Abstract
【解決手段】アスファルトにゴム、熱可塑性エラストマー、ゴム廃棄物などを混合する際に活性白土を添加、使用する。
Description
下記成分をミキサーに入れ、160℃、2500rpmで5分間混合後、200℃、4000rpmで5時間混合し、アスファルト組成物を得た。但し、アスファルトは、マントルヒーターで予め160℃で加熱溶融したものを用いた。このアスファルト組成物において、試験者によりアスファルト臭以外の臭気を測定した。製造直後から格別の臭気はなかった。また、活性白土を添加しない条件で臭気を測定したところ、試験者全員がイオウ系の臭気を感じた。
(日石三菱石油社製60−80)100重量部
いおう加硫ゴム
(いおうをゴムに対して3%含むSBR) 8重量部
石油系配合油 (日石三菱石油製
コーモレックス) 5重量部
活性白土 (水澤化学工業株式会社製 ガレオンアース)8重量部
いおう加硫ゴムを廃タイヤチップ
(いおうをゴムに対して約2%含む)に変更した以外は実施
例1に準じて臭気を測定した。製造直後から臭気はなかった。また、活性白土を添加しない条件で臭気を測定したところ、試験者全員がイオウ系の臭気を感じた。
いおう加硫ゴムを、2−メルカプトベンゾチアゾール製造時の樹脂状重合体 (いおうを約59%含む) 2重量部に変更した以外は実施例1に準じて臭気を測定した。製造直後から臭気はなかった。また、活性白土を添加しない条件で臭気を測定したところ、試験者全員がイオウ系の臭気を感じた。
活性白土を活性炭に変更した以外は実施例1に準じて臭気を測定した。試験者全員がイオウ系の臭気を感じた。
活性白土をゼオライトに変更した以外は実施例1に準じて臭気を測定した。試験者全員がイオウ系の臭気を感じた。
新アスファルト3部に、軟化剤0.1部と、2−メルカプトベンゾチアゾール製造時の樹脂状重合体
(いおうを約59%含む)と活性白土をおのおの0.06部混合して、結合剤とした。
樹脂状重合体、活性白土とも、新アスファルトに対して2重量パーセントである。これを砕石27部 砂 17部 石粉 3部 再生骨材 50部と混合して舗装材としてのアスファルトコンクリートを調製した。試験道路に舗装施行したが、施行の前後に臭気はなかった。なお、活性白土を添加しない条件で試験道路に舗装施行したところ、施行の前後に試験者全員がイオウ系の臭気を感じた。
2−メルカプトベンゾチアゾール製造時の樹脂状重合体 (いおうを約59%含む)と活性白土をおのおの0.12部混合した以外は実施例6に準じて試験道路に舗装施行した。施行の前後に臭気はなかった。活性白土を添加しない条件で試験道路に舗装施行したところ、施行の前後にイオウ系の臭気を感じた。
Claims (10)
- アスファルト、一種または二種以上の含いおう重合体、活性白土を含有するアスファルト組成物
- 含いおう重合体がゴムおよび/または熱可塑性エラストマーである請求項1に記載の組成物
- ゴムおよび/または熱可塑性エラストマーがゴム廃棄物である請求項2に記載の組成物
- ゴム廃棄物が廃棄タイヤチップである請求項3に記載の組成物
- 含いおう重合体が含イオウ樹脂である請求項1に記載の組成物
- 含イオウ樹脂が2−メルカプトベンゾチアゾール製造時の樹脂状重合体である 請求項5に記載の組成物
- アスファルトへ、含いおう重合体の一種または二種以上を配合するにあたり、活性白土を添加してなる臭気の防止方法
- 含いおう重合体がゴム、熱可塑性エラストマー、ゴム廃棄物、廃棄タイヤチップ、含イオウ樹脂、2−メルカプトベンゾチアゾール製造時の樹脂状重合体から選択された一種または二種以上である 請求項7に記載の方法
- 活性白土を、アスファルト100重量部に対して0.01〜10重量部添加する請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 活性白土をアスファルトに添加することを特徴とする、アスファルトポリマー組成物を含むアスファルト製品からの臭気物質の放出を減少させる方法
