したがって、第5の実施の形態と同様に、把持部材30が吸盤本体50の外周外側に位置している第4の実施の形態に比較して、把持部材30が吸盤12の輪郭の外側にスペースを占有しないため、吸盤12の占有スペースを縮小でき、狭い場所に吸盤12を取着する上でより有利となる。
なお、上述した第4乃至第6の実施の形態の吸盤12を用いることにより第1、第2の実施の形態と同様に吸盤装置10を構成できることは無論である。
