Description

The present invention is an apparatus for reclaiming polishing water used at the time of polishing a spectacle lens and removing sludge (glass lens powder). More specifically, when polishing a spectacle lens to a certain size and shape, The present invention relates to a spectacle lens polishing water reclaiming and sludge removal device that separates and removes generated powder from polishing water so that the polishing water can be reused in fresh water.

When trying to polish the spectacle lens to a certain size and shape by aligning with the edge of the spectacle at the spectacle store, cool the heat generated by the friction between the spectacle lens and the polishing machine, and finely polish the lens when polishing Polishing water is supplied to prevent the generated lens powder from scattering. The polishing water is mixed with the lens powder generated while polishing the spectacle lens.

The present invention can remove sludge (lens powder) from the polishing water and reuse the polishing water, and separate and recover the sludge (lens powder) mixed in the polishing water to prevent contamination of water quality. The present invention relates to a polishing water regeneration and sludge removal apparatus for spectacle lenses.

In general, spectacle lenses are produced in a circular shape with a certain standard, designed according to the shape of the edge of the spectacles, and then the designed part is polished by using a lens polishing device. However, glasses or glasses are usually the main type of glasses, and powders that are crushed in the form of fine particles are formed during polishing, so the polishing machine is worn during the polishing process, and silica sand and the like are separated. It may occur.

In particular, when polishing a spectacle lens, polishing water is supplied to the spectacle lens polishing apparatus in order to suppress heat generation due to friction between the polishing machine and the lens and to prevent scattering of powder. This polishing water and sludge are mixed and discharged as they are into the sewer. Further, the processed polishing water is left in the polishing water storage tank for a certain period of time to precipitate sludge, and then the polishing water and sludge are separated and disposed of separately.

Currently, as a system normally used in spectacle stores, a storage tank for storing polishing water is installed at the bottom of the spectacle lens polishing apparatus, and a submersible pump is installed to supply polishing water from the storage tank to the polishing machine. A method is mentioned.

Polishing water, in which lens powder is mixed with water, is sludged like mud and closes the sewer well, thereby acting on one of the main problems of water pollution. Also, if direct water (water coming directly from the water pipe) is used without draining the storage tank for storing the polishing water (sewage water) and the polishing water is discharged directly into the sewer, this is also a direct cause of water pollution. become. Further, the use of the polishing water is limited to one time, and the consumption of water is increased, resulting in an economic burden.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems in the treatment of polishing water, a polishing water regenerating apparatus has been developed that regenerates polishing water and removes polishing powder from the polishing water. Patent document 1 etc. are mentioned among the reproduction | regeneration apparatuses of the developed polishing water.

However, since the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 separates foreign substances generated during lens polishing from the polishing water simply by free fall of the polishing water through the filter, it is laminated on the upper part of the filter and sludged. Another problem was that foreign substances in the form of fine powder obstructed the free fall of the polishing water through the filter, resulting in a decrease in filtration efficiency.

In addition, there is a problem that it is not easy to remove and treat the sludge laminated on the upper part of the filter, and the sludge is left in the filter even after removing the sludge by moisture remaining in the sludge and liquefaction. There was also a problem that the filtration function of was paralyzed. That is, the filtration time becomes longer, the polishing water overflows from the storage tank without being filtered, and the polishing water cannot be smoothly supplied to the water collecting tank, so that there is a problem that the polishing water cannot be supplied during the lens polishing operation. It is. In addition, there is a limit to the reliable sludge removal that makes it difficult to know when to change the filter.

Due to these problems, the currently developed spectacle lens polishing water regeneration and sludge regeneration apparatus cannot be widely put into practical use.

The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problem. Regardless of the installation space, the sludge is filtered from the water by the force of the air pump, not by the free fall method, and the polishing water is used. An object of the present invention is to provide a spectacle lens polishing water regeneration and sludge removal device that can enhance the regeneration efficiency and sludge removal efficiency and can be used without changing the filter for removing sludge from the polishing water for a considerable period of time.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a spectacle lens polishing water regeneration and sludge removal device that automatically attaches an alarm device so that it is possible to detect when the sludge collected in the filter is removed. It is.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a spectacle lens polishing water reclaiming and sludge removal device that allows anyone to freely attach and remove the filter freely.

In order to achieve the above object, the spectacle lens polishing water regeneration and sludge removal apparatus according to the present invention is a polishing water regeneration and sludge regenerating polishing water generated from a spectacle lens polishing apparatus for polishing spectacle lenses. A collecting tank for collecting the polishing water discharged from the spectacle lens polishing apparatus; an air pump for injecting the polishing water in the collecting tank onto a bag filter by air pressure; an air compressor for transmitting air pressure to the air pump; A solenoid valve for turning on and off air pressure transmitted from an air compressor to an air pump; a bag filter for removing spectacle lens powder (sludge) from the polishing water transmitted by the air pump and filtering the polishing water; and the bag filter Storage where the polishing water filtered by is stored ; And submersible pump to raise the polishing apparatus polishing water again the spectacle lens of the reservoir; including.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a water level adjustment sensor is installed on one side of the collection tank, and a bell that generates sound according to a signal of the water level adjustment sensor is installed.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a drain is provided on one side of the collection tank to prevent the polishing water from overflowing from the collection tank and to discharge the polishing water to the storage tank side.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bag filter is fixed to a lower cap provided with a thread, and the lower cap is screwed to an upper cap provided with a thread.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the upper part of the bag filter is wound around a ring, and the ring and the bag filter are fixed by a fixing cap.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the air pump is an air diaphragm pump.

As described above, the spectacle lens polishing water reclaiming device of the present invention has the effect of saving water because it can repeat the use of the polishing water, and its size is reduced to solve problems such as restrictions on installation space, Since sludge is separated from the polishing water using the air pressure of the air pump, the sludge removal efficiency is extremely high, and the sludge inside the bag filter is removed so that cleaning is easy.

In addition, a water level adjustment sensor is installed to notify the replacement time of the bag filter or the removal time of sludge, and a separate discharge port is provided in the collection tank to prevent the polishing water from overflowing from the collection tank. It can be used easily.

Furthermore, since the sludge can be completely removed by the bag filter, it is possible to solve the problem of environmental pollution by allowing the waste sludge to flow without permission as before, and the operation of the spectacle lens polishing device (start / stop) switch. Since it is electrically connected, it is possible to perform an automated process in which the polishing water is regenerated only by operating the operation switch of the polishing apparatus.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings to facilitate understanding of the present invention.
FIG. 1 is a conceptual cross-sectional view of a spectacle lens polishing water regeneration and sludge removal apparatus according to the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1, the spectacle lens polishing water regeneration and sludge removal apparatus 100 according to the present invention is installed at the lower end of the spectacle lens polishing apparatus 2 to regenerate the polishing water generated from the spectacle lens 1 polishing. . That is, the polishing powder (sludge) of the spectacle lens is separated and removed.

As shown in the figure, the spectacle lens polishing water recycling apparatus 100 of the present invention includes a collection tank 10, a solenoid valve 12, an air pump 14, an air compressor 16, a storage tank 18, a bag filter 20, and a submersible pump 28. When the spectacle lens 1 is polished, powder of the spectacle lens in a powdery state is generated. In order to remove the powder of the spectacle lens and cool the heat generated by the friction between the spectacle lens and the polishing machine, It is applied to the surface of the spectacle lens. The water polishing water mixed with the spectacle lens powder is discharged from the spectacle lens polishing apparatus 2 through the discharge pipe 5.

The process of regenerating the polishing water of the spectacle lens of the present invention and the process of regenerating the polishing water in the sludge removal apparatus are as follows.
First, the polishing water discharged through the discharge pipe 5 gathers in the collection tank 10, and the polishing water collected in the collection tank 10 is jetted to the bag filter 20 by the air pressure of the air pump 14 when the solenoid valve 12 is opened. After the polishing water passes through the bag filter 20, sludge (lens powder) is filtered, and the filtered fresh water is collected in the storage tank 18. In the storage tank 18, a submersible pump 28 is installed, and the polishing water purified by the submerged pump 28 through the inflow pipe 6 is supplied again to the spectacle lens 1 in the spectacle lens polishing apparatus 2. In the spectacle lens polishing water regeneration and sludge removal apparatus 100 according to the present invention, the polishing water circulates in the order of the spectacle lens polishing apparatus 2, the collection tank 10, the air pump 14, the bag filter 20, and the storage tank 18. In this structure, sludge (lens powder) is filtered from the filter 20.

The solenoid valve 12 is a valve that is turned on / off by an electric force, and is provided between the air compressor 16 and the air pump 14 to turn on / off the air pressure transmitted to the air filter 14.

The solenoid valve 12 is electrically connected to an operation (start / stop) switch (not shown) of the spectacle lens polishing apparatus 2. When the user operates the eyeglass lens polishing apparatus 2 (start / stop) (start / stop switch ON), the solenoid valve 12 is also opened at the same time, and the air pump 14 is collected in the collection tank 10 by air pressure accordingly. Polishing water is sprayed onto the bag filter 20. Conversely, when the operation (start / stop) switch of the spectacle lens polishing apparatus 2 is automatically turned off (OFF), the solenoid valve 12 is also closed at the same time, so that the movement of the polishing water to the bag filter 20 is stopped accordingly. Become.
The air pump 14 serves to inject polishing water in the collection tank 10 onto the bag filter 20 by the air pressure of the air compressor 16.

The reason why the air pump is used in the present invention is that the normal conventional polishing water filtration method is a free-fall method, but when such a method is used, it is too much to filter sludge (lens powder) from the polishing water. However, it takes too much time, and there is a problem that the sludge is overflowed from the filter (filter) without being filtered.

In other words, in the present invention, by using an air pump to inject the polishing water into the bag filter with air pressure with a strong force, the time for the polishing water to stagnate with the filter is almost eliminated, and the filtration time is dramatically shortened. This solves the problem of polishing water overflowing from the filter as in existing products, and allows sludge to be removed efficiently.

Preferably, the air pump 14 is not in contact with the fluid and an air diaphragm pump is used to control the fluid.

Another feature of the present invention is that a bag filter 20 is adopted as a filter. The bag filter 20 is usually used for purifying air or the like, and is a filter made of cloth. The bag filter 20 collects only the sludge from the polishing water, passes the water as it is, and collects in the storage tank 18. Since the bag filter 20 is made of cloth, it is easy to handle, and can easily separate and treat sludge collected inside.

The water collected in the storage tank 18 is sent to the spectacle lens polishing apparatus 2 through the inflow pipe 6 again by driving the submersible pump 28.

The spectacle lens polishing water regeneration and sludge removal apparatus 100 according to the present invention is an automatic system that is automatically turned on and off by an on / off signal of an operation (start / stop) switch (not shown) attached to the spectacle lens polishing apparatus 2. That's it. That is, when the operation (start / stop) switch of the spectacle lens polishing apparatus 2 is turned on / off, the spectacle lens polishing water regeneration and sludge removal apparatus 100 is turned on / off. This is because the solenoid valve 12 and the submersible pump 28 are all electrically connected to the operation (start / stop) switch of the spectacle lens polishing apparatus 2. Accordingly, when the operation (start / stop) switch of the spectacle lens polishing apparatus 2 is turned on, the solenoid valve 12 and the submersible pump 28 are turned on to regenerate and circulate the polishing water, and the spectacle lens polishing apparatus 2 When the start / stop switch is automatically turned off, both the solenoid valve 12 and the submersible pump 28 are turned off, and the regeneration and circulation of the polishing water are automatically stopped.

When the bag filter 20 is completely filled with sludge (lens powder), the polishing water does not move to the bag filter 20 but collects in the collection tank 10 and overflows from the collection tank 10. In order to prevent this, in the present invention, a discharge port 11 is provided on one side surface of the collection tank 10. The discharge port 11 is used for immediately sending the polishing water of the collection tank 10 to the storage tank 18. When the polishing water collected in the collection tank 10 rises to a certain water level, it immediately enters the storage tank 18 through the discharge port 11. Will be discharged.

On the other hand, a water level adjustment sensor 30 is additionally provided on the side surface of the collection tank 10 to prevent the polishing water from overflowing from the collection tank 10.
When the bag filter 20 is closed and the polishing water in the collection tank 10 rises to a certain level, the water level adjustment sensor 30 detects this and transmits a signal through the bell 32 attached to one side. Accordingly, when the bell 32 rings automatically, the user recognizes that the bag filter 20 is filled with sludge, and can remove the sludge collected inside after separating the bag filter 20. .

On the other hand, the polishing water in the collection tank 10 overflows into the storage tank 18 and is discharged to one side of the storage tank 18 when it is necessary to replace the polishing water (water) in the storage tank 18 after a long period of use. A hole 19 and a discharge valve 17 are provided. When changing the polishing water in the storage tank 18, the discharge valve 17 is opened, and the polishing water can be discharged through the discharge hole 19.

2 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a bag filter fixing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view illustrating a ring and a fixing cap used in the bag filter fixing method of FIG. It is.

Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, after the upper part of the bag filter 20 is wrapped in the ring 22, the bag filter 20 is fixed to the ring 22 with the fixing cap 21. The fixing cap 21 can be securely tightened using a side wing nut.

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a bag filter fixing method according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention. The system of FIG. 4 can fix the bag filter more easily.

Referring to FIG. 4, the bag filter 20 is fixed to a lower cap 24 having a thread 24a, and the lower cap 24 is rotated and screwed to the upper cap 23 having a thread 23a. The bag filter 20 can be attached and detached.

FIG. 4 illustrates a state in which a screw thread 24a is formed on the inner surface of the lower cap 24 and a screw thread 23a is formed on the outer surface of the upper cap 23. It goes without saying that a thread can be formed and a thread can be formed on the inner surface of the upper cap.

FIG. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a spectacle lens polishing water regeneration and sludge removal apparatus according to another example of the present invention. The apparatus shown in FIG. 5 includes an air supply pipe 14A that supplies air from the air pump 14 to polishing water in the storage tank 18, and the amount of air passing through the air supply pipe 14A is adjusted by a valve 14B. In the apparatus shown in FIG. 4, a part of the purified polishing water that is flowed to the polishing apparatus 2 through the inflow pipe 6 by the submersible pump 28 is moved from the upper part of the storage tank 18 along the inner wall of the storage tank 18 into the storage tank 18. A polishing water supply branch pipe 6A for supplying is shown in FIG. 5 except that the amount of purified polishing water distributed to the inflow pipe 6 and the polishing water supply branch pipe 6A is adjusted by the cock valve 6B. The apparatus is the same as that shown in FIG.
Since the polishing water is agitated by the air supplied to the polishing water of the storage tank 18, sludge accumulation on the bottom of the storage tank 18 and adhesion of sludge to the inner wall of the storage tank 18 can be suppressed, and sludge can be removed quickly. .
Moreover, adhesion of sludge to the inner wall of the storage tank 18 can be further suppressed by a part of the purified polishing water supplied from the upper part of the storage tank 18 along the inner wall of the storage tank 18.
In FIG. 5, only one place where air is discharged is shown, but it is needless to say that air may be discharged from a plurality of places. Although not shown in FIG. 5, a passage through which the purified polishing water passes is provided along the upper portion of the inner wall of the storage tank 18 surrounding the bag filter 20, and there is a gap between the passage and the inner wall. As the formed polishing water falls in the gap, the purified polishing water flows along the inner wall of the storage tank 18.
