Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic.
Conventionally, various thickeners and gelling agents are blended in skin cosmetics from the viewpoint of imparting an excellent usability by imparting viscosity to the preparation. Among them, carboxyvinyl polymer and alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer are the most widely used raw materials.
However, carboxyvinyl polymers and alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymers have properties close to pseudoplasticity and inferior salt resistance. Therefore, it is liquefied by applying a slight stress, becomes easy to flow, is inferior in thixotropy showing a smooth spread and spread like water, has a poor spread and is difficult to obtain an excellent feeling of use. In addition, when taking a finger from the container or applying it to the skin, there is a problem that the viscosity of the cosmetic material is drastically lowered due to the influence of salt contained in sweat on the skin and dripping occurs.
In order to solve such problems, attempts have been made to improve salt resistance and to provide an excellent feeling of use. For example, an aqueous gel cosmetic containing a carboxyvinyl polymer, a basic substance, a hydrophobic silicic anhydride and a polyhydric alcohol (see, for example, Patent Document 1), a carboxyvinyl polymer and / or an alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer An external composition containing gellan gum (for example, see Patent Document 2) has been proposed.
Although these attempts can improve salt resistance to some extent, there is a problem that it is difficult to obtain an excellent feeling of use due to pseudo thixotropy. In addition, there is a problem in that the elongation on the skin is inferior and it is difficult to impart an excellent moisturizing effect.
On the other hand, studies on prescription systems that are not affected by salt have also been made. For example, gel cosmetics containing pectin, a salt that generates a polyvalent cation, and powder (see, for example, Patent Document 3), a cationic water-soluble polymer, a hydrophilic silicic acid anhydride, and a polyhydric alcohol A gel-like cosmetic material containing, for example, see Patent Document 4 has been proposed.
Although these attempts can suppress dripping from the skin, there are problems such as poor stretch on the skin, a heavy feeling of use, and a sticky feeling, which makes it difficult to provide an excellent moisturizing effect.

It has the effect of suppressing drooping of water. In addition, since it exhibits excellent thixotropy, it has the effect of being able to stretch smoothly and impart a moisturizing effect without stickiness.
The skin cosmetic of the present invention comprises (A) an alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer, (B) hydrophilic silicic acid anhydride, and (C) at least one divalent carboxylic acid, and a polypolymer having an average degree of polymerization of 2 to 15. Contains oligomeric esters composed of glycerin.
The (A) component alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer is a copolymer of at least one monomer composed of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid or a simple ester thereof and an alkyl acrylate.
The component (A) is usually used after neutralizing with a basic substance. Examples of the basic substance to be used include alkanolamines such as triethanolamine and monoethanolamine, inorganic bases such as ammonia, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide, and basic amino acids such as arginine. Moreover, the addition amount of the basic substance is an amount sufficient to neutralize the component (A), and may be appropriately blended according to the type and amount of use of these components.
In addition, the (A) component of this invention can use a commercial item as it is. Specifically, for example, Carbopol 1342, 1382, ETD2020, PEMULEN TR-1, TR-2 (trade names, both made by BF Goodrich); Carbopol Ultrez 20, Ultrez21 (trade names, both made by Noveon) Etc. can be illustrated.
The content of the component (A) is not particularly limited as long as a desired effect is imparted. However, from the viewpoint of imparting a suitable viscosity, the content is preferably 0.01% by weight or more, more preferably. Is 0.05% by weight or more. Further, from the viewpoint of deterioration of the feeling of use, it is preferably 2% by weight or less, more preferably 1% by weight or less. From these viewpoints, the content of the component (A) is preferably 0.01 to 2% by weight, more preferably 0.05 to 1% by weight in the cosmetic.
The hydrophilic silicic acid component (B) is silicic anhydride whose surface remains a silanol group and a siloxane group, and the surface is chemically reacted with a dimethylsilyl group, a trimethylsilyl group, or a polydimethylsiloxane group. Different from substituted hydrophobic silicic acid anhydride. From the viewpoint of dispersibility, the particle size of the component (B) to be used is preferably an average particle size of 5 to 40 nm, more preferably 7 to 20 nm.
In addition, the (B) component of this invention can use a commercial item as it is. Specifically, for example, AEROSIL50, 90G, 130, 200, 200V, 200CF, 300, 300CF, 380 (trade names, all manufactured by Nippon Aerosil Co., Ltd.) can be exemplified.
The content of (B) is not particularly limited as long as a desired effect is imparted, but usually 0.01% by weight or more in cosmetics from the viewpoint of imparting salt resistance and imparting thixotropic properties. Is preferable, and more preferably 0.05% by weight or more. In addition, the content is preferably 2% by weight or less, more preferably 1% by weight or less from the viewpoint of suppressing the separation and separation of the product due to aggregation and imparting formulation stability. From these viewpoints, the content of the component (B) is preferably 0.01 to 2% by weight, more preferably 0.05 to 1% by weight in the cosmetic.
In addition, in order to further improve salt resistance, suppress dripping due to a decrease in viscosity, and to impart excellent thixotropy, the cosmetic may contain (A) component and (B) component in a specific ratio. preferable. Specifically, the content weight ratio of the component (A) and the component (B) is preferably A: B = 20: 1 to 1: 3, and more preferably 10: 1 to 1: 2. . The reason is that when 1 part by weight of hydrophilic silicic acid is added more than 20 parts by weight of the alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer, the desired salt resistance and thixotropy cannot be obtained, and dripping due to a decrease in viscosity is likely to occur. In addition, when blending more than 3 parts by weight of hydrophilic silicic acid with 1 part by weight of the alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer, the alkyl-modified carboxyvinyl polymer aggregates, resulting in a decrease in viscosity and water separation. This is because it is unfavorable because of poor formulation stability.
(C) The divalent carboxylic acid constituting the oligomeric ester of the component is not particularly limited as long as it is a divalent carboxylic acid containing any of linear, branched, or cyclic structures. For example, adipic acid, pimelic acid , Suberic acid, azelaic acid, sebacic acid, 2,4-diethylpentanedioic acid, undecanedioic acid, dodecanedioic acid, tridecanedioic acid, tetradecanedioic acid, pentadecanedioic acid, hexadecanedioic acid, octadecanedioic acid, 8-ethyl Examples include octadecanedioic acid, eicosanedioic acid, dimethyleicosanedioic acid, and cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid. Moreover, as polyglycerol which comprises at least 1 sort (s) of divalent carboxylic acid and an ester body, the polyglycerol of the average degree of polymerization 2-15 computed from the hydroxyl value is used. Among them, it is preferable to use polyglycerol having an average degree of polymerization of 8 to 15, and it is more preferable to use polyglycerol having an average degree of polymerization of 10. Specific examples of the suitable component (C) used in the present invention include an oligomer ester composed of tetradecanoic acid and / or eicosannic acid and polyglycerin having an average polymerization degree of 10, for example.
The method for producing the above-mentioned divalent carboxylic acid and polyglycerol oligomer ester is not particularly limited as long as it is obtained by a known esterification method. For example, as a catalyst described in JP-A-2007-137847 A method of esterifying at 50 to 260 ° C. in an appropriate solvent using paratoluenesulfonic acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, methanesulfonic acid, boron trifluoride diethyl ether complex, etc .; no solvent, no catalyst, 150 to 260 ° C. The method of esterifying with can be illustrated.
In addition, a commercial item can be used for (C) component of this invention as it is. Specifically, Neosole-Aqua (trade name, manufactured by Nippon Seika Co., Ltd.) and the like can be exemplified.
The content of (C) is not particularly limited as long as a desired effect is imparted, but usually 0.05% by weight or more is preferable in cosmetics and more preferably from the viewpoint of imparting an excellent moisturizing effect. Is 0.1% by weight or more. Moreover, from a viewpoint of a usability | use_condition, 6 weight% or less is preferable, More preferably, it is 4 weight% or less. From these viewpoints, the content of (C) in the cosmetic is preferably 0.05 to 6% by weight, more preferably 0.1 to 4% by weight.
Moreover, the cosmetic for skin of this invention can be made to contain (D) polyhydric alcohol from a viewpoint of improving a moisturizing effect. Examples of the component (D) to be used include glycols, glycerins, diols and the like. Specific examples of glycols include ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, isoprene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, and the like. Examples of glycerins include glycerin, concentrated glycerin, diglycerin, polyglycerin and the like. Examples of diols include 1,2-alkanediols such as 1,2-butanediol, 1,2-pentanediol, 1,2-hexanediol, 1,2-octanediol, and 1,2-decanediol. It can be illustrated. These components may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
The content of the component (D) is not particularly limited as long as a desired effect is imparted, but usually 0.1% by weight or more is preferable in the cosmetic from the viewpoint of improving the moisturizing effect, and more preferably 1% by weight or more. Moreover, from a viewpoint of suppressing stickiness, 20 weight% or less is preferable, More preferably, it is 15 weight% or less. From these viewpoints, the content of the component (D) is preferably 0.1 to 20% by weight, more preferably 1 to 15% by weight in the cosmetic.
Moreover, in order to make the dispersibility of hydrophilic silicic acid better, the cosmetic for skin of the present invention can contain ethanol. The content of ethanol is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.1% by weight or more, more preferably 0.5% by weight or more in the cosmetic from the viewpoint of suppressing separation due to aggregation. Further, from the viewpoint of suppressing the destabilization of the preparation due to a decrease in viscosity, it is preferably 20% by weight or less, more preferably 15% by weight or less. From these viewpoints, the content of ethanol is preferably 0.1 to 20% by weight, more preferably 0.5 to 15% by weight.
In addition, water is used for the remainder of the skin cosmetics of the present invention. The water used is not particularly limited as long as it can be used as a cosmetic raw material, but purified water is usually used. In the present invention, the water content in the present invention is 50 to 90% by weight, preferably 60 to 85% by weight. The reason for this is that when it is less than 50% by weight, a sticky feeling is generated and the feeling of use is inferior, and when it exceeds 90% by weight, an optimum viscosity cannot be obtained, so that excellent thixotropic properties cannot be obtained. This is because neither is preferable.
In the cosmetic for skin of the present invention, within the range not impairing the effects of the present invention, in addition to the above-described components, components usually used in cosmetics, for example, surfactants such as polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil; Oils, ultraviolet absorbers, fragrances, preservatives, antioxidants, refreshing agents, vitamins, plant extracts and the like can be appropriately blended depending on the purpose.
The skin cosmetic of the present invention can be applied to various dosage forms such as gel and cream. Especially, since it does not sag from the skin and exhibits excellent thixotropy, it is desirable to form a gel.
EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although this invention is demonstrated further in detail based on an Example, this invention is not limited only to these Examples. From the results shown in Tables 1 and 2, the cosmetics for skin obtained in each Example had a viscosity due to the influence of the salt contained on the skin as compared with those obtained in each Comparative Example. It turns out that it does not fall, and there is no dripping from a fingertip part or an application part. Moreover, it can be seen that the skin cosmetics obtained in each Example are excellent in thixotropy because they have a smooth spread at the time of spreading. In addition, it can be seen that a moisturizing effect with no stickiness is given.
