The ketimine (B) is reacted by heating and refluxing the ketone or aldehyde and the polyamine in the absence of a solvent or in the presence of a solvent such as benzene, toluene, xylene, etc., and removing the desorbed water by azeotropic distillation. Can be obtained.
In a conventional ketimine obtained from a general-purpose ketone such as methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK) or methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) and an amine in which a methylene group is bonded to an amino group, the ketimine nitrogen is exposed, so that some basicity is obtained. Indicates. Therefore, the one-component composition in which the ketimine and the isocyanate compound are mixed has a problem in storage stability such that gelation proceeds during storage.
On the other hand, the ketimine (B) used in the present invention has a bulky group in the vicinity of the ketimine nitrogen or the ketimine nitrogen, and the ketimine nitrogen is protected with a substituent, that is, due to steric hindrance. The basicity is greatly weakened and exhibits excellent storage stability.
Furthermore, the ketimine (B) used in the present invention is easily decomposed into a raw material amine and a ketone or an aldehyde by contact with moisture in the air at the time of use. High curability.
Further, even when a conventionally known ketimine is used as a latent curing agent, when an isocyanate compound having no bulky group near an isocyanate group such as TDI (tolylene diisocyanate) or XDI (xylene diisocyanate) is used, Although the curing speed is high, sufficient storage stability cannot be obtained, and it has been difficult to obtain a practical one-component moisture-curable resin composition.
In contrast, in the present invention, both curability and storage stability are achieved by combining the ketimine (B) having a specific structure as described above and an isocyanate compound (A) in which a bulky group is bonded to an isocyanate group. Made it possible.
In the isocyanate compound (A) used in the present invention, a bulky group is bonded to the isocyanate group, the steric hindrance that the isocyanate group is subjected to is large, and this bulky group is an electron donating group such as an alkyl group. In some cases, the reactivity of the isocyanate group is low.
A mixture (composition) of such an isocyanate compound (A) and the ketimine (B) having the above-mentioned specific structure is kept stable during storage in a container.
On the other hand, when the composition comes into contact with air, water molecules that are moisture are small, so that they easily attack ketimine nitrogen without undergoing steric hindrance of the substituent, and hydrolysis proceeds easily. Accordingly, the curing time of the composition of the present invention is fast.
When the composition of the present invention does not contain the epoxy resin (F), the content of the ketimine (B) in the composition of the present invention is equivalent ratio (isocyanate group in the isocyanate compound (A)) / ( The ketimine bond C = N) in the ketimine (B) is preferably 0.01 to 4.0, and more preferably 0.8 to 2.0.
Moreover, when the composition of this invention contains an epoxy resin (F), it is an equivalent ratio (the sum total of the isocyanate group in an isocyanate compound (A), and the epoxy group in an epoxy resin (F)) / (ketimine ( The ketimine bond C = N) in B) is preferably from 0.01 to 4.0, more preferably from 0.8 to 2.0.
If the content of ketimine (B) is in the above range, a composition having good storage stability and curability can be obtained.
<Calcium carbonate (C)>
Conventionally, in order to impart thixotropy, calcium carbonate blended in a urethane one-component sealant of a one-component curable composition is surface-treated with a fatty acid or a fatty acid ester from the viewpoint of storage stability and wettability. Things were going on. However, even when these surface-treated calcium carbonates are used, there is a problem that the storage stability is not good.
In the present invention, calcium carbonate (C) surface-treated with a urethane compound is used. By using such surface-treated calcium carbonate, the composition of the present invention obtained is excellent in storage stability and curability.
