【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の噴出ポンプは、ポンプを容器体から外した状態で容器製造業者から液の充填業者に移送され、ここで、容器体内への液の充填を行った後、ポンプを装着して製品化するのが一般的である。従って、移送に際しては嵩張り、ポンプに装着した吸い上げ用のパイプは露出しているため外力で変形する虞もある。更に、充填の際には容器体内に液を注入後装着キャップを螺着させてポンプを装着させるため、ポンプの図体が大きい事も含め液の充填作業に煩雑さが伴うものであった。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例の形態を図面を参照して説明する。
図面に示す如く、本発明のトリガー式液体噴出ポンプAは、容器体Bの口頚部2に嵌合させる装着キャップ3と、該キャップ上方に嵌着固定するとともに、装着キャップ上端から起立した縦筒4の中間部からシリンダ5を、その上部からは射出筒6をそれぞれ前方へ突設してなるポンプ本体7と、射出筒先端に嵌着させたノズルヘッド8と、射出筒前部から揺動可能に垂設するとともに、シリンダ内に前方付勢状態で嵌合したプランジャ9の先端部にその上部を連携させたトリガー10とを備え、該トリカーの操作により内蔵ポンプ機構の作用で容器体内の液を吸い上げてノズルヘッド8の噴出口より噴出する如く構成している。

上記ポンプ機構として、例えば、縦筒4下部に連結したパイプ11を容器体内へ垂下させ、また、縦筒4とシリンダ5内を連通するとともに、縦筒4と射出筒6を連通させてパイプ11より射出筒6に至る液流路を形成し、液流路に於けるシリンダの上流には吸い込み弁12を、その下流には吐出弁13をそれぞれ設け、上記プランジャ9の押し込みにより加圧されたシリンダ5内の液が、吐出弁13を開いて射出筒6を通りノズルヘッド8の噴出口より噴出し、また、プランジャ9の前方移行の際にはシリンダ5内の負圧化により吐出弁13が閉じ、吸い込み弁12が開いて容器体内の液をパイプ11を介してシリンダ5内に導入する如く構成した公知機構のものが採用される。

本発明は、この種の噴出ポンプに於いて、上記ポンプ本体7上端部に上端を開口し、且つ、装着キャップ3の頂板部分に下端を開口した液注入路aを縦筒4周囲に画成しており、この液注入路aの存在で、ポンプAを容器体Bに装着した状態での液の充填を行える如く構成している。
液注入路aは、縦筒4の周囲に画成することにより、従来のこの種の噴出ポンプの大きさと比較してもポンプ本体を特別大きく構成する必要がなく、しかも遠回りせず比較的短い距離で容器体内へ液の注入を行える如く構成している。液注入路aは縦筒周囲であればどの様な形状で画成しても良いが、縦筒の前方にはシリンダ5及び射出筒6が突設されているため、少なくともその部分を除いた部分に画成することとなる。
また、本発明では蓋体14を設けている。この蓋体14は、液の注入後に液注入路a上端開口を液密に閉塞して嵌着させるもので、その形態は種々採用でき、一旦嵌着すれば取り外し難く構成しても、或いは着脱が可能に構成しても良い。

以上説明した如く本発明トリガー式液体噴出ポンプは、既述構成としたことにより、特に、ポンプ本体7上端部に上端を開口し、且つ装着キャップ3の頂板部分に下端を開口した液注入路aを縦筒4周囲に画成し、液注入路a上端開口を液密に閉塞して嵌着させる蓋体14を設けたので、ポンプ製造業者から液充填業者への移送の際に、蓋体14のみを外した状態で行えるため、嵩張らず、また、パイプが露出していないためその変形の虞もなく、しかも、充填作業は極めて簡単に行えるという効果を発揮するものである。
