Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a stick-shaped lip cosmetic. More particularly, the present invention relates to a stick-like lip cosmetic that gives an excellent gloss to the lips.
In recent years, stick-like lip cosmetics are favored for their smooth and soft touch that gives the lips gloss. In the past, in order to improve the function of giving gloss to the lips of stick-like lip cosmetics, attempts were made to add as much high-viscosity liquid oil or paste-like oil as polybutene and hydrogenated polyisobutene. The high blending of liquid oil and paste-like oil has a strong stickiness unique to use, and the gloss is excellent but the feeling of use is poor. As a result, there was no satisfactory product as a stick-shaped lip cosmetic that gives the lips gloss. Also, if you try to reduce the amount of wax that is essential for molding into a stick shape and try to obtain a soft feel to the skin, the stick moldability is poor, the temperature stability over time is also bad, and it is easy to break during use The shortcoming occurred.
Conventionally, several techniques for solving these problems have been seen, but none of them is satisfactory. Examples of these technologies include 3 to 12% ethylene homopolymer and / or copolymer having a melting point of 90 to 110 ° C, and 5 to 30% hydrocarbon liquid oil having a viscosity of 20 Pa · s or more at 20 ° C. And a stick-like lip cosmetic with a total amount of wax of 8 to 12% (see Patent Document 1), and (a) 7 to 30% by mass of a hydrocarbon wax containing polyethylene wax having a molecular weight of 300 to 700 as an essential component [ However, the polyethylene wax having a molecular weight of 300 to 700 is contained at a ratio of 15 to 80 (mass ratio) with respect to (a) component 100], and (b) IOB in the organic conceptual diagram is 0 to 0.2 at 25 ° C. 40 to 80% by mass of oil that is liquid to semi-solid, and the content of the plant wax is 1.0% by mass or less, and the entire composition at 37 ° C. Hardness is 0-10, there are oily solid cosmetic (see Patent Document 2), and the like.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is a feeling of use (soft feel to the skin, non-stickiness, slipping feeling at the time of application, etc.), shape retention at the time of use (bending at the time of use, It is an object of the present invention to provide a stick-shaped lip cosmetic that has good shape change such as bending), stick moldability, temperature stability over time, and the like, and gives excellent gloss to the lips.
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventors have found that a specific amount of solid oil containing a specific amount of polyethylene wax and a liquid or semisolid oil containing a specific amount of high-viscosity hydrocarbon oil are included. In the present invention, terms such as liquid, semi-solid, and solid indicate a state at normal temperature. Liquid oils, semi-solid oils, solid oils and the like are all recognized by those skilled in the art. For example, solid oils generally have a melting point of 45 ° C. or higher, preferably 55 ° C. That's all. Semi-solid oil is an oil that does not solidify completely at room temperature (about 25 ° C.) and is distinguished from liquid oil and solid oil.
According to the present invention, a stick obtained by blending a solid oil containing polyethylene wax and a liquid or semi-solid oil containing a high-viscosity hydrocarbon oil together with a flake-like powder composed of petal-like powder and / or tubular powder. Lip-shaped cosmetics for the lips have been manufactured, so that it feels comfortable to use (soft skin, non-sticky, slippery when applied, etc.), shape retention during use (changes in shape such as bending and bending during use) In addition, a stick-shaped cosmetic for lips that has excellent stick moldability, temperature stability with time, etc., and gives excellent gloss to the lips.
Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail.
(A)スティック状の口唇用化粧料全量中5〜10質量%のポリエチレンワックスを含む固形油分5〜10質量%;
(B)スティック状の口唇用化粧料全量中30〜70質量%の高粘度の炭化水素油を含む液状乃至半固形油分75〜85質量%;
(C)花弁状粉体及び/又は管状粉体からなる薄片集合状粉体3〜10質量%;
In the stick-shaped lip cosmetic of the present invention, the following essential components (A), (B), and (C):
(A) 5 to 10% by mass of a solid oil containing 5 to 10% by mass of polyethylene wax in the total amount of the stick-like cosmetic for lips;
(B) 75 to 85% by mass of a liquid or semi-solid oil containing 30 to 70% by mass of a high-viscosity hydrocarbon oil in the total amount of the stick-like cosmetic for lips;
(C) 3 to 10% by mass of flake aggregate powder composed of petal-like powder and / or tubular powder;
Is blended.
If the polyethylene wax used in this invention is a polyethylene wax which can be mix | blended with cosmetics, it will not restrict | limit in particular.
In the present invention, the polyethylene wax has an average molecular weight of 400 to 900, a melting point of 90 to 110 ° C., and a gel hardness (3φ penetration hardness of 10% wax (ODO (octyldodecyl oleate) Nissin Oil)) of 200 to 300 g. It is preferable that
Commercially available products can be used as the polyethylene wax of the present invention. Examples of commercially available products include LIPWAXA-4 (manufactured by Nippon Natural Products). LIPWAXA-4 is a synthetic wax that conforms to the cosmetic ingredient-specific blending ingredient standard “synthetic hydrocarbon wax”, has an average molecular weight of 675, a melting point of 98 to 104 ° C., gel hardness (wax amount of 10% (ODO (octyldodecyl oleate)) ) (Nisshin Oil) 3φ penetration hardness) is 220-280 g of polyethylene wax.
The content of the polyethylene wax is 5 to 10% by mass in the total amount of the stick-shaped cosmetic for lips. If the content is out of the above range, the effect of the present invention cannot be exhibited. When the content is less than 5% by mass, it is difficult to maintain the shape as a stick by blending only the polyethylene wax as the solid oil, and the solid oil content can be reduced to a stick shape by blending the solid oil other than the polyethylene wax. Even if it is in the range of 5 to 10% by mass in the total amount of the cosmetic for lips, the gloss of the coating film on the lips is poor and the feeling of use is also bad, and the effects of the present invention cannot be exhibited. On the other hand, if it exceeds 10% by mass, the coating film on the lips is not glossy, and the touch is hard, and the feeling of use cannot be satisfied.
In the present invention, when the blend of polyethylene wax is less than 10% by mass in the total amount of sticky lip cosmetics, other solid oils other than polyethylene wax are blended within the total solid oil content within 10% by mass. It doesn't matter. Therefore, the present invention includes 5 to 10% by mass of solid oil in the total amount of the stick-shaped cosmetic for lips, of which 5 to 10% by mass of polyethylene wax is included. When other solid oils other than polyethylene wax are blended in an amount exceeding 10% by mass, the gloss of the coating film on the lips and the feeling of use become worse.
The solid oil other than the polyethylene wax that can be blended is not particularly limited as long as it can be blended in cosmetics. Specifically, beeswax, lanolin, candelilla wax, carnauba wax, ibotarou, jojoba wax, cetyl palmitate, glyceryl trimyristate, hydrogenated oil, molasses, hydrogenated castor oil, coconut oil, stearic acid, palmitic acid, myristic acid, 12 -Waxes such as hydroxystearic acid, behenic acid, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol, silicone wax, ceresin, paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, ester wax, solid fat, higher fatty acid, higher alcohol, Examples thereof include silicone and hydrocarbon wax.
Regarding the blending of the hydrocarbon wax, it is preferable that all the hydrocarbon waxes other than the polyethylene wax are blended without blending with the hydrocarbon wax. Furthermore, it is preferable that all solid oil is polyethylene wax. By adopting these preferred solid oil components, the effects of the present invention can be further improved.
In the present invention, a highly viscous hydrocarbon oil is used. The high viscosity means that the kinematic viscosity at 98.9 ° C. is 100 mm 2 / s or more as the value of kinematic viscosity. Preferably, it is 300 mm < 2 > / s (98.9 degreeC) or more.
A low viscosity hydrocarbon oil with a kinematic viscosity of less than 100 mm 2 / s ( 98.9 ° C.) cannot exert the effect of the present invention, and the coated film on the lips is not glossy and feels like sliding up when used. Thus, the feeling of use is poor, the moldability of the stick is poor, the lipstick strength is weak, the formation retention during use, and the temperature stability over time are poor.
The upper limit of the kinematic viscosity of the high-viscosity hydrocarbon oil is not particularly limited, but is preferably 5000 mm 2 / s ( 98.9 ° C.) or less from the viewpoint of feeling of use, gloss of the coating film on the lips, and the like. More preferably, it is 800 mm 2 / s ( 98.9 ° C.) or less.
As the high-viscosity hydrocarbon oil, polybutene, polyisobutene, and hydrogenated products thereof in the viscosity range are preferable. Note that the hydrogenated product does not necessarily have to be free from 100% unsaturated bonds.
Commercially available products can be used as the highly viscous hydrocarbon oil of the present invention. Examples of commercially available products include Pearl Ream 18 (kinematic viscosity 300 mm 2 / s (98.9 ° C.)), Pearl Ream. 24 (kinematic viscosity 800mm 2 /s(98.9℃)), Pearl stream 46 (kinematic viscosity 4700mm 2 /s(98.9℃)) (or more, manufactured by NOF Corporation of hydrogenated polyisobutene), oil & polybutene HV-300F (kinematic viscosity 590 mm 2 / s (98.9 ° C.)), Nisseki polybutene HV-50 (kinematic viscosity 110 mm 2 / s (98.9 ° C.)), Nisseki polybutene HV-100 (kinematic viscosity 220 mm 2 / S (98.9 ° C.)), Nisseki Polybutene HV-1900 (kinematic viscosity 3710 mm 2 / s (98.9 ° C.)) (poly (isobutene / normal butene) manufactured by Nippon Oil Corporation) All It is.
The content of the high-viscosity hydrocarbon oil is 30 to 70% by mass in the total amount of the stick-like cosmetic for lips. If the content is out of the above range, the effect of the present invention cannot be exhibited. When the content is less than 30% by mass, the coating film on the lips is particularly unsatisfactory and the usability is also poor. Moreover, when it exceeds 70 mass%, the slipperiness at the time of application | coating will fall especially and it will become easy to break and it will become difficult to apply. A preferable content is 40 to 65% by mass in the total amount of the lip cosmetic.
In the present invention, in addition to the high-viscosity hydrocarbon oil, the other liquid or semi-solid oil component is 75 to 85 in the total amount of the stick-like lip cosmetic as the total liquid or semi-solid oil component containing the high-viscosity hydrocarbon oil. It mix | blends in the range which is the mass%.
The other liquid or semi-solid oil component is not particularly limited as long as it can be blended in cosmetics. Specifically, olive oil, castor oil, macadamia nut oil, evening primrose oil, jojoba oil, liquid lanolin, cetyl 2-ethylhexanoate, isononyl isononanoate, di-2-ethylhexyl sebacate, neopentyl glycol dicaprate, tri-2- Glyceryl ethylhexanoate (triethylhexanoin), glyceryl tri (caprylic acid / capric acid), diglyceryl diisostearate, diglyceryl triisostearate, pentaerythritol tetra-2-ethylhexanoate, trimethylolpropane tri-2-ethylhexanoate , Diisostearyl malate, isostearic acid, oleic acid, isostearyl alcohol, dimethylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, lanolin, dimerized Liquid oils such as dimer dilinoleyl oleate, dimer dilinoleate di (isostearyl / phytosteryl), dimer dilinoleyl diisostearate, liquid paraffin, squalane, ester oil, higher fatty acid, higher alcohol, silicone oil, hydrocarbon Oil etc. are mentioned. As these oils, liquid oils and ester oils are preferable in that the effects of the present invention are exhibited.
In the solid oil containing the high-viscosity hydrocarbon oil and polyethylene wax, which are essential components in the present invention, the blending ratio (high-viscosity hydrocarbon oil / the solid oil) is 6 to 9 (mass ratio). It is preferable. Within this range, the effect of the present invention is particularly excellent in terms of the coating film on the lips, the feeling of use, the formation retention during use, and the like.
In the present invention, petal-like powder or tubular powder is contained, but both of them may be mixed and used. The petal-like powder and the tubular powder are flake-gathered powder. Among these, the petal-like powder is a petal-like powder in which flakes grow in multiple directions instead of a fixed direction to form an aggregate. Further, the tubular powder is a tubular powder composed of aggregated particles of flaky fine crystals. Hereinafter, the petal-like powder and the tubular powder will be described in detail.
Examples of the powder that forms the petal-like powder include, for example, calcium silicate, calcium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, and the like. In the present invention, calcium silicate is preferably used, and the effects of the present invention are remarkably exhibited.
Petal-like powder is a known substance. For example, JP-A 54-93698, JP-A 9-25108, JP-A 2003-30632, JP-A 2003-261796, JP-A 2005-2005. No. 314300, JP-A-2005-330210, JP-A-2007-326795, and the like. For example, a sodium silicate aqueous solution and a calcium chloride aqueous solution are mixed and reacted in an autoclave to produce petal-like calcium silicate.
The petal-like powder preferably has an average particle size of 1.0 to 30.0 μm. This preferably has a longitudinal direction of 0.1 to 30 μm and a thickness of 0.001 to 0.1 μm.

As the pulverizer, for example, a compression pulverizer, a shear pulverizer, an impact pulverizer, a ball medium pulverizer, an airflow pulverizer, or the like can be used. The classification includes a natural sedimentation method and a cyclone method, but is not particularly limited.
The tubular powder is a tubular product in which flaky fine crystals forming agglomerated particles gather in a card house structure. The agglomerated particles are not agglomerated particles in which flaky fine crystals are easily dispersed by simple stirring, environmental changes such as temperature and pH.
Examples of the powder forming the tubular powder include basic magnesium carbonate and the like. It is preferable to use this. Tubular basic magnesium carbonate is basic magnesium carbonate (mMgCO 3 · Mg (OH) 2 · nH 2 O) having a porous and tubular shape made of flaky fine crystals.
Tubular powder is a known substance, and can be produced, for example, by the method described in JP-A-2003-306325 and JP-A-2005-220058. For example, an anhydrous sodium carbonate aqueous solution is gradually added to a magnesium sulfate heptahydrate aqueous solution and stirred to obtain columnar particles of normal magnesium carbonate. Subsequently, the suspension of columnar particles of normal magnesium carbonate is heated and stirred to produce basic magnesium carbonate to produce tubular basic magnesium carbonate.
The tubular powder preferably has an inner diameter of 0.5 to 10 μm, an outer diameter of 1 to 20 μm, and a length of 5 to 200 μm. Further, the inner diameter / outer diameter ratio is preferably 0.125 to 2.5, and the length / outer diameter ratio is preferably 1.25 to 25. Further, the specific surface area by the BET method is 40 to 200 m 2 / g, and in the pore distribution measured by the mercury intrusion method, the pore volume having a pore diameter of 0.01 to 100 μm is 5000 to 12000 mm 3 / g. preferable.
As the tubular powder in the present invention, a commercially available product can be used.
