Description

The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for separating a press-formed product.

In many cases, a press-molded product is cut at a predetermined boundary and separated into a plurality of separated molded products. Patent Document 1 discloses a mold that simultaneously molds a plurality of molded products from a single blank plate material, and that cuts between the molded parts during the molding.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 64-10322

By the way, when cutting a press-formed product at a predetermined boundary portion, the press-formed product is lowered by lowering the upper blade provided on the upper die while holding the press-formed product between the upper die and the lower die. It will be cut at the boundary. During this cutting, the part of the press-molded product that is not sandwiched between the upper die and the lower die and located near the boundary is displaced considerably downward when cutting with the upper blade. Although it will be (deformed), this separation part cannot be used as a product as it is. That is, after cutting, it is necessary to further remove the separation part from the part that becomes the product, resulting in a deterioration in yield. In addition, when the press-molded product is removed from the upper die and the lower die after cutting, the edge of the separation part after cutting (the edge on the boundary side) may be caught by the upper die or the lower die. Some measures are also desired in this respect.

The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances as described above, and its purpose is to use the separated portion after cutting as a product as it is, and to stably take out the press-formed product after cutting from the mold. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for separating a press-formed product and a separation device for the same.

In order to achieve the above object, the following solution is adopted in the method for separating a press-formed product in the present invention. That is, as described in claim 1 in the claims,
A method for separating a press-molded product, wherein a press-molded product press-molded from one blank plate material is separated into a plurality of separated molded products at a predetermined boundary portion,
A first step of cutting the boundary portion by lowering an upper blade provided on the upper die in a state where the one press-formed product is sandwiched between the upper die and the lower die;
A second step of raising the upper blade after the first step and lifting the separation part separated at the boundary part by a push-up means to a height position before cutting;
It is supposed to be equipped with. According to the above solution, after cutting, the separating part is raised to the height position before cutting by the pushing-up means. The product can be stably taken out from the mold. Further, the separation part is pushed up to a height position before cutting, so that the separation part after cutting is prevented from being deformed, and the separation part is further effectively used as it is as a part of the product. This is preferable.

A preferred mode based on the above solution is as described in claim 2 and the following claims. That is,
In the second step, the upper blade is lowered within the elastic deformation of the separating portion (corresponding to claim 2). In this case, since cutting is performed within the range of elastic deformation, the separating portion can be easily and reliably returned to the height position before cutting. In addition, the separation part is further preferable for effective use as a part of the product after cutting (when the separation part is used as a part of the product, the separation part can be used as a portion that can be elastically deformed. it can).

In order to achieve the above object, the following solution is adopted for the press-formed product separating apparatus of the present invention. That is, as described in claim 3 in the scope of claims, a separation device for a press-formed product that separates a press-formed product press-molded from one blank plate material into a plurality of separated molded products at a predetermined boundary portion Because
An upper mold and a lower mold for pressing and holding the one press-formed product;
An upper blade that is provided on the upper die so as to be movable up and down, and cuts the press-formed product at the boundary by lowering;
A push-up means which is provided in the lower mold so as to be movable up and down, and pushes up the separation portion separated at the boundary portion after cutting to the height position before cutting;
It is supposed to be equipped with. According to the said solution technique, the separation apparatus for performing the separation method of Claim 1 is provided.

A preferred mode based on the above solution is as described in claim 4 in the scope of claims. That is,
The push-up means includes a push-up member that is brought into contact with the boundary portion from below, a spring that urges the push-up member upward, and a first contact portion that is provided on the push-up member.
The upper blade is provided with a second abutting portion that abuts on the first abutting portion when the upper blade is lowered.
(Corresponding to claim 4). In this case, a more specific structure of the push-up means is provided. In particular, the push-up means lowered by the upper blade can be easily raised using a spring. Further, by providing the first contact portion and the second contact portion, when the upper blade is lowered and cut, stable cutting is achieved by lowering the push-up means following the downward movement of the upper blade. It can be performed.

According to the present invention, the press-molded product can be stably taken out from the mold after cutting. In addition, after the cutting, the separation part in the vicinity of the boundary part can be effectively used as it is as a part of the product, which is preferable for improving the yield.

FIG. 1 shows an example of a separation apparatus for press-formed products according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, 10 is an upper mold, 20 is a lower mold, 30 is an upper blade, and 40 is a push-up means. The upper mold 10 is provided with a pair of left and right clamping members 11. The clamping member 11 is held so as to be movable up and down by a gas spring 12 held integrally with the upper mold 10. More specifically, the cylinder portion 12a of the gas spring 12 is integrally held by the upper mold 10, and the clamping member 11 is fixed to the lower end portion of the rod portion 12b extending downward from the cylinder portion 12a. The lower surface of the clamping member 11 constitutes an upper clamping surface 11a for clamping a press-formed product to be described later. The upper mold 10 is driven in the vertical direction by a hydraulic cylinder (not shown) or the like.

An upper blade 30 is fixed to the upper mold 10. That is, the upper blade 30 is positioned between the pair of left and right clamping members 11, and the upper end thereof is fixed to the upper mold 10. The lower surface of the upper blade 30 is an inclined surface 30a that gradually increases from left to right in FIG. 1, and the edge portion at the lowest position is the blade portion 30b for cutting the press-formed product. It is said that. The blade portion 30 b is positioned in the immediate vicinity of the left holding member 11 and is largely separated from the right holding member 11.

A pair of left and right clamping members 21 are fixed to the lower mold 20. The clamping member 21 is positioned on the downward extension of the clamping member 11 provided in the upper mold 10, and the upper surface thereof is a lower clamping surface 21 a. This clamping surface 21a is located on the downward extension of the above-described upper clamping surface 11a. In addition, the edge part of the clamping member 21 on the left side in the drawing has a function of a lower blade that cooperates with the upper blade 30.

The push-up means 40 has a push-up member 41. The push-up member 41 is guided and held by the lower mold 20 through a gas spring 42 so as to be movable up and down. That is, the cylinder part 42a of the gas spring 42 is integrally held by the lower mold 20, and the push-up member 41 is fixed to the upper end part of the rod part 42b extending upward from the cylinder part 42a. The push-up member 41 is set so as to be positioned directly below the upper blade 30. The upper surface of the push-up member 41 is a flat support surface 41a for supporting a press-molded product. When no external force acts on the push-up member 41, the height of the support surface 41a is the same as the lower holding surface 21a. It is set to be high.

As shown in FIG. 2, a first contact portion 45 is formed at each longitudinal end of the push-up member 41 (the end in the direction perpendicular to the plane of FIG. 1). The upper end surface of the first contact portion 45 is a flat surface and is set at a position slightly higher than the support surface 41a. Corresponding to the first contact portion 45, a second contact portion 35 is formed at each longitudinal end portion of the upper blade 30. The lower end surface of the second contact portion 35 is a flat surface and is set at a position slightly higher than the blade portion 30 b of the upper blade 30. The second contact portion 35 is set at a position where the first contact portion 45 is extended upward. That is, when the upper blade 30 is lowered to perform cutting, the push-up member 41 is moved down following the downward movement of the upper blade 30, so that stable pressing can be performed without applying a large pressing force to the press-formed product W. Can do.

Here, FIG. 3 is a view of the upper mold 10 as viewed from below, and FIG. 4 is a view of the lower mold 20 as viewed from above. In FIG. 4, a press-formed product W to be cut is shown by a one-dot chain line. And the boundary part (part to be cut) of the press-formed product W to be cut is indicated by a symbol α in FIG. Note that the upper and lower clamping surfaces 11a and 21a are set in a shape corresponding to the shape of the press-formed product W.

Next, the operation of the press-molded product separating apparatus configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS. First, FIG. 5 shows a standby state in which the upper mold 10 is sufficiently raised with respect to the lower mold 20, and in this standby state, the press-formed product W to be cut becomes the lower clamping surface 21 a and the push-up. It is placed on the bearing surface 41 a of the member 41.

When the upper mold 10 is lowered from the state of FIG. 5, as shown in FIG. 6, the press-formed product W is sandwiched between the upper and lower clamping surfaces 11a and 21a in the vertical direction. At the time of clamping, the boundary portion α and the vicinity thereof of the press-formed product W are not clamped, and the clamping force is set to a magnitude set by the urging force of the gas spring 12.

When the upper die 10, that is, the upper blade 30 is lowered from the state of FIG. 6, as shown in FIG. 7, the press-formed product W has its boundary portion α and its vicinity supported from below by the push-up member 41. It is cut by the upper blade 30 (the blade portion 30b) at the position of the boundary portion α. Of the press-formed product W, a portion not sandwiched between the sandwiching portions 11a and 21a and a portion in the vicinity of the boundary portion α is a separated portion after cutting, and this separated portion is indicated by a symbol β. Further, among the press-formed products W, one separated molded product separated is indicated by a symbol W1, and the other separated molded product in which the separation portion β is integrated is denoted by a symbol W2.

At the time of cutting, the separating portion β is pressed from above by the upper blade 30 and deformed downward, but the lowering amount of the upper blade 30 is such that the downward deformation of the separating portion β is within the range of elastic deformation. It is set to be. Since the cutting is performed in the state where the vicinity of the boundary portion α (particularly, the portion to be the separated portion β after cutting) is supported from below by the push-up member 41, the separating portion β is not inadvertently deformed. In addition, the cutting is performed stably and reliably. The inclined surface 30a formed on the upper blade 30 prevents a large external force from the upper blade 30 from acting on the base end side (the portion opposite to the cutting portion α) of the separating portion β. (Deformation prevention on the base end side of the separation part β).

After cutting at the boundary α, the upper die 10, that is, the upper blade 30 is raised, and the push-up member 41 is raised accordingly. The separating portion β deformed downward (elastically deformed) by the raising of the push-up member 41 is returned to the original height position before cutting, and this restored state is shown in FIG. Since the separating portion β is deformed downward within the range of elastic deformation, the return to the height position before cutting is easily and reliably performed.

The state shown in FIG. 9 is obtained by raising the upper die 10 (that is, the upper blade 30) from the state shown in FIG. 8, but in the state shown in FIG. 9, the press-formed product W is held between the upper and lower holding surfaces 11a and 21a. It has become a state. When the upper mold 10 is further raised from the state shown in FIG. 9, the height position of the upper mold 10 is set to the standby state shown in FIG. 5, as shown in FIG. In this state of FIG. 10, the cut press-formed product W (separated molded products W1, W2) is taken out from the mold and prepared for the next cutting (the state shown in FIG. 5).

When the separated molded products W1 and W2 are taken out from the mold of the press-molded product W, the separating portion β has a flat plate shape (the edge portion of the separating portion β, that is, the edge portion on the boundary portion α side is upward or Since it is not in a state of being inclined downward), the end portion of the separation part β is stably caught without being caught near the edge part (lower blade) of the clamping member 21 of the upper mold 10 or the lower mold 20. It can be taken out from inside.

Although the embodiment has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and can be appropriately changed within the scope described in the scope of claims. For example, the invention includes the following cases. . One press-formed product W may be separated into three or more. Instead of the gas springs 12 and 42, other types of springs such as a coil spring can be used, and a hydraulic device (hydraulic cylinder) can also be used. Although the boundary portion α is set at a position biased to one side of the pair of left and right clamping surfaces 21a (11a), the position can be set as appropriate, such as being set at an intermediate position between the pair of left and right clamping surfaces 21a (11a). . Of course, the object of the present invention is not limited to what is explicitly stated, but also implicitly includes providing what is substantially preferred or expressed as an advantage.
