And a support plate 40 that supports a lighting circuit 42 for lighting the planar light emitting unit 20.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the planar light emitting unit 20 includes, for example, a rectangular thin plate-like planar light emitting panel 26 and a rectangular frame body 27 along the outer peripheral edge of the planar light emitting panel 26. The flat light emitting panel 26 is attached to the upper surface of the frame body 27 by bonding. A rectangular electrode 26 a is attached to the inner periphery (back surface 20 b) side outer peripheral edge of the flat light emitting panel 26 over the entire circumference. A pair of male terminals 22 that are first terminals are provided on the inner surface of the insertion direction front portion (right end portion in FIG. 4) 27a of the frame body 27 that is one end surface 21 of the planar light emitting portion 20, and the planar light emission. It is connected to the electrode 26a of the panel 26 by, for example, a lead wire (not shown).

Further, a pair of female terminals 24 as second terminals are provided on the inner surface of the rear portion (left end portion in FIG. 4) 27b of the frame body 27, which is the other end surface 23 of the planar light emitting portion 20, and are planar. It is connected to the electrode 26a of the light emitting panel 26 by, for example, a lead wire (not shown). Each terminal 22, 24 is protected by a terminal cover 29.

In addition, a positioning through hole 28a (see FIG. 3) is provided in the front portion 27a of the frame body 26, and the male terminal 22 is provided in the through hole 28a. A cylindrical positioning projection 28b is provided on the rear portion 27b of the frame body 26, and the female terminal 24 is provided inside the positioning projection 28b. In addition, a guide portion 25 a that guides the planar light emitting portion 20 at the time of insertion is provided on the side surface 25 of the frame body 27.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the translucent plate 30 extends along the thickness direction of the translucent plate 30 (up and down direction in FIG. 1) and the insertion direction front portion 21 which is one end surface of the planar light emitting unit 20. It has a first wall portion 31 that faces the first wall portion 31, and a first connection portion 32 that can be connected to the male terminal 22 provided on the front portion 21 of the planar light emitting portion 20 is provided on the first wall portion 31. Yes. Accordingly, the first connection portion 32 is connected to the male terminal 22 via the positioning through hole 28 a provided in the frame body 27 of the planar light emitting portion 20. Further, side walls 33 and 33 are provided downward at both left and right ends of the translucent plate 30, and are provided on the side surface of the frame body 27 when the planar light emitting unit 20 is inserted into the inner surface of the side wall 33. A guide portion (not shown) for guiding the guide portion 25a is provided. Thereby, when attaching the planar member 20 to the translucent plate 30, it can be slid and prevented from falling off.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lighting circuit 42 connected to the first connection portion 32 of the light transmitting plate 30 via the connection line 41 is attached to the inner surface 40 a of the support plate 40. Further, the support plate 40 extends along the thickness direction (vertical direction in FIG. 1) of the support plate 40 and on the rear end portion 23 in the insertion direction, which is the other end surface different from the one end surface 21 in the planar light emitting unit 20 (the opposite side here). It has the 2nd wall part 43 which faces. The second wall 43 can be connected to a female terminal 24 as a second terminal provided at the rear portion 23 in the insertion direction of the planar light emitting unit 20, and is connected to the lighting circuit 42 by a connection line 44. A connecting portion 45 is provided.

Accordingly, the second connection portion 45 is connected to the female terminal 24 via the internal space of the positioning convex portion 28b provided on the frame body 27 of the planar light emitting portion 20. In addition, the connection line 44 that connects the lighting circuit 42 and the second connection part 45 is provided with a switch 46 (see FIG. 7) in the middle, and can be turned on and off.

It is desirable that the potential applied from the lighting circuit 42 to the second connection portion 45 is smaller than the potential applied from the lighting circuit 42 to the first connection portion 32. Thereby, since the electric potential of the 2nd connection part 45 with high possibility of touching a finger | toe is low, when attaching the planar light emission part 20 to the translucent board 30, it becomes difficult to receive an electric shock.

Next, the assembly process will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 5 to 9.
Here, a process of housing the planar light emitting unit 20 in the instrument main body 11 by attaching the planar light emitting unit 20 to the translucent plate 30 first and then attaching the support plate 40 will be described.

First, as shown in FIG. 5A and FIG. 1, the planar light emitting unit 20, the light transmitting plate 30, and the support plate 40 are prepared, and the lighting circuit 42 of the support plate 40 is connected to the light transmitting plate 30 with a connection line 41. The first connection unit 32 is connected. Then, as shown in FIGS. 5B and 6, the planar light emitting portion 20 is inserted along the surface direction of the translucent plate 30, and the insertion direction front portion 21 which is one end surface of the planar light emitting portion 20 is inserted. By approaching toward the first wall portion 31, the male terminal 22 that is the first terminal of the planar light emitting portion 20 is connected to the first connection portion 32 of the translucent plate 30. At this time, the guide portion 25 a provided on the side surface 25 of the planar light emitting portion 20 is inserted by sliding along the guide portion (not shown) provided on the inner surface of the side wall 33 of the translucent plate 30. Then, a positioning portion (not shown) provided in the first wall portion 31 of the translucent plate 30 is fitted and positioned in the positioning through hole 28 provided in the frame body 27 of the planar light emitting portion 20. .

Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 5C and 7, the support plate 40 is vertically fitted to the translucent plate 30 to which the planar light emitting unit 20 is attached. At this time, the switch 46 is turned off. Then, as shown in FIGS. 5D and 8, the support plate 40 is slid to join the female terminal 24, which is the second terminal of the planar light emitting unit 20, to the second connection portion 45 of the support plate 40. At this time, the positioning convex portion 28b provided on the frame body 27 of the planar light emitting unit 20 is fitted to a positioning portion (not shown) provided on the second connection portion 45 of the light transmitting plate 30 for positioning. .
After that, as shown in FIGS. 5E and 9, the screws 47a and 47b are tightened to assemble the lighting fixture 10, and the switch 46 is turned on to complete.

According to the lighting apparatus 10 of the first embodiment of the present invention, the male terminal 22 that is one terminal of the planar light emitting unit 20 is connected to the first connection that is one connecting part of the light transmitting plate 30. After connecting to the part 32, the female terminal 24, which is the other terminal of the planar light emitting part 20, is connected to the second connection part 45 of the support plate 40, which is the other connection part. It is possible to make it difficult to cause poor contact during assembly.

Next, the lighting fixture concerning the 2nd Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated based on figures.
FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of a lighting fixture according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 11 is a perspective view of a planar light emitting unit. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the site | part which is common in the lighting fixture 10 concerning 1st Embodiment mentioned above, and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, in the lighting fixture 10B, the planar light emitting unit 20 has a plurality of planar light emitting modules 20A, 20B, and 20C arranged along the same plane. Each planar light emitting module 20A, 20B, 20C has a positioning through hole provided in the frame 27 of the planar light emitting modules 20A, 20B, 20C adjacent to the positioning convex portion 28b provided in one frame 27. In addition to being positioned and connected by being inserted into 28a, the male terminal 22 and the female terminal 24 are connected and electrically connected.

Thus, since the planar light-emitting part 20 is comprised by several planar light emitting module 20A, 20B, 20c, the planar light-emitting part 20 can be enlarged easily.

Next, the lighting fixture concerning the 3rd Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated based on figures.
FIG. 12 is an exploded perspective view of a lighting fixture according to the third embodiment of the present invention. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the site | part which is common in the lighting fixtures 10 and 10B concerning 1st Embodiment mentioned above, and 2nd Embodiment, and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.

As shown in FIG. 12, in this lighting fixture 10 </ b> C, the direction in which the planar light emitting unit 20 is fitted into the translucent plate 30 and the direction in which the support plate 40 is fitted are orthogonal to each other. That is, in the planar light emitting unit 20, the male terminal 22 that is the first terminal is provided on the insertion direction front portion 21 that is one end surface, and the female terminal 24 that is the second terminal is provided on the side surface 27c as the other end surface. On the other hand, in the translucent plate 30, the first connection portion 32 is provided on the first wall portion 31, and only one side wall 33 is provided. In the support plate 40, a side wall 48 is provided as a second wall portion having the second connection portion 45.

Accordingly, the planar light emitting unit 20 is slid in the direction of the arrow A and attached to the light transmitting plate 30, and the male terminal 22 is connected to the first connection portion 32 of the light transmitting plate 30. Thereafter, the support plate 40 is slid in the direction of arrow B, and the female terminal 24 is connected to the second connection portion 45 of the support plate 40.

In addition, the lighting fixture of this invention is not limited to each embodiment mentioned above, A suitable deformation | transformation, improvement, etc. are possible.
For example, in each of the above-described embodiments, the case where the flat light emitting panel 26 is bonded to the upper surface of the frame body 27 is shown. However, as shown in FIG. You may make it attach to. By doing in this way, the plane light emission panel 26 will be clamped from the upper and lower sides, and it can fix more reliably than the case of adhesion | attachment only. Further, as shown in FIG. 13C, a front panel 34 is provided on the first wall portion 31 that is contacted when the planar light emitting portion 20 is inserted into the light transmitting plate 30, and corresponds to a protruding portion 27d of the frame body 27. By providing the recessed portion 34a, positioning can be performed reliably. In addition, since the flat light emission panel 26 is provided in the middle of the frame 27, the overall height is the same even if the frame 27 protrudes upward.

As described above, in the lighting fixture according to the present invention, one of the first terminal or the second terminal of the planar light emitting unit is used as one of the first connection part of the light transmitting plate and the second connection part of the support plate. After the connection, the other of the first terminal or the second terminal of the planar light emitting part is connected to the other of the first connection part of the translucent plate and the second connection part of the support plate, so that the connection is surely made in order. It has the effect of making it difficult to cause poor contact during assembly, and is useful as a lighting fixture in which an EL panel structure is formed using an organic EL element.
