Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a composite container formed by inserting a blank into a mold and performing resin injection molding.
Conventionally, a blank plate (blank) formed by punching a laminated sheet obtained by bonding a paper material and a resin film such as a plastic film is inserted into a mold and held, and the bottom portion of the blank and the peripheral edge of the
In addition, the composite container has an advantage that the degree of freedom of the container shape is higher than that of a paper container because it forms a framework made of resin molding on a paper-based blank. Further, there are advantages that the amount of resin used is small, light weight and high designability, and further, the amount of heat generated even when incinerated in the disposal process after use is small and the environmental load is small. However, when paper is used for the blank, resin is used as the framework. Therefore, when discarding, it is necessary to separate and discard the paper portion and the resin portion.
For this reason, various devices for separating the blank paper material and the framework have been made, for example, by adjusting the peel strength between the blank paper layer and the resin layer, In addition, a configuration in which paper and resin are separated (for example, Patent Document 1), a configuration in which a part of a blank is cut by performing half-cut processing on the blank (for example, Patent Document 2), and the like are disclosed.
However, in the former case, there was no opportunity to peel off the paper layer of the blank, and it was necessary to carefully peel off the end surface portion of the blank with a fingernail, so that the paper layer could hardly be peeled off easily. In the unlikely event that peeling occurs, a great amount of labor is required to separate the paper and the resin.
On the other hand, in the latter case, after cutting out a part of the blank, since the paper material is still present in the other part of the blank, there is a drawback that the resin and the paper cannot be completely separated.
The composite container of this invention solves the said subject, and makes it a subject to provide the composite container which can isolate | separate the composite container after use into paper and resin easily by simple structure. As a result, the consumer can easily separate the composite container, and can actively perform the separation work of plastic and paper.
The invention described in

The paper main layer is a blank formed mainly of paper, not only for paper, but also for paper with a coating on the surface or with a resin on the back. All layers included are included. The inner surface thin film layer is a thin film provided on the inner surface of the blank, and includes an inner surface resin layer, an inner surface aluminum layer, and the like.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, a part of the base part is a leg part of the base part, and the blank has a blank piece extending to the leg part of the base part, and the leg part is inward. And the inner thin film layer of the blank piece is pushed inward, the paper main layer is peeled off, and a separation starting point for peeling the paper main layer is formed.
The invention described in
Therefore, the consumer has an effect of actively performing the separation work of plastic or the like and paper.
In addition, since the invention according to

Since it is a composite container in which the inner thin film layer of the blank piece is pushed inward and the paper main layer is peeled off, and a peeling starting point for peeling the paper main layer is formed. When separating the later composite container, it is possible to easily separate the used composite container into a paper main layer and an inner thin film layer by pushing in the legs. This has the effect of actively carrying out the separation work between plastic and paper. Furthermore, the paper main layer of the blank piece is largely peeled, and the paper main layer and the inner surface thin film layer can be easily separated.
As an example of the
Below, the
First, as shown in FIG. 2, the blank 1 of the beverage cup (composite container 10) is a blank mainly composed of paper and having an inner surface thin film layer, and has a bottom surface in the center. Each has a side. In particular, the blank 1 has a
As described above, the blank is composed of a paper main layer and an inner thin film layer. The paper main layer is formed by applying a resin thin film layer to the outer surface of the paper by coating or laminating, and a thin film resin on the inner surface side. There are cases where layers are applied, but in such a case as well, there is no change in being mainly paper. Further, the thin film layer on the inner surface side may reach several layers, and for this reason, there are variations in the peeled portions of the paper main layer and the inner thin film layer depending on the design of the blank plate. The paper part is ideally separated separately, but even if it is discarded without removing the coating on the outer surface, the cleaning administration side accepts it.
Therefore, if it is possible to separate the paper main layer, it is good today, and it is only necessary to separate not only the paper but also the paper main layer. In view of such a current situation, the present invention is based on the premise that the paper main layer should be separated. And, an inner surface thin film layer exists on the inner surface side of the paper main layer of the blank board, and this portion is usually a thin film resin, but is not limited to this, and a thin film layer such as aluminum may be used. . Furthermore, the inner surface of the paper main layer may be a thin resin layer, and an inner thin film resin layer may be provided on the inner surface. In this case, the peel strength between the inner thin film layer and the inner thin film layer is increased. If it is small, peeling at this portion is easy. Such a case where the paper main layer and the inner thin film layer are separated is also included in the object of the present invention. That is, the paper main layer and the inner thin film layer are weakly bonded.
In short, it is sufficient if the paper main layer and the inner thin film layer (mostly the inner resin layer) can be separated.
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the
And, such a blank 1 is folded and raised, and as shown in FIG. 3A, the cylindrical blank 1 is loaded into a molding die, and resin molding is performed on the gap portion of the blank 1, As shown in FIG. 3B, a
In particular, the
As a result, when the
That is, when the
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, by pulling up the paper
Thus, the
In the above example, an example in which the
In this case, in the container of the conventional configuration, the paper main layer cannot be peeled off by putting a fingertip on the end surface portion of the blank, but the paper material of the blank 1 can be easily separated by the configuration of the present invention. .
As an example in this case, as shown to Fig.8 (a), the end surface part of the blank 1 has penetrated the resin of the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8 (b), the
In such a sorting operation in the
Thus, even when the end face portion of the blank 1 is not exposed by the
In the above example, an example of the
For example, as shown in FIG. 10, it is the
As shown in FIG. 11, the
In particular, the blank 1 has left and right
Then, by folding the blank 1 into a cylindrical shape, as shown in FIG. 12A, the cylindrical blank 1 is formed, and the blank 1 is loaded into a mold (not shown). By applying resin molding to the gap portion, as shown in FIG. 12B, it is possible to form the
And when separating such a
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 14, the paper
In particular, by providing the
As described above, the
Further, since the
Further, since the thin portion 7 for easily pushing the
In particular, the
It is desirable that the paper main layer used in the blank has an appropriate rigidity in order to minimize the amount of injection molding resin used and to give the composite container the necessary rigidity. As an example of the paper main layer, a paper material such as a cup original plate, ivory paper, card paper, or coated ball can be used as appropriate. Further, in order to separate the used blank into an inner resin layer and a paper main layer, the peel strength of the laminated surface of the blank paper main layer and the inner resin layer is 0.3 to 1.0 N / 15 mm width. It is preferable to be within the range, whereby the paper main layer and the inner surface resin layer of the blank can be easily peeled off.
Since the peel strength between the inner resin layer and the resin of the
As the framework resin molded by the injection molding, thermoplastic resins that can be used for the injection molding such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, and polyester are not particularly limited. Further, as the inner surface resin layer, it is possible to use a polyester film, a polypropylene film, a polyethylene film, a polystyrene film, and the like. In particular, the strength and moisture resistance of the composite container, and further, the framework and the inner surface resin In consideration of adhesion stability with the layer, it is preferable to use polypropylene for the framework of the composite container and to use a polypropylene film for the inner resin layer of the blank.
