Claims (3)
- 多材料プリプレグシートを使用して電子シャシを作製するための方法であって、
フレームを用意するステップと、
前記フレーム内で、回転シャフトを有するマンドレルと、前記電子シャシの一部分になる1つまたは複数の構成要素とを位置決めするステップと、
第1の材料で処理された第1のセクションと、第2の材料で処理された第2のセクションと、任意選択で1つまたは複数の追加材料で処理された1つまたは複数の追加セクションとを有する、所定の長さおよび幅のブレードまたは織布シートを含む多材料プリプレグシートを用意するステップと、
前記回転シャフトを使用して前記マンドレルおよび前記フレームを回転し、そこに、前記プリプレグシートの各セクションが前記マンドレルおよび前記フレームの周りで少なくとも1つの層を形成するように、前記多材料プリプレグシートを付着するステップと、
前記包まれたマンドレルを前記シャフトから除去するステップと、
前記包まれたマンドレルを、追加の除去可能な層または剛性の型によって固定するステップと、
前記固定され包まれたマンドレルをオーブンまたはオートクレーブ内で硬化するステップとを含み、
前記フレームが、空気ダクト用の1つまたは複数の導管と、ドアを取り付けるための導管と、回路板またはラインリムーバブルユニットを係留するための1つまたは複数のブラケットとを含み、前記1つまたは複数の構成要素が、コールドウォールプレートと、伝熱用の構造層とを含み、前記ブラケットが、前記コールドウォールプレートを介して延在するアンカーを含み、前記ブレードまたは織布シートが平織り炭素繊維であり、前記第1の材料が電磁放射から遮蔽し、前記第2の材料が構造上の完全性をもたらし、第3の材料が保護外部表面をもたらし、前記第1の材料が、ニッケル被覆炭素繊維を有するエポキシコンパウンドを含み、前記第2の材料が、中空炭素マイクロスフェアおよびミルド炭素繊維を有するエポキシコンパウンドを含み、前記第3の材料が、難燃剤および顔料を有するエポキシコンパウンドを含む、方法。 - 多材料プリプレグシートを使用して作製された電子シャシであって、1つまたは複数の構成要素層が中で位置決めされているフレームと、多材料プリプレグシートとを備え、前記多材料プリプレグシートが、第1の材料で処理された第1のセクションと、第2の材料で処理された第2のセクションと、任意選択で1つまたは複数の追加材料で処理された1つまたは複数の追加セクションとを有する、所定の長さおよび幅のブレードまたは織布シートを含み、前記プリプレグシートの各セクションが前記フレームの周りで少なくとも1つの層を形成し、前記フレームが、流体流用の1つまたは複数の導管と、ドアを取り付けるための導管と、回路板またはラインリムーバブルユニットを係留するための1つまたは複数のブラケットとを含み、前記1つまたは複数の構成要素が、コールドウォールプレートと、伝熱用の構造層とを含み、前記ブラケットが、前記コールドウォールプレートを介して延在するアンカーを含み、所定の長さおよび幅の前記ブレードまたは織布シートが平織り炭素繊維であり、前記第1の材料が電磁放射から遮蔽し、前記第2の材料が構造上の完全性をもたらし、第3の材料が保護外部表面をもたらし、前記第1の材料が、ニッケル被覆炭素繊維を有するエポキシコンパウンドを含み、前記第2の材料が、中空炭素マイクロスフェアおよびミルド炭素繊維を有するエポキシコンパウンドを含み、前記第3の材料が、難燃剤および顔料を有するエポキシコンパウンドを含む、電子シャシ。
- 前記多材料プリプレグシートの各セクションが前記フレームの周りで2層から10層を形成し、シャシを所望の構造体に取り付けるための1つまたは複数の金属バンドをさらに備える請求項2に記載の電子シャシ。
