またこの噴出器は、噴出ヘッド下部に口栓付き部材5を装着させてノズル筒4先端からの液の漏出防止、或いはノズル内の液の固化の防止等を図る様に構成されている。
この口栓付き部材5は、噴出ヘッド下面に、その下面のステム接続部を囲繞して形成された環状凹部6内へ、リング状部7を嵌合させ、リング状部7の前部外面から突出させた弾性片8前端をノズル筒前端近傍まで延出させ、かつ弾性片前端に付設させた口栓9をノズル筒の前端開口部へ着脱自在に嵌合させて形成している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の噴出器では、不使用時には口栓9でノズル筒開口部を閉塞しているため、ノズル筒内の乾燥を防止し、ノズル筒内の残液が固化する等の不都合を防止できるものである。
しかしながら、この噴出器は、その口栓付き部材を上記した如く装着しているため、組み付け操作が比較的面倒であり、また、誤って噴出ヘッドを押し下げた場合には口栓を押し出して液の漏出をおこす虞があった。また、噴出器使用時に口栓がノズル筒開口部近傍に位置して注出の邪魔となる虞があり、指等で弾性片8を押さえれば解決するが、液注出操作が面倒となる。

本発明は、上記した点に鑑み、ノズル筒内の乾燥を防止してノズル筒内の残液が固化する等の不都合を防止できるとともに、不用意な液の漏出を防止することができ、しかも、液の注出等の取り扱い操作も簡単な優れた液体噴出器を提案するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例の形態を図面を参照して説明する。
図面に示す如く、本発明の液体噴出器10は、容器体11上部に嵌着した装着キャップ12中央を貫通したステム13を介して上方付勢状態で上下動可能に突出した噴出ヘッド14を押し下げることにより、容器体内液体が噴出ヘッド14の前部から突出したノズル筒15より噴出する如く構成している液体噴出器の改良に係わる。
