Claims (11)
- ターボ機械(10)のシャフト(24)を案内する軸受(28)のための支持体(56)であって、印加される負荷σが閾値σ0より小さい時に最初の形状を保持し、印加される負荷σが少なくとも閾値σ0に等しくなる時に変形し、エネルギーを吸収する形状記憶材料からなる環状部(58)を備え、この環状部(58)が、印加される負荷σが閾値σ0より小さい値に戻る時に、少なくともほぼ最初の形状に戻ることが可能であることを特徴とする、軸受支持体(56)。
- 印加される負荷σが閾値σ0より小さい時に、形状記憶環状部(58)を加熱して、この環状部(58)をその最初の形状に戻させる制御された手段(62、70)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸受支持体(56)。
- 加熱手段が、高温空気を形状記憶環状部(58)の方に向けて搬送する手段(62、70)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の軸受支持体(56)。
- 高温空気を形状記憶環状部(58)の方へ案内する手段(62、70)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の軸受支持体(56)。
- 案内手段が、形状記憶環状部(58)の周囲に取り付けられたシートメタルデフレクタ(62)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の軸受支持体(56)。
- 形状記憶材料が、印加される負荷σが閾値σ0より小さい時にオーステナイト相であり、印加される負荷σが少なくとも閾値σ0に等しくなる時に弾性変形を伴うマルテンサイト相に変化する超弾性タイプの材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸受支持体(56)。
- 形状記憶環状部(58)が、支持体(56)の上流側端部(36)と下流側端部(60)とを互いに連結することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸受支持体(56)。
- 形状記憶環状部が、ターボ機械の軸(26)周りに均一に分布した薄い長手方向のブレード(58)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸受支持体(56)。
- 薄いブレード(58)の両端部が、支持体(56)の末端部(36、60)にろう付けまたは溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の軸受支持体(56)。
- 形状記憶環状部(58)の内側で径方向に位置決めされる環状封止エンベロープ(70)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸受支持体(56)。
- ケーシング(32)に固定される支持体(40、52、56)により支持される上流側軸受(28)と下流側軸受(30)で案内されるシャフト(24)を備えるターボ機械(10)であって、支持体の少なくとも1つが、請求項1に記載の軸受支持体(56)であることを特徴とする、ターボ機械。
