清掃作業においては、被清掃面の段差、汚れ具合等、現場の状況に合わせてブラシを選択し、作業中においても、ブラシの交換を行う。
このため、リング状ブラシの種類を出来るだけ多く現場へ持参しなければならないのであるが、現在提供されているブラシでは、糸の植え込みパターンの種類に限りがあるため、被清掃面の状態にきめ細かく対応させる事は出来ない。
また、リング状ブラシは、直径４００ｍｍ位、糸の長さを含めた厚さは６０ｍｍ位、重さ約２Ｋｇある。
これを数多く持ち運ぶ場合、容積が大きくなり、重量も重くなるため、車への積み下ろしや、作業現場まで運ぶのに苦労を要する。

図２及び図３において、糸（２）は一部省略している。
扇状ブロック（１ａ）には直径８ｍｍ位の束にされた糸（２）が、一定のパターンで、約７０箇所植え込まれている。
扇状ブロック（１ａ）の糸（２）が植え込まれた面と反対側の面には、取り付け用の爪（１ｂ）と脱着溝（１ｃ）及び固定溝（１ｄ）が設けられている。脱着溝（１ｃ）と固定溝（１ｄ）は繋がって掘り込まれている。
本発明において扇状ブロック（１ａ）と糸（２）とで一体とし、扇状ブラシ（３）とした。
ホルダリング（４）はリング状の円板で、片面にガイド（５ａ）が同一円周上等間隔に８個所固着されている。
ガイド（５ａ）にはフック（５ｂ）が設けられている。
扇状ブラシ（３）８個を、ホルダリング（４）の８箇所あるガイド（５ａ）部にそれぞれ取り付ける事により、清掃ポリッシャーに取り付けられるリング状ブラシを形成する。
図４及び図５において、扇状ブラシ（３）をホルダリング（４）に取り付ける手順を説明する図で糸（２）は省略してある。
扇状ブラシ（３）の脱着溝（１ｃ）部をガイド（５ａ）に嵌め込み、扇状ブラシ（３）を外周方向へスライドさせて扇状ブロック（１ａ）の爪（１ｂ）をフック（５ｂ）に挿入させる。
扇状ブラシ（３）を図５における左方向へ押し、固定溝（１ｄ）をフック（５ｂ）に嵌め込む。
これにより８個の扇状ブラシ（３）が同一円周上に等間隔で配置されホルダリング（４）と共にリング状ブラシを形成する。
取り外す場合は上記と逆の手順で行えば良いので、簡単に脱着出来る。
現在ブラシ直径の異なる清掃ポリッシャーが数種類提供されているため、本発明においては分割数をそれぞれの直径に合わせて最適な分割数に設定する事で、それぞれの清掃ポリッシャーに対応するリング状ブラシを提供する事が出来る。In FIG. 1, in the present invention, the fan-shaped block (1a) having an angle of 45 degrees has a fan shape in which the ring is radially divided into eight pieces and the gaps of each piece are 15 mm.

従来のリング状ブラシでは、いろいろなタイプのリング状ブラシを持ち運ばなければならないが種類には限りがありきめ細かな対応はできない。
また本発明による扇状ブラシでは、単体にするとちいさくなり、ホルダリングは１個で間に合うため、全体の容積が小さくなるため持ち運びにおいても従来のリング状ブラシを沢山持ち運ぶ事に比べはるかに楽である。
またブラシの一部分が破損した場合、従来はリング状ブラシを廃棄、交換しなければならないが、扇状ブラシではその単体のみを交換すれば良いので、費用的に安くなる。
上述の如く本発明による扇状ブラシでは、現場の状況にきめ細かく対応出来るため、清掃作業の効率が非常によくなる。
また持ち運びも楽になるため、全体の効率もよくなる。
また扇状ブラシは単体でも、手作業用ブラシとして使用可能なため、清掃ポリッシャーでは清掃出来ない角部なども、扇状ブラシを用いて手作業で清掃出来る。
