Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle interior material mounting structure having a good appearance, and more specifically, by arranging a plurality of extruded shapes having the same cross-sectional shape side by side in a longitudinal direction at a predetermined position of the vehicle, The present invention relates to a mounting structure for a vehicle interior material that forms a continuous surface having a unity feeling.

For example, as shown in FIG. 3, wiring, piping, ducts, etc., which are arranged on the inner surface of the vehicle body, are concealed near the wall surface and ceiling of the passenger car, such as the inner surface of the side structure of a railway vehicle and the inner surface of a roof structure. In order to improve heat insulation, sound insulation and appearance, and to facilitate access to wiring etc. during inspection, interior panels (decorative plates) 1, 1,... Made of extruded shapes having the same cross-sectional shape And an outfitting panel (inspection lid) are continuously attached at the same height position of the vehicle along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.

The interior panel 1 is formed by cutting a (long) shape member having the same cross-sectional shape in the longitudinal direction, which is made of metal or hard resin, into a predetermined length (strip shape). The outer surface constituting the cabin inner surface) is formed into a smooth curved surface constituting a part of the cabin wall surface. Further, as shown in the cross-sectional view of the main part of FIG. 4, a plurality of straight reinforcing ribs 1c for reinforcing the strength of the panel are formed on the back surface (inner side surface), and the mounting portions 1d at both ends in the width direction are formed. 1e is attached to a base (10, 11) provided on the vehicle body side.

Usually, the longitudinal seams (ends) of these interior panels and outfitting panels, as shown in FIG. 5, are (a) arranged with a predetermined gap between the panels 1 and 1, or (B) A support plate 12 is disposed on the back side with a gap between them, or (c) the longitudinal ends 1a of the panels 1 are overlapped with each other on the vehicle body side. It is being fixed to the provided base (illustration omitted) (refer patent documents 1-3 etc.).

In addition, a method (Patent Document 4) or the like in which a groove is provided on the end faces of these panels so as to face each other and a plate is inserted into the groove is proposed.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-108060 JP-A-11-222125 JP 2003-341509 A JP 2005-225288 A

By the way, in the vehicle interior structure using interior panels and outfitting panels made of extruded shapes as described above, the seam (between the ends of each member) during mounting (construction) on the vehicle body, depending on the component accuracy and assembly accuracy. In some cases, a level difference or “mistake” occurs.

In addition, this level difference and misunderstanding can cause defects (deterioration of continuity) as the exterior of the interior material. In order to improve the appearance (finished state) of this part, during installation (construction) to the vehicle body However, there is a problem that adjustment work by the operator (“current car alignment”) is required, and this adjustment takes time, and the finished state depends on the skill and experience of the operator.

The present invention has been made in order to cope with the above-described problems. Even when adjustment to the vehicle body is not performed by the operator, a continuous appearance of a good-looking interior material without a step between seams between the members is provided. An object of the present invention is to provide a mounting structure for a vehicle interior material capable of forming a surface.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an extruded member having a plurality of reinforcing ribs parallel to the longitudinal direction formed on the back surface so that the longitudinal ends thereof are adjacent to each other. Are arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and each of these extrusion-molded members is attached to a base provided on the side of the vehicle body, thereby forming an interior surface of the cabin where a uniform surface appearance continues at a predetermined position of the vehicle body. A vehicular interior material mounting structure, wherein the reinforcing rib has a substantially C-shaped or O-shaped tapping hole shape in which a part of a cross-sectional shape viewed from the longitudinal direction of the vehicle can pass a screw or a bolt. The extruded member has a shape substantially along the widthwise shape of the back surface of the extruded member at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing rib, and the design of the extruded member. A forcing plate having a hole provided at a position corresponding to each tapping hole shape in the reference cross-sectional shape of the base plate is fixed in advance using screws or bolts, and attached to a base provided on the vehicle body side. It is characterized by being.

The present invention provides an interior material for a vehicle that forms a continuous surface having a sense of unity at a predetermined position by attaching a plurality of extruded shapes having reinforcing ribs on the back surface side by side to a predetermined position of the vehicle. In the mounting structure, a "forced plate" that corrects variations in the cross-sectional shape of the extruded shape to the shape as originally designed is attached to the side of the end of the extruded shape. In addition to eliminating the adjustment work (matching the current vehicle), it is intended to save labor and improve the appearance of this installation work.

That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the reinforcing rib provided on the back surface of the extrusion-molded member is substantially C in which a part of the cross-sectional shape viewed from the vehicle longitudinal direction can be inserted with a screw or a bolt. In the shape of a "tapping hole" or a substantially O-shape, and at the position corresponding to each of the above tapping hole shapes in the reference (standard) cross-sectional shape at the time of designing the extruded member, By aligning the “holes” of the forced plate provided with “holes” and attaching the forced plates to both ends in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing rib using screws, bolts, etc. Alternatively, it is possible to easily and accurately correct the cross-sectional shape variation (longitudinal variation) that occurs during storage.

Further, the extrusion-molded member with a forced plate does not cause a step or a mistake in the joint between the members even when attached to the vehicle body without adjustment work by the operator. Therefore, the mounting structure for a vehicle interior material according to the present invention can shorten the work time required for the mounting, and can construct a uniformly finished interior material surface that is not affected by the skill and experience of the operator. it can.

The material constituting the compulsory plate to be mounted on the extruded member is not particularly limited, but the shape of the extruded member is “forcedly” deformed. A member having higher rigidity is required. In addition, as a material constituting the compulsory plate, for example, a metal plate, a stainless steel plate, and the like are preferable. Can be applied with a high-precision processing method using a laser, a water jet, or the like.

Here, it is preferable to employ a configuration in which notches are provided in both end portions of the reinforcing rib having the tapping hole shape, and the reinforcing ribs have a shape having a length in the longitudinal direction shorter than the surface of the extruded member. (Claim 2).

This configuration takes into account the thickness of the forced plate attached to both ends of the extrusion-molded member, and by providing notches corresponding to the thickness of the forced plate at both ends of the reinforcing rib, the forced plate Even in the state of mounting, these forcing plates do not protrude in the longitudinal direction from the end of the extruded member. Therefore, like the conventional structure, it is not necessary to open an extra gap between adjacent members, and a continuous surface of the interior material having a good appearance can be constructed.

As described above, according to the mounting structure for a vehicle interior material of the present invention, it is possible to quickly and accurately perform the appearance without a step between the members without performing adjustment work by an operator at the time of mounting on the vehicle body. A continuous surface of good interior material can be constructed.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a principal part showing a mounting structure for a vehicle interior material in an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view (a) of the interior panel 1 used in the present embodiment, an end view (b) of the forcing plate 2 mounted inside the interior panel 1, and the interior panel 1. It is a shape example (c) of the reinforcing rib 1b provided on the side surface (back surface).

The interior of the vehicle interior material according to this embodiment is visible from the passenger side in the same manner as in FIG. 3, which is a conventional example. The inner surface of the side structure of the railway vehicle, the inner surface of the roof structure, etc. It is arrange | positioned as an interior panel (decorative board) 1 or a trim panel (inspection lid) in the vicinity of the boundary.

The interior panel 1 is an extruded shape made of an aluminum alloy. At both ends in the width direction, attachment portions 1d and 1e to the vehicle body are formed, and a slightly strong R bent portion is formed in the middle. Is formed, and has a substantially U-shaped cross-sectional shape as a whole. The surface (outer surface of R) constituting the inner surface of the cabin is formed into a smooth three-dimensional curved surface, and on the back surface (inner surface of R), reinforcing ribs similar to those of conventional products are provided in the longitudinal direction. A plurality of strips are formed in parallel.

Further, the interior panel 1 has a plurality (in the longitudinal direction) of the vehicle body at a predetermined position of the vehicle body with a slight gap (about several millimeters) therebetween so that the end portions 1a in the longitudinal direction are adjacent to each other. A cabin interior surface with a uniform surface appearance is formed by being mounted side by side and mounted on bases (10, 11) provided on the vehicle body side (see FIG. 5 (a)).

A feature of the vehicle interior material mounting structure in the present embodiment is that each reinforcing rib 1c provided on the back surface of the interior panel 1 has a part of a cross-sectional shape as viewed from the vehicle longitudinal direction as shown in FIG. Is formed in a shape having a substantially C-shaped tapping hole-like shape. In this example, the reinforcing ribs 1b having the tapping hole-like shape are formed at two places on both sides in the width direction across the bent portion of the interior panel 1, for a total of four places. Further, these reinforcing ribs 1b and 1c are formed in a shape whose length in the longitudinal direction is shorter than the surface of the interior panel 1, and even when a forcible plate 2 to be described later is attached to these longitudinal end portions, The plate 2 is configured not to protrude from the longitudinal end portion of the panel surface.

In addition, each of the interior panels 1 before being attached to the vehicle body is screwed with forcing plates 2 and 2 at the end portions in the longitudinal direction of the back surface thereof by using the reinforcing ribs 1b having the tapping hole-like shape. . The forced plate 2 is a SUS plate with excellent rigidity punched out by laser processing. The entire shape of the forced plate 2 is a U-shape substantially along R on the back surface of the interior panel 1. Each forcing plate 2 has holes 2a for use in screwing at positions corresponding to the respective tapping hole-like shapes (four places in total) in the reference (standard) cross-sectional shape at the time of designing the aluminum alloy interior panel 1. 2a, 2a, 2a are opened by the same laser processing as described above.

If the positions of the “holes” 2a and the tapping hole-like “grooves” provided in the reinforcing ribs 1b do not coincide (that is, the interior panel is deformed from the originally designed shape), force is applied. In addition, the deformation of the interior panel can be easily and accurately corrected by bending the interior panel 1 or by inserting and tightening screws between these “holes” and “grooves”.

With the above configuration, the vehicle interior material according to this embodiment can be attached by anyone without causing a step or a mistake in the seam between the interior panels without performing adjustment work at the vehicle assembly site. Therefore, the vehicle interior material mounting structure of the present embodiment can reduce the work time required for the mounting, and has a uniform and attractive interior material continuous surface that is not affected by the skill and experience of the operator. It becomes possible to build.

In addition, in the said embodiment, since the cross-sectional shape of the width direction of the interior panel 1 is a substantially square shape including a bending part, the reinforcement rib 1b which has a tapping hole-like shape on the back surface of the interior panel 1, and the forced plate 2 Two holes 2a used for screwing are provided on each side in the width direction across the bent portion. The positions where the reinforcing ribs 1b and the holes 2a are provided can be appropriately changed according to the shape of the interior panel. .

In the present embodiment, the wall surface and ceiling of the passenger car of the railway vehicle and the interior panel (decorative panel), the outfitting panel (inspection lid) and the like disposed near the boundary are described as examples. Needless to say, the mounting structure of the vehicle interior material is not limited to this example, and can be applied to a vehicle other than a railway vehicle having a long vehicle body, such as a bus.

It is principal part sectional drawing which shows the attachment structure of the vehicle interior material in embodiment of this invention. It is sectional drawing (a) of the interior panel 1 used by embodiment of this invention, the end view (b) of the forced board 2, and the example of a shape (c) of the reinforcement rib 1b provided in the back surface of the interior panel 1. Each of the extruded members has a shape substantially along the widthwise shape of the back surface of the extruded member at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the reinforcing ribs, and each of the above-mentioned reference sectional shapes at the time of designing the extruded member. A vehicle characterized by being attached to a base provided on the vehicle body side in a state in which a forcing plate having a hole at a position corresponding to a tapping hole shape is fixed in advance using screws or bolts, respectively. Mounting structure for interior materials.
Both ends of the reinforcing rib having the tapping hole shape are each provided with a notch, and these reinforcing ribs are formed in a shape whose length in the longitudinal direction is shorter than the surface of the extruded member.
