Description

The present invention relates to an ejection head that is suitable for discharging an appropriate amount of contents in a container by attaching to a stem or the like such as an aerosol container using a pressurized medium or a container with a pump with priming. .

In a container for storing cosmetics such as a milky lotion or a container for storing shampoo, rinse, hairdressing or the like, an ejection head that can discharge an appropriate amount of the contents in the container by a pressing operation is mounted.

By the way, this type of ejection head has a nozzle with an inclined angle so that the ejection port is directed obliquely downward from the viewpoint of improving usability and usability. Normally, the outlet is always open. Even after the discharge of the contents is stopped, the contents remaining in the passage hang down from the spout, so-called liquid dripping cannot be avoided. There was a problem that it became difficult to discharge due to solidification of the material in the passage.

As a solution to the above-described conventional problems, a liquid dispensing pump in which an elastic blocking plate with a slit is provided at the tip of a nozzle has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In the state where the outside and the inside of the nozzle are only separated from each other by the slit, it is inevitable that the liquid drips through the slit in a state where the pressure in the nozzle cannot be released, and there is still room for improvement.

In recent years, a nozzle pin having a tip adapted to the nozzle outlet is incorporated in the head body of the jet head, and the nozzle pin is slid only in the pressing operation of the jet nozzle to open the nozzle jet. Attempts have also been made to apply an ejection head having a structure as described above (see, for example, Patent Document 1), and this ejection head has a structure in which an engagement plate is linked to the rear end of a nozzle pin (sliding rod) and slid. It was difficult to orient the nozzle outlet at an angle downward.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-40000 Patent No. 3814753

An object of the present invention is to propose a novel ejection head capable of avoiding the conventional problems as described above.

The present invention has a cylindrical body that fits into a stem of a pump, a base that can move along with the stem, a head that slidably covers the base, and that forms a storage space for contents inside the base. The nozzle has a passage connected to the storage space of the head, and ejects the contents in the storage space toward the outside. The nozzle is elastically supported so as to be slidable in the passage of the nozzle and slides backward according to the pushing of the head. A jet head having a shut-off pin that opens a nozzle jet port,
The base is provided with an inclined wall portion that is integrally connected to the distal end portion of the cylindrical body and stands up in the storage space leaving an inflow path for the contents,
A connection member connected to the shut-off pin at the rear end thereof and extending to the storage space through the passage is provided.
The connecting member is an ejection head characterized by having an opening that slides the shut-off pin rearward by sliding along the inclined wall as the head is pushed.

In the ejection head configured as described above, it is preferable that the nozzle is provided with an inclination angle that directs the ejection port obliquely downward, and the connecting member is provided with a curved portion having an inclination angle equivalent to the inclination angle of the nozzle. Is desirable.

The shut-off pin is elastically supported at the tip near the nozzle outlet, and a connecting member is provided at the rear end of the shut-off pin to extend toward the content storage space. Since the pins are slid, the direction of the nozzle can be changed relatively freely.

In addition, since the nozzle outlet can be reliably closed by the shut-off pin, no dripping occurs after the contents are discharged, and the contents are not solidified or fixed.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram schematically showing an embodiment of an ejection head according to the present invention. Reference numeral 1 in the figure denotes a cap screwed to the mouth of the container (may be engaged by undercut), and 2 is a pump incorporated in the cap 1. This pump 2 sucks the contents through the pipe P by reciprocating the piston 2b in the cylinder 2c through the stem 2a by pushing the head, and pressurizing and pumping the contents toward the outside from the nozzle outlet Let it drain.

3 is a base. The base 3 has a cylindrical body 3a fitted to the stem 2a of the pump 2, a flange 3b integrally provided on the outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical body 3a, and an inner annular wall (seal member) standing on the upper surface of the flange 3b. 3c) and an outer annular wall 3d that stands on the upper surface of the flange 3b and surrounds the inner annular wall 3c with a space therebetween. As shown in FIG. 2 with a partial cross-sectional view of the outer annular wall 3d, the outer circumferential surface thereof has a longitudinal groove 3d 1 adapted to a longitudinal rib provided on the inner surface of the outer wall of the head, and a notch connected to the nozzle passage. Part h is being formed, it is both to allow its positioning to prevent inclination of the head by which grooves 3d 1. Further, the claw portion 3d 2 is provided on the outer surface lower side of the outer annular wall 3d.

Reference numeral 4 denotes a head that covers the upper portion of the base 3 so as to be slidable, and forms a storage space M (a space for sucking, pressurizing, and pumping the contents) M inside. The head 4 includes an annular inner wall 4a opened downward, an outer wall 4b surrounding the inner wall 4a and retaining the head 4 in the base 3, and a top wall 4c integrally connected to the upper ends of the inner wall 4a and the outer wall 4b. . On the inner surface of the outer wall 4b, there are provided vertical ribs 4b 1 adapted to the vertical grooves 3d 1 of the base 3 and convex portions 4b 2 linked to the claw portions 3d 2 of the base 3.

Reference numeral 5 in the figure is a nozzle connected to the head 4. The nozzle 5 includes a main body part 5a integrally connected to the head 4, and a tip part 5b engaged with the main body part 5a by screwing or undercut, and a passage n connected to a storage space of the head 4 is formed on the inner side thereof. Is provided. The inner wall of the passage n ribs n 1 along a path n order to ensure the flow cross-section of the contents is formed, the distal end portion 5b of the nozzle 5 with respect to the axis L of the body portion 5a (see FIG. 1) A slanting downward slope is given at an angle θ.

Reference numeral 6 denotes a shut-off pin disposed on the tip side in the passage n of the nozzle 5. The shut-off pin 6 and the stepped portion e 1 provided in the passage n (see FIG. 3), it is elastically supported by a spring S disposed between the mutually stepped portions e 2 of the shut-off pin 6 (see FIG. 3) The nozzle 5b 1 formed at the tip 5b of the nozzle 5 is always closed.

Reference numeral 7 denotes a gable-type inclined wall portion that is integrally connected to the distal end portion (upper end portion) of the cylindrical body 3a and stands up in the storage space M. The inclined wall portion 7 is provided with an opening 7a (see FIG. 2) that forms a path through which the content sucked through the stem 2a and the check valve C flows into the storage space M.

A connecting member 8 is integrally connected at the rear end of the shut-off pin 6 and extends into the storage space M through the passage n. The connecting member 8 has a rear end portion 8a located in the storage space M, which is in contact with a top wall (or rib or the like) that partitions the storage space M, and an opening 8b that is linked to the inclined wall portion 7 is formed. When 4 is pushed in, the edge of the opening 8b slides along the inclined wall portion 7 so that the shut-off pin 6 can be slid rearward through the connecting member 8.

When the head 4 is pushed in to eject the contents, the head 4 slides on the base 3. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, the edge portion of the opening 8b slides along the inclined wall portion 7, the connecting member 8 slides toward the rear of the head 4 together with the shut-off pin 6, and the jet at the tip portion 5b of the nozzle 5 The outlet 5b 1 is opened and the contents are discharged toward the outside.

When releasing the force on the pushing of the head 4, a shut-off pin 6 spout 5b 1 to nozzle 5 will be closed the該噴outlet 5b 1 slides toward the ejection outlet 5b 1 by the biasing force of the spring S No dripping occurs even if an inclination angle that is directed obliquely downward is applied.

The connecting member 8 is basically composed of a single member, but when forming the curved portion 8c that matches (corresponds to) the inclination angle of the nozzle 5, it is a relatively soft member by insert molding or the like. (It is necessary to have enough rigidity to allow the shut-off pin 6 to slide back and forth).

FIG. 4 is a view showing another embodiment of the ejection head according to the present invention. In this example, a cylindrical body 3a is provided with a single-flow type inclined wall portion 7 as shown in FIG. 5 and a top body of the head 4 with a lid body 9. A pair of vertical ribs 9a and 9b that contact the rear end portion 8a of the connecting member 8 while avoiding contact with the inclined wall portion 7 are formed on the back surface. The lid 9 is linked and held on the top surface of the head 4 by an engaging means such as an undercut.

Also in the ejection head having such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 6, the edge of the opening 8b of the connecting member 8 slides along the inclined wall portion 7 by pushing the head 4, and this sliding causes the connecting member 8 to slide. There it is possible to discharge shutoff spout 5b 1 with pin 6 slides toward the rear of the head 4 at the tip portion 5b of the nozzle 5 is opened the contents.

In the head 4 as shown in FIG. 1 in which the top wall 4c is integrally connected to the upper end of the outer wall 4b, when the molded product is pulled out from the mold, the convex part 4b 2 provided at the lower end of the outer wall 4b is caught by the mold. Therefore, it had to be forcibly pulled out, and the formability of the part was inferior, but in particular, the structure as shown in Fig. 4 above provided with a lid 9 separately on the top surface of the head 4 Since it can be pulled out from the mold in a direction to dodge the convex portion 4b 2 , there is an advantage that the moldability can be maintained well.

A plurality of ribs 6a can be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the shut-off pin 6 at intervals in order to stably maintain the arrangement posture in the passage n (see FIG. 6).

As an example, the nozzle 5 is composed of two members, ie, the main body portion 5a and the tip portion 5b. However, the nozzle 5 may be composed of a single member. Further, it is possible to provide a seal cap 6b made of soft material to enhance the sealing properties at ejection ports 5b 1 in the front end of the shut off nozzle 6 (see FIG. 4).

The connecting member 8 shown in FIG. 1 shows an example in which an inclined surface having the same inclination as the inclined wall portion 7 is formed at the edge of the opening 8b and the surfaces contact each other. The edge part of the part 8b can also take a contact form (line contact) as shown in FIG. 6, and this point is not limited.

An ejection head that does not cause dripping or solidification of contents can be provided.
