Abstract
【解決手段】温室効果を有するバラック構造の蒸発塔18と、該蒸発塔18内に被処理液の噴射手段が配置された蒸発装置12。噴射手段は、多数の噴射ノズル38を備えた上下噴射管40、40Aを、各噴射ノズル38から噴射される被処理液が衝突可能に対向して配置する。この蒸発装置12は凝縮装置14と組み合わせて淡水化装置16等として使用する。

Description
しかし、上記構成の塩水蒸留方式は、本発明における蒸発装置とは、原理・作用が異なり異質である。
前記噴射手段は、多数の噴射ノズルを備えた噴射管を備え、前記各噴射ノズルから被処理液(懸濁液を含む。)を前記蒸発塔の内側中央部寄りに噴射可能とされている。
本実施形態は、蒸発装置(加熱気化装置)12と凝縮装置14とから構成された淡水化装置(固液分離装置)16である。この淡水化装置16は、当然、他の各種被処理液の気化(蒸発)処理を介しての蒸留、固液分離、脱液乾燥等の操作に使用することができる。
蒸発塔18:底面積1〜700m2、高さ3〜20m、
凝縮塔50:床面積:3.5〜23m2、高さ3.5〜23m
の範囲から適宜選定する。
上記散水管から噴射される循環水の噴射圧を所定圧(例えば0.1MPa以上)とすれば、エジェクター効果(吸引効果)により、蒸発装置からの蒸気の導入が促進される。
上噴射管・・・環中心径:80cm、管内径:4cm、噴射ノズル(ノズル径0.4mm):30個、
環境条件は、天気:晴れ、気温:25℃で、蒸発塔内温度:31℃、湿度(RH)48%のとき、海水を取水ポンプ(図示せず。)で加圧(0.15MPa)して噴射量:600 dm3h-1の条件で噴射させた。
図2に示すものは、図1に示す実施形態において、凝縮装置14を廃し、蒸発装置12Aのみからなり、蒸発成分を回収せずに、大気に放出させて、製品取り出し口46から固形成分(乾燥物)、スラリー成分、乃至、高沸点成分を回収するものである。

Claims (7)
- 温室効果を有する装置本体(蒸発塔)と、該蒸発塔内に被処理液の噴射手段が配置された蒸発装置において、
前記噴射手段は、多数の噴射ノズルを備えた噴射管を備え、前記各噴射ノズルから被処理液(懸濁液を含む。以下同じ。)を前記蒸発塔の内側中央部寄りに噴射可能とされていることを特徴とする蒸発装置。 - 前記噴射管が、前記各噴射ノズルから噴射される被処理液が衝突可能に対向して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の蒸発装置。
- 前記噴射管が上下に配され、前記上・下噴射管の各噴射ノズルの噴出方向が中間位置で衝突可能に斜め内側方向とされて前記噴射手段とされていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の蒸発装置。
- 前記噴射管の噴射ノズルが、該噴射管の上方位置内側で渦噴射流を発生可能な湾曲状ノズルであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の蒸発装置。
- 前記蒸発塔が、底盤と骨材とで形成される骨組みと、透明材で形成される外壁部とを備えたバラック構造であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一記載の蒸発装置。
- 請求項1〜5いずれか一記載の蒸発装置に凝縮装置を組み合わせて使用することを特徴とする蒸発装置の使用方法。
- 前記凝縮装置の凝縮塔が、凝縮液貯液部を形成する浴槽と骨材で形成される骨組みと、断熱材で形成される外壁部とを備えたバラック構造であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の蒸発装置の使用方法。
