrical connection structure of the said electronic component and the said electric wire material in such a light-emitting device (refer patent document 1). FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing a conventional electrical connection structure between an electronic component and a wire material. FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing an electrical connection structure between another conventional electronic component and a wire member.

An electrical connection structure 101 shown in FIG. 8 includes an LED lamp 102 as the electronic component having a light emitting portion 121 and a pair of lead wires 122, a press contact terminal 105 attached to each of the pair of lead wires 122, and the electric wire material. JP 2006-310088 A

However, in the electrical connection structure 101 shown in FIG. 8, since the electronic parts other than the electronic component to which the press contact terminal 105 is attached cannot be directly electrically connected to the covered electric wire 103, other than the LED lamp 102 constituting the light emitting device. In order to electrically connect the electronic component to the covered electric wire 103, it is necessary to attach the electronic component to the printed board and to electrically connect the printed board and the covered electric wire 103. As described above, the electric circuit using the electric connection structure 101 has a problem that the number of parts increases.

Further, in the electrical connection structure 201 shown in FIG. 9, a dedicated press die is necessary to form the bus bar 203 along the surface shape of the base member 204, and the bus bar 203 has various shapes. Since the base member 204 cannot be used in common, there is a problem that the cost becomes high.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an electrical connection structure between an electronic component and an electric wire material that can constitute an inexpensive electric circuit with a small number of components.

Such a wire member 3 is stacked on the main body 41 in such a direction that the other surface of the film 32 abuts on the surface of the main body 41.

Further, the above-described electric wire material 3 can be obtained by applying a known plating process to one surface of the film 32, or by applying a conductive paste to one surface of the film 32. . In addition, it can be obtained by attaching a conductive tape to one surface of the film 32.

Further, the electric wire material 3 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 33 and a plurality of cut and raised portions 34.

The positioning hole 33 is a hole provided at a position where the conductor foil 31 of the film 32 is not provided and overlaps the positioning pin 42. A positioning pin 42 is passed through the positioning hole 33. As a result, the wire member 3 is positioned with respect to the base member 4.

The cut-and-raised part 34 is provided with a U-shaped cut in the film 32 and the conductor foil 31 located at the above-mentioned position, and an inner part of the cut is bent to the other surface side of the film 32. . Further, the cut-and-raised part 34 is positioned in the recess 43 as shown in FIG. 5 in a state where the wire member 3 is overlapped on the surface of the main body part 41.

The block body 5 is made of a synthetic resin and is provided in a cubic shape as shown in FIG. The block body 5 is provided with a groove 51 on the outer surface thereof along which the lead wire 22 of an electronic component such as the LED lamp 2 runs. The groove 51 is provided on two surfaces of the outer surface facing each other. As shown in FIG. 4, such a block body 5 is formed in such a manner that the lead wire 22 is wound around the groove 51 on the outer surface, and is superimposed on the cut and raised portion 34 and press-fitted into the recess 43. 4 is fixed. As a result, the conductor foil 31 of the cut and raised portion 34 and the lead wire 22 are brought into contact with each other and are electrically connected. That is, the block body 5 is press-fitted into the recess 43 to attach an electronic component such as the LED lamp 2 to the base member 4 and to bring the conductor foil 31 of the cut-and-raised portion 34 and the lead wire 22 into contact with each other. 3 and the electronic component are electrically connected.

As described above, in the present invention, since the groove 51 along which the lead wire 22 is provided is provided on the outer surface of the block body 5, the lead wire 22 is displaced with respect to the block body 5, or the lead wire It can prevent that 22 remove | deviates from the block body 5. FIG.

The electronic component of the electrical connection structure 1 constituting the light emitting device includes a lead wire 22 that can be wound around the outer surface of the block body 5 like the LED lamp 2, and the outer surface of the block body 5. Some of them have lead wires that cannot be wound around. And the electronic component which has the lead wire 22 is electrically connected with the electric wire material 3 while it is attached to the base member 4 similarly to the LED lamp 2 using the block body 5. Further, the electronic component having the lead wire that cannot be wound around the outer surface of the block body 5 described above is attached to the wire member 3 by bonding and is electrically connected to the conductor foil 31.

The electrical connection structure 1 having the above-described configuration is assembled as follows. First, the positioning pin 42 of the base member 4 is passed through the positioning hole 33 of the wire member 3, and the wire member 3 is overlapped on the surface of the main body 41. Further, a lead wire 22 of an electronic component such as the LED lamp 2 is wound around the groove 51 of the block body 5.

Then, the block body 5 in which the lead wire 22 is wound around the groove 51 on the outer surface is superimposed on the cut and raised portion 34 and press-fitted into the recess 43 as shown in FIG. That is, the block body 5 is press-fitted into the concave portion 43 together with the cut and raised portion 34. At this time, the block body 5 is press-fitted into the recess 43 while the ribs 44 provided on the inner surface of the recess 43 are crushed.

As described above, in the present invention, since the rib 44 is provided on the inner surface of the recess 43, the rib 44 is crushed when the block body 5 is press-fitted into the recess 43. It is possible to prevent the recess 43 from coming out, and the conductor foil 31 of the cut and raised portion 34 and the lead wire 22 can be reliably electrically connected. That is, the connection reliability between the conductor foil 31 of the cut and raised portion 34 and the lead wire 22 can be increased.

Thus, as shown in FIG. 6, an electronic component such as the LED lamp 2 is attached to the base member 4, and the lead wire 22 of the electronic component is brought into contact with the conductor foil 31 of the cut and raised portion 34, so that these LED lamp 2 Such an electronic component and the wire member 3 are electrically connected. In addition, the electronic component having a lead wire that cannot be wound around the outer surface of the block body 5 is attached to the wire member 3 by bonding and is electrically connected to the conductor foil 31.

As described above, in the present invention, the block body 5 is used between a plurality of electronic components such as the LED lamp 2 constituting the electric circuit of the light emitting device, that is, the electric circuit for lighting as an LED lighting circuit, or bonding is performed. Since it can be electrically connected by one electric wire material 3, it is possible to configure an inexpensive electric circuit with a small number of parts. Further, the light emitting device can be reduced in weight.

Moreover, in this invention, the attachment to the base member 4 of an electronic component and the electrical connection to the electric wire material 3 of an electronic component can be performed simultaneously by the simple operation | work of press-fitting the block body 5 in the recessed part 43. FIG.

Moreover, in this invention, since the electric wire material 3 is attached to the base member 4 by press-fitting the block body 5 in the recessed part 43 with the raising part 34, the fixing component for attaching the electric wire material 3 to the base member 4 is provided. unnecessary.

Moreover, in this invention, since the electric wire material 3 has flexibility and is provided so that deformation | transformation is possible according to the surface shape of the base member 4, this electric wire material 3 is compared with the various base members 4 from which a shape differs. Can be used in common.

In the above-described embodiment, the rib 44 is provided on the inner surface of the recess 43. However, in the present invention, a rib may be provided on the outer surface of the block body 5, and the inner surface of the recess 43 and the block Ribs may be provided on both the outer surface of the body 5.

In addition, embodiment mentioned above only showed the typical form of this invention, and this invention is not limited to embodiment. That is, various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
