Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle power supply system, and more particularly to a vehicle power supply system that controls power supply from a battery and an alternator.
In response to needs for higher performance, higher comfort, etc., vehicles are equipped with various on-board electrical loads. Two power sources are provided to supply power to these electrical loads: a battery and an alternator. It has been. Switching of power supply between the battery and the alternator is controlled by a vehicle power supply system. During normal driving of the automobile, power is supplied mainly from the alternator, but power is supplied from the battery when the engine is started or when the alternator fails.
In recent years, many electric components are used in devices related to running performance and safety, such as power steering and brake systems, and electric loads are increasing. In addition to this, electric loads for improving the comfort of drivers and passengers are increasing, and electric wiring (wire harness) from the power source to each electric load is greatly increased. An example of a conventional vehicle
In order to solve such a problem, a power supply bus system in which a power supply line is formed into a single power supply line has been developed. An example of a power bus system is shown in FIG. In the
In order to avoid a sudden drop in battery capacity when the power supply source is switched to a battery due to a failure of an alternator or the like, for example, in the vehicle power supply control device described in
However, the conventional vehicle power supply system has the following problems. In a power bus system that has a significantly reduced number of wires, the battery capacity can be drastically reduced and the battery can quickly rise because the alternator fails to supply power to all loads from the battery. There is. In addition, when the
In the vehicle power supply control device described in
Further, in the vehicle power supply control device disclosed in
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve these problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle power supply system that switches power supply to an important load from a battery when an alternator is abnormal.

A vehicle power supply system according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In addition, about each structural part which has the same function, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and shown for simplification of illustration and description.
A vehicle power supply system according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the block diagram shown in FIG. The vehicle
The first
The battery system
The battery system load is an important load related to traveling of the vehicle, and is a load that needs to be supplied with electric power from the
In the second
The power
In the vehicle
First, the load connected to the first
The load connected to the second
In the vehicle
Next, in the vehicle
The
The second power
When a power generation abnormality occurs in the
As described above, in the vehicle
In the case of the power generation abnormality of the
On the other hand, when the
In the vehicle
Further, for the
The operation when power supply to the individual load power supply control unit is stopped will be described with reference to FIG. In the vehicle
In FIG. 5, ECU power necessary for the operation of the individual load
A method of stopping power supply to the individual load power
その結果、マイコン135a(155a)が動作できず、個別開閉手段135b(155b)が開状態となる。
When a signal indicating that the
As described above, according to the vehicle
A vehicle
The third power
On the other hand, the flow of power supply when the
As in the first embodiment, the vehicle
