【発明が解決しようとする課題】

次に、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づき説明する。

本発明の鍔は、図1及び図2に示す如く、鍔本体2とゴム板5とを有する。鍔本体2は図2に示す如く、夫々中心に孔を有する皿状の第一部材2aと第二部材2bとからなり、第一部材2aの内周に第二部材2bの外周が整合する。これら第一部材2a,第二部材2bは、プラスチックの成形体で形成することができる。そしてこの例では、第二部材2bの皿状部にゴム板5を嵌着した状態で、第二部材2bの外周面及びその外周に隣接する縁部に接着剤を付着し、第二部材2bを第一部材2aに嵌着することにより、鍔を構成することができる。

このようにしてなる本発明の鍔は、図3に示す如く、テーパに形成されている柄部3aの後端から挿入される。その挿入の際には、その挿入方向後方側にゴム板5の中心部が変形し、同図実線の如く、ゴム板5の中心部は筒状部5aとなる。このとき図2において、ゴム板5と環状凹部1の嵌着部は接着剤等により接着されていないので、ゴム板5と環状凹部1の嵌着内部においても半径方向への変移がおこる。そのため図3の如く容易に変形し且つ、この変形状態でゴム板5は柄部3aに正確に保持され、鍔本体2の平面は柄部3aの軸線に直交する。

【発明の作用・効果】
