Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an analysis apparatus and an analysis method.
An analyzer that automatically transports a plurality of samples and analyzes the transported samples is known (for example,
However, the analyzers described in
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and one object of the present invention is to avoid an increase in the size of the apparatus and to efficiently perform a sample analysis process. An analysis apparatus and an analysis method are provided.
In order to achieve the above object, an analyzer according to a first aspect of the present invention is an analyzer that analyzes samples of a plurality of sample containers accommodated in a rack, and includes a first measurement unit that measures a sample, A second measurement unit of the same type as the first measurement unit for measuring the sample, and a first sample container accommodated in the rack and accommodating the first sample are transported to the first measurement unit, and accommodated in the rack and accommodate the second sample. And a transport device for transporting the second sample container to the second measurement unit.
In the analyzer according to the first aspect of the present invention, as described above, the first sample container accommodated in the rack and accommodating the first sample is transported to the first measurement unit, and accommodated in the rack and accommodated the second sample. By providing a transport device for transporting the second sample container to the second measurement unit, a plurality of sample containers accommodated in the same rack can be distributed to two different measurement units. Can be performed. For example, when transporting an odd number of racks, even when measuring the sample of the last rack, the sample of the last rack can be distributed to two measurement units and measured by two measurement units. . Therefore, the sample analysis process can be performed efficiently regardless of the number of racks to be transported. Also, with the above configuration, the second rack does not need to pass the first rack on the transport device, so that the measurement unit can be provided with a rack receiving portion, a rack overtaking line, and a rack slider. Therefore, it is possible to avoid an increase in the size of the analyzer.
In the analyzer according to the first aspect, preferably, the first measurement unit includes a first sample aspirating unit that aspirates the first sample from the first sample container transported to the first measurement unit by the transport device; A first sample preparation unit that prepares a first detection sample from the first sample aspirated by the sample suction unit, and a first component that detects a component to be analyzed from the first detection sample prepared by the first sample preparation unit The second measurement unit is aspirated by the second sample aspiration unit and the second sample aspiration unit for aspirating the second sample from the second sample container conveyed to the second measurement unit by the conveyance device. A second sample preparation unit for preparing a second detection sample from the second sample, and a second detection unit for detecting a component to be analyzed from the second detection sample prepared by the second sample preparation unit. . With this configuration, the first measurement unit and the second measurement unit suck the sample from the sample container, prepare the detection sample from the sucked sample, and detect the analysis target component from the prepared detection sample. can do.
In this case, preferably, the analysis target component of the first detection sample detected by the first detection unit is analyzed to obtain the analysis result of the first sample, and the second detection detected by the second detection unit. The apparatus further includes a control unit configured to analyze the analysis target component of the sample for use and obtain the analysis result of the second sample. If comprised in this way, since one control part analyzes both the component detected by the 1st detection part and the component detected by the 2nd detection part, a separate control part is provided in each measurement unit There is no need. This also makes it possible to reduce the size of the analyzer.
In the configuration including the control unit, preferably, the control unit includes operations of the first sample aspirating unit and the second sample aspirating unit, operations of the first sample preparing unit and the second sample preparing unit, a first detecting unit, and It is comprised so that operation | movement of a 2nd detection part and operation | movement of a conveying apparatus may be controlled. With this configuration, since one control unit controls the operation of each unit, there is no need to separately provide a control unit for operation control.
In the configuration in which the first measurement unit includes a first sample aspirating unit and the second measurement unit includes a second sample aspirating unit, preferably, the first measurement unit is transported to the first measurement unit by the transport device. The second sample unit further includes a first sample moving unit that moves the one sample container to an aspiration position by the first sample aspirating unit, and the second measurement unit converts the second sample container transported to the second measurement unit by the transport device into the second sample unit. It further includes a second sample moving unit that moves to an aspiration position by the sample aspirating unit. If comprised in this way, since a 1st sample container and a 2nd sample container are moved to an aspiration position by a 1st sample moving part and a 2nd sample moving part, respectively, a 1st sample aspiration part and a 2nd sample aspiration part are The specimen can be aspirated only by moving in the vertical direction without moving in the horizontal direction.
In the analyzer according to the first aspect, preferably, the first measurement unit includes a first stirring unit that stirs the first sample container transported to the first measurement unit by the transport device, and the second measurement unit includes: A second agitation unit for agitating the second sample container conveyed to the second measurement unit by the conveyance device; If comprised in this way, since each 1st measurement unit and 2nd measurement unit are equipped with a stirring part, an analysis process can be started immediately after stirring. As a result, it is possible to prevent the component concentration in the sample container from becoming non-uniform at the time of measurement, and it is possible to perform analysis processing of the sample with higher accuracy.
In the analyzer according to the first aspect described above, preferably, the transport device transports the first sample container to the first measurement unit, transports the second sample container to the second measurement unit, and then accommodates the third sample container in the rack. The third sample container containing the sample is transported to the first measurement unit, and the fourth sample container accommodated in the rack and containing the fourth sample is transported to the second measurement unit. If comprised in this way, since the some sample container accommodated in the same rack is alternately distributed to two measurement units, each measurement unit can be operated continuously. As a result, the sample can be analyzed more efficiently.
In this case, preferably, the transport device transports the second sample container to the second measurement unit before the measurement of the first sample by the first measurement unit is completed, and the measurement of the second sample by the second measurement unit is performed. The third sample container is transported to the first measurement unit before completion, and the fourth sample container is transported to the second measurement unit before the measurement of the third sample by the first measurement unit is completed. ing. According to this configuration, the sample in the sample container transported to one measurement unit can be measured while another sample container can be taken into the other measurement unit, so that the sample can be analyzed more efficiently. Can do.
In the analyzer according to the first aspect, preferably, the first measurement unit further includes a first sample take-in portion that takes the first sample container from the rack, and the transport device is taken in by the first sample take-in portion. The second sample container is configured to be transported to the second measurement unit before the first sample container is returned from the first measurement unit to the rack. According to this configuration, the second sample container by the second measurement unit is compared with the case where the second sample container is transported to the second measurement unit after the first sample container is returned from the first measurement unit to the rack. Since the measurement of the second sample can be started earlier, the sample can be analyzed more efficiently.
In the analyzer according to the first aspect, preferably, the first sample and the second sample are blood, and the first measurement unit and the second measurement unit are configured to measure the number of blood cells in the blood. Yes. If comprised in this way, in the measurement unit which measures the number of blood cells in the blood, it is possible to efficiently analyze the sample while reducing the size of the analyzer.
In the analyzer according to the first aspect described above, preferably, the rack includes a plurality of container accommodating portions arranged in a row, and the first sample container includes a plurality of container accommodating portions arranged in a row, The second specimen container is accommodated in the container accommodating part disposed at the second end from the one end part among the plurality of container accommodating parts arranged in a row. Is housed in the department. With this configuration, it is possible to measure samples in a plurality of sample containers arranged in a row in a rack in order from the sample at one end by two measurement units, thereby simplifying rack transport control. It becomes.
In the analysis apparatus according to the first aspect, preferably, the transport device is a pre-analysis holding a pre-analysis rack that holds a sample container in which a sample before being measured by the first measurement unit or the second measurement unit is stored. Analysis from a rack holding unit, a post-analysis rack holding unit that holds a post-analysis rack that holds a sample container containing a sample measured by the first measurement unit or the second measurement unit, and a pre-analysis rack holding unit A transport unit that receives the previous rack and transports the post-analysis rack to the post-analysis rack holding unit, the transport unit from the pre-analysis rack holding unit before the analysis before transporting the post-analysis rack to the post-analysis rack holding unit. It is configured to receive a rack. With this configuration, the transport unit can receive the pre-analysis rack earlier than the case where the transport unit receives the pre-analysis rack after transporting the post-analysis rack to the post-analysis rack holding unit. The apparatus can transport the sample container accommodated in the pre-analysis rack to the two measurement units more quickly. As a result, the sample can be analyzed more efficiently.
An analysis method according to a second aspect of the present invention is an analysis method for analyzing samples in a plurality of sample containers accommodated in a rack, wherein the first sample container accommodated in the rack and containing the first sample is subjected to the first measurement. A first transporting process for transporting to the unit; a first capturing process for capturing the first specimen into the first measurement unit after the first transporting process; and a second specimen stored in the rack after the first capturing process. A second transport step for transporting the contained second sample container to a second measurement unit of the same type as the first measurement unit; and a second take-in for taking the second sample into the second measurement unit after the second transport step A step, a first measurement step of measuring the first sample by the first measurement unit, and a second measurement step of measuring the second sample by the second measurement unit.
In the analysis method according to the second aspect of the present invention, as described above, the first sample container accommodated in the rack and accommodating the first sample is transported to the first measurement unit, and accommodated in the rack and accommodated the second sample. By transporting the second sample container to the second measurement unit, the samples in a plurality of sample containers accommodated in the same rack can be distributed to two different measurement units, so an odd number of racks were transported. In this case, when the sample of the last rack is measured, the sample of the last rack can be distributed to the two measurement units and the measurement can be performed by the two measurement units. Therefore, the analyzer can be downsized.
In the analysis method according to the second aspect, preferably, the second transport process is started before the first measurement process is completed. If comprised in this way, since a sample can be measured with a 2nd measurement unit, measuring a sample with a 1st measurement unit, the analysis process of a sample can be performed more efficiently.

As shown in FIG. 3, the sample
The
The horizontal moving
The vertical moving
The sample
The
Here, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the
The pre-analysis
The post-analysis
The
The
The presence /

First, when the
In step S13, the preceding
In step S20, in the
In step S24, in the
In step S27, the
In step S32, the

In step S39, the
In step S43, the
In step S46, the
In step S50, in the
In step S <b> 53, the
In step S56, in the
Thereafter, in step S59, the sample in the
In step S 60, in the
In step S64, the
In the present embodiment, as described above, the
In the present embodiment, the analysis target component of the detection sample detected by the
In the present embodiment, the
Further, in the present embodiment, the pre-analysis rack holding that holds the
