Description

The present invention relates to a harness guide that guides a wire harness along a wiring path in a housing for mounting components.

In recent years, in image forming apparatuses and other electrical equipment, it is increasingly important to wire a wiring harness provided for energizing electrical components in a safe state. Generally, electrical equipment is equipped with a harness guide that guides the wire harness along a predetermined wiring path in order to prevent the wire harness (cable) from being damaged by contact with heat-generating parts or sharp parts. .
For example, in Patent Document 1, in order to prevent sagging of the wire harness, the wire harness is held by a holding member that is provided so as to be movable in a direction in which a part of the wire harness is held and hearing is applied to or released from the wire harness. An apparatus for guiding the wiring route is shown.
Further, Patent Document 2 discloses a cable support structure (harness) in which a cable is sandwiched between a groove portion in a housing for mounting and a swingable plate member that is inserted into and held in support holes on both sides of the groove portion. Guide) is shown.
JP-A-9-289382 JP-A-2002-240393

By the way, the harness guide in recent electrical equipment is required to guide the wire harness along an appropriate route and not to damage the wire harness even by a tensile test of the wire harness.
However, according to the wire harness holding structure as shown in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, when force is applied to the wire harness, the wire harness is easily damaged by rubbing against the corners or the like of the member holding the wire harness. There was a problem. In particular, when a plurality of wire harness holding portions are arranged in the guide path, the wire harness is rubbed with each of the holding portions and is more likely to be damaged.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the object of the present invention is to guide the wire harness along an appropriate route and to damage the wire harness even when force is applied to the wire harness. The object is to provide a harness guide that does not easily occur.

In order to achieve the above object, a harness guide according to the present invention includes the components shown in the following (1) to (4).
(1) A harness passage in which a floor portion on which the wire harness is placed and a pair of protruding walls protruding on both sides of the floor portion extend along the guide route of the wire harness. However, the harness passage (the floor portion and the protruding wall pair) is integrally molded as a part of a housing for mounting components.
(2) A cover member that is attached in a state of straddling the pair of protruding walls, and in which a first engagement portion that engages with a part of the housing is formed.
(3) A second engagement portion that is provided on both outer sides of the protruding wall pair in the casing and holds the cover member with respect to the casing by engaging with the first engagement portion.
(4) Harness pressing means for pressing the wire harness against the floor by being sandwiched between the cover member held by the housing and the wire harness placed on the floor.

According to the harness guide according to the present invention, the wire harness can be guided along an appropriate route by the harness passage.
Furthermore, according to the harness guide according to the present invention, the wire harness is held by the harness pressing means in a state of being pressed against the floor portion. Therefore, even when a tensile force is applied to the wire harness, the position of the wire harness Since the shift is unlikely to occur, the phenomenon that the wire harness is rubbed and damaged by the corners of other members is less likely to occur.
Here, in the case where the housing that is an integrally molded member is provided with an engaging portion that engages with a part of the cover member, in the vicinity of the engaging portion in the housing (a part of the housing), An opening for removing a part of the mold for molding the casing (the part for molding the engaging portion) is formed. When such an opening exists in the guide path portion of the wire harness, when the position of the wire harness is shifted, the wire harness is easily rubbed and damaged by the corners of the opening.
On the other hand, in the harness guide according to the present invention, the harness passage (the floor portion and the protruding wall pair) is formed to extend along the guide path, and the second member engages with a part of the cover member. Since the joint portion is provided at both outer portions of the protruding wall pair, it is possible to realize a structure in which no opening exists in the path of the wire harness (inside the protruding wall pair). As a result, even if a slight misalignment occurs in the wire harness, the wire harness is hardly damaged.
Further, it is more preferable if the harness pressing means is an elastic member (for example, a foaming member such as a sponge member) that is fitted between the protruding wall pair and presses the wire harness against the floor portion by its elastic force. It is. As a result, the wire harness is more likely to be damaged by rubbing.

Further, the harness guide according to the present invention has a structure in which a groove portion and a protrusion portion that fits into the groove portion are formed on one and the other of the inner wall surface of the protruding wall pair and the side surface of the elastic member. Conceivable.
Moreover, it is also conceivable that the elastic member is formed to be bent in accordance with the protruding wall pair along the guide route where the wire harness is bent.
Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the attachment position and the attachment direction from being erroneous when the elastic member is attached. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the position of the elastic member from being displaced or coming off from between the pair of protruding walls due to vibration, position displacement of the wire harness, or the like.
On the other hand, it is also conceivable that the harness pressing means is a portion formed integrally with the cover member and is an elastic deformation portion that is elastically deformed by contact with the wire harness.
In addition, it is possible that the said housing | casing is an integral molding member of resin.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, while guiding a wire harness along an appropriate path | route, even when force is added to a wire harness, the harness guide which cannot produce damage to a wire harness easily is realizable.

Hereinafter, the harness guide X according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.
The harness guide X is provided in a housing (hereinafter referred to as a component support housing 1) to which an electrical component is attached, and guides the wire harness W connected to the electrical component along a predetermined guide route (wiring route). Is. Various electrical components and the wire harness W are attached to the component support housing 1 and unitized to form an electrical component unit Y. The component support housing 1 is an integrally molded member, for example, an integrally molded member made of resin.
FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a part of the image forming apparatus Z (original reading unit in the copying machine) on which the electrical component unit Y is mounted. In FIG. 9, a wavy circle is a perspective view of a part of the electrical component unit Y attached inside the image forming apparatus Z.

Next, the configuration of the harness guide X will be described with reference to FIG. 1 (perspective view) and FIG. 2 (cross-sectional view).
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the harness guide X includes a floor portion 2 on which the wire harness W is placed, and a protruding wall pair 3 (one protruding wall 3 a and the other protruding wall 3) protruding on both sides of the floor portion 2. A harness passage made of the protruding wall 3b) is provided. This harness passage (the floor portion 2 and the protruding wall pair 3) is formed to extend along the guide route (wiring route) of the wire harness W. Further, the harness passage is integrally formed as a part of the component support housing 1 for mounting electrical components.
Moreover, the surface of the both ends (entrance part and exit part) of the guide path of the wire harness W in the said floor part 2 is a smooth curved surface. This is to prevent damage to the wire harness W.

Furthermore, the harness guide X includes a cover member 4 that is an independent member (for example, a resin member) attached in a state of straddling the protruding wall pair 3 (3a, 3b). Further, the cover member 4 has a substantially U-shaped cross section, and is engaged with a part of the component support housing 1 at portions on both outer sides of the protruding wall pair 3 in the mounted state. A portion (hereinafter referred to as a first engaging portion 7) is formed. The first engaging portion 7 shown in FIG. 2 is formed in a claw shape.
On the other hand, in the component support housing 1, the cover member 4 is attached to the component support housing 1 by engaging the first engagement portion 7 at both outer portions of the protruding wall pair 3. An engaging portion to be held (hereinafter referred to as a second engaging portion 6) is formed. The second engaging portion 6 shown in FIG. 2 is an opening for inserting the claw portion at the tip of the first engaging portion 7.
The second engagement portion 6 includes a groove portion into which the first engagement portion 7 (claw portion) is inserted, and a claw portion (nail-like portion) that engages with the first engagement portion 7 (claw portion). In addition, the second engaging portion 6 may be a claw portion, and the first engaging portion 7 engaged therewith may be an opening portion or a groove portion. Further, in the example shown in FIG. 2, the second engaging portion 6 protrudes at positions separated from the protruding wall pair 3 on both outer sides of the protruding wall pair 3. An embodiment in which 6 is formed as a flange or the like projecting from both outer surfaces of the protruding wall pair 3 is also conceivable.
The component support housing 1 that is an integrally molded product (resin molded product) has the second engaging portion 6 formed in a part thereof, and therefore the vicinity of the second engaging portion 6 (example in FIG. 2). Then, an opening 8 for removing a part of a mold for molding the component support housing 1 (a part for molding the second engagement part 6) is formed in a part directly below the second engagement part 6. Is done.
Note that no opening is formed inside the protruding wall pair 3 (the protruding wall pair 3 and the floor portion 2).

Further, the harness guide X is sandwiched between the cover member 4 held by the component support housing 1 and the wire harness W placed on the floor portion 2, whereby the wire harness W is connected to the floor portion 2. A harness pressing sponge 5 is provided for pressing (an example of the harness pressing means). The harness pressing sponge 5 is a sponge member (an example of the elastic member) that is fitted between the protruding wall pair 3 and presses the wire harness W against the floor 2 by its elastic force.
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a first example of the harness guide X with the cover member 4 removed, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the first example of the harness holding sponge 5 attached to the harness guide X. FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the protruding wall pair 3 is formed along the curved guide path of the wire harness W, and the harness pressing sponge 5 is the protruding wall along the bent guide path. It is formed so as to be bent (to fit) with the pair 3 (the portion indicated by the wavy circle 5a in FIGS. 3 and 4).

According to the harness guide X described above, the wire harness W can be guided along an appropriate route by the harness passage (the floor portion 2 and the protruding wall pair 3).
Further, according to the harness guide X, the wire harness W is held by the harness pressing sponge 5 in a state of being pressed against the floor 2, so that even when a tensile force is applied to the wire harness W, the wire harness W It is difficult for position shift to occur. Therefore, the phenomenon in which the wire harness W is rubbed and damaged with the corners of other members is less likely to occur. Furthermore, since the harness pressing sponge 5 is a flexible elastic member, the wiring harness W itself is not damaged. In place of the harness pressing sponge 5, it is also possible to adopt a rubber member (an example of an elastic member) having the same shape.
In the harness guide X, the floor portion 2 and the protruding wall pair 3 are formed to extend along the guide path, and the second engagement portion 6 that engages with a part of the cover member 4 is provided. Since it is provided in both outer portions of the protruding wall pair 3, it is possible to realize a structure in which no opening exists in the path of the wire harness W (inside the protruding wall pair 3). As a result, even if a slight misalignment occurs in the wire harness W, the wire harness W is hardly damaged.
In addition, since the harness holding sponge 5 is formed to be bent in accordance with the protruding wall pair 3 along the curved guide path of the wire harness W, when the harness holding sponge 5 is attached, its attachment position It can be prevented that the mounting direction is wrong. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the position of the harness pressing sponge 5 from being displaced or coming off from between the protruding wall pair 3 due to vibration, displacement of the wire harness W, or the like.

Incidentally, FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a second example of the harness guide X with the cover member 4 removed, and FIG. 6 is a second view of the harness holding sponge 5 attached to the harness guide X. It is a perspective view of an example.
In the example shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a groove portion 5 b is formed on the side surface of the harness pressing sponge 5, and a protruding portion 11 fitted into the groove portion 5 b is formed on a part of the inner wall surface of the protruding wall pair 3. It is an example of the harness guide X in which is formed.
5 and 6 can also prevent an error in the position and direction of attachment of the harness holding sponge 5, and the position of the harness holding sponge 5 is shifted due to vibration, displacement of the wire harness W, or the like. It is also possible to prevent the projection wall pair 3 from coming off.
An embodiment in which a groove portion is formed in a part of the inner wall surface of the protruding wall pair 3 and a protruding portion that fits into the groove portion is formed on the side surface of the harness pressing sponge 5 is also conceivable. Similar effects can be obtained in the form.

Next, the harness guide X ′ according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the perspective view shown in FIG. 7 and the cross-sectional view shown in FIG. Hereinafter, only the parts of the harness guide X ′ different from the harness guide X will be described. 7 and 8, the same reference numerals as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 are given to the same constituent elements as those included in the harness guide X.
The harness guide X ′ includes a cover member 4 ′ having a function of pressing the wire harness W by an elastic force instead of the cover member 4 and the harness pressing sponge 5.
This cover member 4 'is also an independent member (for example, a resin member) that is attached in a state of straddling the protruding wall pair 3 (3a, 3b), and further, both outer sides of the protruding wall pair 3 in the mounted state. This portion is common to the cover member 4 in that the first engagement portion 7 that engages with a part of the partial support housing 1 is formed in the portion.
However, the cover member 4 ′ is different from the cover member 4 in that the cover member 4 ′ has a portion integrally formed with an elastically deforming portion 5 ′ that is elastically deformed by contact with the wire harness W.
As shown in FIG. 7, the elastically deforming portion 5 ′ is a curved plate-like portion formed to protrude inside the cover member 4 ′, and presses the wire harness W with the lower surface of the curved portion. . Thus, since the wire harness W is pressed by the curved smooth surface in the elastic deformation part 5 ′, the phenomenon that the wire harness W is rubbed and damaged by the elastic deformation part 5 ′ hardly occurs.
The harness guide X ′ having such a cover member 4 ′ is also held in a state in which the wire harness W is pressed against the floor portion 2 by the elastic deformation portion 5 ′, so that a tensile force is applied to the wire harness W. Even in this case, since the position of the wire harness W is not easily displaced, a phenomenon in which the wire harness W is rubbed and damaged by the corners of other members is less likely to occur.
As described above, according to the harness guides X and X ′, the wire harness W can be guided along an appropriate route with a simple structure, and the wire harness W can be applied even when force is applied to the wire harness W. Damage is less likely to occur.

It can be used for a harness guide for guiding a wire harness along a wiring path.
