Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure for fixing to a support a light emitting component mounting flat cable on which a light emitting component such as a light emitting component lamp to be assembled in a vehicle is mounted.
In recent years, in a vehicle such as an automobile, a large number of light emitting components are used for lamps in a front part and a rear part. An electric wire, a bus bar, a printed wiring board, or the like is used as a power supply wiring material for the light emitting component.
For example, in Patent Document 1, a large number of light-emitting components are three-dimensionally arranged in a staircase shape, and a normal electric wire, that is, an insulating coated electric wire in which an insulating coating is applied to a conductor having a circular cross section, is connected as a power supply line. A lamp is disclosed.
By the way, as a vehicular lamp, there is a lamp in which a large number of light emitting parts are arranged in a ring shape and a light collecting reflector is arranged around the light emitting parts. In the vehicular lamp using the light-emitting component, a large number of bus bars are fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the annular support at intervals in the circumferential direction, the light-emitting components are connected so as to straddle adjacent bus bars, and the bus bar is connected to the circuit board. Soldered to. The lead of the light emitting component and the bus bar are connected by cold welding.
In addition to the vehicle lamps described above, light emitting parts are also used for patrol cars, warning lights for road construction signs, and the like. In general, the above-described normal electric wire, that is, an insulation-coated electric wire having a circular cross section is used for connection with the light emitting component leads in these warning lights.
Generally, a light emitting component used as a lamp is a heating element. Therefore, it is necessary to take heat dissipation measures to maintain stable light emission for a long time. As a heat dissipation method for light-emitting parts, it is common to release heat generated from the light-emitting parts to the power supply line side. However, if the power supply line is a normal insulation-coated electric wire with a circular cross section, its surface area is larger than the conductor cross-sectional area. The heat dissipation characteristics are not so good because of its small size.
On the other hand, the bus bar has a larger surface area than the above-mentioned insulation-coated electric wire with a circular cross section, and therefore has better heat dissipation characteristics, but it requires a metal plate to be processed into a complicated shape, and it takes time to assemble and costs. There is a problem that becomes high.
Therefore, a flat cable, that is, a cable in which a thin flat conductor, specifically, a copper tape conductor is covered with an insulating film such as a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) film (hereinafter simply referred to as a flat cable) is used as a power supply line to the light emitting component. The proposal used (the applicant's own application: Japanese Patent Application No. 2004-059416) has also been made.
This is one in which a light-emitting component mounting flat cable on which a plurality of light-emitting components are mounted at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction of the flat cable is fixed to an annular support.
By mounting the light emitting component on the flat cable in this way, the surface area of the conductor becomes larger than that of a conventional conductor having a circular cross section, and as a result, the heat generated by the light emitting component can be radiated efficiently, and the flat cable is flexible. Because of its superiority, it is easy to assemble and reduce costs.
By the way, when a lamp using a light-emitting component is used as a vehicle lamp, the vehicle is constantly subjected to large vibrations, so how to fix the light-emitting component-equipped flat cable to the support is a very important issue. . However, the applicant's own prior application does not mention this problem in detail.
Therefore, the present applicant first tried fixing the light-emitting component-equipped flat cable to the support by the method shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, which is generally a method of fixing a film-like material such as a flat cable to the support.
In FIG. 12,
The
More specifically, the
In this way, when the
Incidentally, FIG. 13 is a sectional view showing a state in which the
However, in the case of the method of fixing the
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to fix a flat cable mounted with a light-emitting component that is easy to work and does not fear that the surface of the flat cable is melted and damaged when fixing the flat cable with the light-emitting component mounted on the support. To provide a structure.
The light-emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to claim 1, wherein the light-emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to claim 1 comprises a flat cable, a plurality of light-emitting components mounted at predetermined intervals in a longitudinal direction of the flat cable, and the plurality of light-emitting components. In the fixing structure of the light emitting component mounting flat cable composed of the support to which the flat cable on which is mounted is fixed, the light emitting component, the flat cable and the support are connected and fixed by the same connecting member. To do.
According to the fixing structure of the light emitting component mounting flat cable according to claim 1, the light emitting component, the flat cable, and the support are mechanically connected and fixed by the same connecting member. When the mounted flat cable is fixed to the support, the work is easy and there is no risk of melting and damaging the surface of the flat cable or the like.
The light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to claim 2 is the light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to claim 1, wherein the connecting member sandwiches a lead of the light emitting component between the flat cable. And a piercing terminal extending from the end of the planar piece and piercingly connected to the conductor of the flat cable; and extending from the end of the planar piece and fixing the flat cable to the support And a fixed terminal.
According to the fixing structure of the light emitting component mounting flat cable according to claim 2, the connecting member is in contact with the lead of the light emitting component and the planar piece extends from the end of the planar piece. The pierce terminal for piercing connection to the conductor of the flat cable, and a fixed terminal that extends from the end of the planar piece and fixes the flat cable to the support. The member can be connected to the conductor of the flat cable, and at the same time, the flat cable can be fixed to the support with a fixed terminal.
That is, the light-emitting component, the flat cable, and the support can be reliably and easily connected and fixed with the same connecting member.
Furthermore, the light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to claim 3 of the present invention is the light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to claim 2, wherein both the pierce terminal and the fixing terminal of the connecting member are in the planar shape. It extends from the end of the piece and is bent in the same direction with respect to the planar piece.
According to the light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to claim 3, the pierce terminal and the fixing terminal of the connection member are both extended from the end of the planar piece, and the planar piece. Since the flat cable and the support are on the same side when viewed from the light emitting component, the light emitting component, the connection between the flat cable and the support, and the fixing work can be easily performed. Can do.
The light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to claim 4 is the light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to claim 2, wherein both the pierce terminal and the fixing terminal of the connection member are ends of the planar piece. It is characterized by being extended from the portion and being bent in opposite directions with respect to the planar piece.
Therefore, when the flat cable and the support are in a positional relationship such that the light emitting component is sandwiched between them, connection and fixing operations between the light emitting component, the flat cable, and the support can be easily performed.
The light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to claim 5 of the present invention is the light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the planar piece of the connecting member, the light emission A shearing portion is formed on the lead of the component and the flat cable.
Therefore, the mechanical and electrical connection of the connecting member, the light emitting component, and the flat cable can be more reliably performed.
The light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to claim 6 is the light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the pierce terminal is at an end of the planar piece. The fixed terminal is formed from the end portion of the planar piece so as to be flush with the planar piece, and the distal end portion thereof is bent with respect to the planar piece. It is characterized by being.
For this reason, when the flat cable is deformed by bending or the like, the portion extending flush with the planar piece of the fixed terminal can regulate the deformation of the flat cable and keep the flat cable flat. At the same time, the stress due to the deformation of the flat cable can be mainly received at the connection portion between the fixed terminal and the flat cable.
Therefore, the stress due to the deformation of the flat cable is prevented from being applied to the pierce terminal, thereby preventing deterioration of the mechanical and electrical connection between the pierce terminal and the conductor of the flat cable.

It is characterized by its shape.
Since the tip of the fixed terminal has an arrow shape in this way, it can be easily inserted when the fixed terminal is inserted into the support, for example, the fixed terminal insertion hole, and the arrow-shaped root portion is supported after the insertion. This is preferable because it is caught on the body surface and the fixed terminal is difficult to come off the support.
In addition, the light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to claim 8 of the present invention is the light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to claim 7, wherein the tip of the fixing terminal of the connecting means has an arrow shape. In addition, the arrow-shaped portion is split in the axial direction of the fixed terminal.
As a result, when the fixed terminal is inserted into the support, for example, into the fixed terminal insertion hole, the resistance at the time of insertion can be reduced and insertion is easier due to the split.
The light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to claim 9 of the present invention is the light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to any one of claims 2 to 8, wherein the distal end portion of the fixing terminal of the connecting means is used. Is characterized in that it is provided with a window prevention window.
As described above, since the window for preventing removal is provided at the tip of the fixed terminal, it is preferable that the fixed terminal is more difficult to be removed from the support after the fixed terminal is inserted into the support.
Furthermore, the fixing structure of the light emitting component mounting flat cable according to
As described above, since the fixed body insertion hole into which the fixed terminal of the connecting member is inserted is provided in the support body, the fixed terminal can be inserted into the support body very easily.
The light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to claim 11 of the present invention is the light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to
According to the fixing structure of the light emitting component mounting flat cable according to claim 11 thus configured, since the protrusions called the fixing terminal insertion hole blocks are provided at predetermined positions on the surface of the support body, Positioning of the light emitting component is facilitated.
Furthermore, the light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to claim 12 of the present invention is the light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the light emitting component, the connection member, Is characterized by being integrated.
According to the light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to
As described above, according to the present invention, when a flat cable on which a light emitting component is mounted is fixed to a support, there is no risk of melting and damaging the surface of the flat cable or the like, and the light emitting component mounting that can be easily fixed. A flat cable fixing structure can be provided.
A light emitting component mounting flat cable fixing structure according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing an embodiment of a fixing structure of a light emitting component mounting flat cable according to the present invention.

As shown in an enlarged view of an example in FIG. 3, the connecting

Further, as described above, since the protrusions called the fixed terminal insertion hole blocks 15 are provided at predetermined positions on the surface of the support body, the positioning of the

When the

Each of the

In this way, the number of parts can be reduced, and the positioning work between the lead 34 and the connecting
In each of the above-described embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1, the fixed
As described above, according to the fixing structure of the light emitting component mounting flat cable of the present invention, when fixing the flat cable on which the light emitting component is mounted to the support, the surface of the flat cable or the like can be melted and damaged, for example. In addition, it is possible to provide a fixing structure for a light-emitting component-equipped flat cable that can be easily fixed.
