Description

The present invention relates to a bathroom.

Conventionally, a waterproof floor pan made of a material such as FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) having a waterproof property has been used as a bathroom floor, and a rock texture pattern or a stone pattern is formed on the surface to improve the design. However, if the drainage is poor, there is a problem that water remains in an island shape on the surface of the waterproof floor pan and does not dry naturally even after a long time. In view of this, a bathroom floor in which a linear hydrophilic portion and a linear water-repellent portion are arranged in parallel with each other and the hydrophilic portion is continuous with a drain port (see, for example, Patent Document 1) has been proposed. This bathroom floor can naturally dry the remaining water on the floor surface in a shorter time by forming a thin water film in the hydrophilic portion. There is also known a ventilation / heating type bathroom (for example, see Patent Document 2) that supplies air heated to dryness to a floor member.

By the way, residual water on the floor surface may contain contaminants such as soap stains, sebum, and scales. In this case, even if the residual water on the floor surface is dried as in Patent Document 1 or Patent Document 2, contaminants cannot be removed from the floor surface, and dirt is attached to the floor surface. There are problems such as bad odor. In order to solve this problem, a bathroom floor that is inclined toward a drain outlet and has a water repellent function on the surface is known. This bathroom floor uses the gradient to automatically drain the residual water on the floor surface to the drain, but the small volume of water droplets does not flow only on the floor gradient but stays on the floor surface, resulting in sufficient contamination. It cannot be removed.

This invention is made | formed in view of the situation as mentioned above, and makes it the subject to provide the bathroom which can remove the residual water of the bathroom floor surface easily and improved antifouling property.

In order to solve the above problems, the bathroom of the present invention is characterized by the following.

First, it has a bathroom floor provided with a drain, and water supply / distribution means for supplying and distributing water toward the bathroom floor to form a water film on the entire surface of the bathroom floor, and the bathroom floor surface has a water repellent function on the surface. The water on the bathroom floor is continuously drained to the drain outlet without interruption.

Second, in the first invention, the water supply / distribution means is a water distribution pipe provided in a lower part of a bathroom wall surrounding the bathroom floor.

Thirdly, in the first or second invention, the bathroom floor has a water repellent function on the surface with a water contact angle of 70 ° or more.

Fourthly, in any one of the first to third inventions, a concave groove extending radially around the drain outlet is formed on the bathroom floor surface.

According to the first invention, the bathroom floor has a water repellent function on the surface, so that the water on the bathroom floor can easily move. By supplying and distributing water toward the bathroom floor having such a water repellent function on the surface and forming a water film on the entire surface of the bathroom floor, the water on the bathroom floor is continuously drained to the drain outlet without interruption, and on the bathroom floor. Almost no water droplets remain. Therefore, after using the bathroom, even if residual water containing contaminants such as soap stains, sebum, and scale remains on the bathroom floor surface, water is supplied and distributed so as to form a water film on the entire bathroom floor. By doing so, the residual water on the bathroom floor surface is drained together with the water supplied and distributed, and contaminants such as soap stains, sebum, and scales are effectively removed, thereby improving the antifouling property.

According to 2nd invention, the effect of the said invention can be improved greatly by specifying a water distribution means.

According to the third invention, the bathroom floor has a water-repellent function with a water contact angle of 70 ° or more on the surface, so that the water on the bathroom floor is more likely to flow toward the drain. Drained effectively. Therefore, the amount of water droplets on the bathroom floor after draining is further reduced.

According to the fourth invention, the grooves on the bathroom floor surface that extend radially from the drain outlet are formed, so that water on the bathroom floor continues toward the drain outlet through the recess when draining. It drains as a flow path. Therefore, the water on the bathroom floor is drained more effectively, and the amount of water droplets on the bathroom floor after draining is further reduced.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of a bathroom according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing an installation structure of water supply / distribution means in the bathroom.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the bathroom according to the present embodiment is composed of a bathroom floor 1, a bathtub 3, side walls 4 a and 4 b, an outer wall 5, an entrance wall 6 having a door 61, a ceiling 7, and the like. Has been. The bathroom floor 1 is provided with a drain port 8 at a substantially central position on the bathtub 3 side, and contaminated water and the like during washing is drained from the drain port 8 to the outside.

Furthermore, the bathroom according to this embodiment has water supply / distribution means 2 for supplying and distributing water toward the bathroom floor 1, and the bathroom floor 1 has a water repellent function on the surface. The water supply / distribution means 2 is not particularly limited as long as it forms a water film on the entire surface of the bathroom floor 1, and can be appropriately selected according to the method of forming the water film. As a method for forming the water film, for example, water on the bathroom floor 1 is supplied and distributed in an amount exceeding the amount of drainage per hour of the drainage port 8. In addition, an opening / closing member such as a shutter for closing the drainage port 8 is provided in the drainage port 8, the drainage port 8 is closed by this opening / closing member, and water is supplied and distributed in such a state that covers the entire surface of the bathroom floor 1. A film can be formed. Therefore, in order to form a water film by the former method, it is necessary to be the water supply / distribution means 2 capable of supplying and distributing a large amount of water per hour. For example, as will be described later, water supply / distribution is exemplified using a water distribution pipe connected to a water tank provided with a liquid feed pump capable of supplying a large volume of water. In order to form a water film by the latter method, it is only necessary to supply and distribute an amount of water that covers the entire surface of the bathroom floor 1. For example, water may be supplied and distributed by a shower or currant installed in the bathroom. Water supply and distribution may be performed using a stored washbasin or the like. After the water film is formed by the latter method, the opening / closing member is opened and the water on the bathroom floor 1 is drained from the drain port 8. During the drainage, the thickness of the water film is almost uniform over the entire surface of the bathroom floor 1. Therefore, the water on the bathroom floor 1 can be drained more reliably.

In any of the methods, the thickness of the water film is not particularly limited as long as the water spreads over the bathroom floor and covers the bathroom floor. The thickness may not be uniform across the bathroom floor.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the water supply / distribution means 2 according to the present embodiment is made of a hard polyvinyl chloride resin that supplies water into the lower walls of the side walls 4 a and 4 b surrounding the bathroom floor 1 and the entrance wall 6. A plurality of nozzles 21 are attached to the piping 22 at an equal interval obliquely downward, that is, toward the bathroom floor 1, so that water is jetted from the tip end portion 211 of the nozzle 21 to a wide angle. It has become. The tip 211 of each nozzle 21 is directed in the direction of the drain 8, and the water sprayed from the tip 211 of the nozzle 21 flows in the direction of the drain 8 along the surface of the bathroom floor 1. The height of the pipe 22, the number of nozzles 21 attached to the pipe 22, the interval between the nozzles 21, the attachment angle of the nozzle 21 to the pipe 22, etc. 1 is adjusted and set appropriately so as to spread over the entire surface.

Further, a water supply unit 23 such as a water tank provided with a liquid feed pump is connected to the pipe 22, and water is supplied to the pipe 22 by operating the liquid feed pump and injected from the tip end portion 211 of the nozzle 21. . This water supply part 23 can supply the amount of water exceeding the amount of drainage per hour at the drainage port. The operation of the liquid feed pump is performed by the control unit 24 connected to the water supply unit 23, and the water sprayed from the tip 211 of the nozzle 21 spreads over the entire surface of the bathroom floor 1. Continue until a film is formed. After the water film is formed on the entire surface of the bathroom floor 1, the operation of the liquid feed pump is stopped and the supply of water is stopped. When the supply of water is stopped, the water on the bathroom floor 1 gradually decreases due to drainage from the drain outlet 8. FIG. 2 shows a state in which water sprayed from the tip portion 211 of the nozzle 21 has spread over the entire surface of the bathroom floor 1 and a water film B has been formed on the entire surface of the bathroom floor 1.

As described above, since the bathroom floor 1 has a water repellent function on the surface, the water on the bathroom floor 1 is easy to move. Therefore, the water (water film) covered on the entire surface of the bathroom floor 1 is easily pulled up to the drain outlet 8 when drained, that is, the water is continuously drained without interruption. Therefore, there is almost no water remaining on the bathroom floor 1. This will be described with reference to FIG.

FIG. 3A shows a state where water remains in an island shape on the bathroom floor 1 and water droplets A remain. When water is supplied / distributed on the bathroom floor 1 in this state by the water supply / distribution means, the water droplet A on the bathroom floor 1 is absorbed by the supplied / distributed water and, as shown in FIG. A water film B is formed on the surface. When water supply / drainage is stopped after the formation of water film B, water on bathroom floor 1 is not shown, but water on bathroom floor 1 gradually decreases due to drainage from the drain outlet located on the left side of the figure. I will do it. Since the surface of the bathroom floor 1 has a water repellent function, the water on the bathroom floor 1 is easy to move, and even when the water is far from the drain, the water is connected by the surface tension ( In the state where the water film is formed), the water moves to the drain port without interruption and is continuously drained from the drain port. Finally, almost no water remains on the bathroom floor 1. FIG.3 (c) represents the state which the water film B on the bathroom floor 1 is moving on the bathroom floor 1 in the left direction toward a drain outlet, without interrupting.

Therefore, the bathroom of the present invention supplies and distributes water so that a water film is formed on the entire surface of the bathroom floor even if water droplets containing contaminants such as soap stains, sebum, and scale remain on the bathroom floor after use. Then, by draining it, the water droplets remaining on the bathroom floor surface will be drained together with the water supplied and distributed so that contaminants such as soap stains, sebum and scale can be effectively removed, and the bathroom floor surface Can be washed.

As described above, the water on the bathroom floor of the bathroom according to the present embodiment is continuously drained without interruption. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the bathroom floor 1 has the lowest outlet 8. It may have a downward slope. As a result, the water on the bathroom floor 1 flows along this slope, and the water tends to be collected toward the drain port 8. The floor gradient is preferably 0.1 ° or more and less than 5 °. If the angle is less than 0.1 °, the effect of the inclination is hardly obtained. If the angle exceeds 5 °, the flow rate of water toward the drain port 8 becomes too fast, and the water is interrupted and may not be continuously drained. This is not preferable because there is a danger that the user of the bathroom slips and falls.

The water repellent function of the surface of the bathroom floor 1 preferably has a contact angle with water of 70 ° or more. Thereby, the water on the bathroom floor 1 is more easily moved to the drain outlet 8 without interruption. It is preferably 70 ° to 90 °. If it is less than 70 °, the water film on the bathroom floor 1 may be interrupted during drainage, which is not preferable. Such a water-repellent function is realized by applying a water-repellent paint such as a fluorine-based paint or a silicon-based paint to the surface of the bathroom floor 1 by various methods such as spray coating, lip coating, and brush coating.

As another embodiment of the bathroom of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, concave grooves 9 extending radially from the drain outlet 8 may be provided on the surface of the bathroom floor 1. The concave groove 9 is for forming a flow path in which water on the bathroom floor 1 continues toward the drain outlet 8 through the concave groove 9 during drainage. Thereby, the water on the bathroom floor 1 is drained more effectively. Such a concave groove 9 is set to have a width of 2 to 10 mm and a depth of 1 to 5 mm, for example, and the sectional view shape may be U-shaped or V-shaped, and is not particularly limited. In FIG. 4, the groove 9 is U-shaped in cross section. Further, the concave groove 9 may extend to both side walls and the entrance / exit wall surrounding the bathroom floor 1, or may be provided so as to extend to the vicinity thereof or the middle of the bathroom floor as shown in FIG. The number of the concave grooves 9 on the surface of the bathroom floor 1 is not particularly limited. However, if the number of the concave grooves 9 is too large, the contact area between the bathroom floor 1 and the water film formed thereon increases. In connection with this, since the resistance at the time of drainage of the water on the bathroom floor 1 becomes large and the water may be interrupted, it is not preferable. For this reason, although it depends on the size of the bathroom floor 1, it is sufficient to provide, for example, about 5 to 10 concave grooves 9.

In the said embodiment, although the nozzle is installed in the lower part of the both-sides wall and the entrance-and-exit wall which enclose a bathroom floor, and water is injected from three directions, it is not specifically limited to this. For example, it may be installed only in the lower part of the side wall facing the drain port and water may be jetted from one direction. In the case of FIG. 1, it may be installed only at the lower part of the entrance / exit wall 6 to inject water. Regarding the shape of the tip of the nozzle, various shapes such as a circular shape and a wide shape can be used. Moreover, in the said embodiment, although water is injected at a wide angle from the front-end | tip part of a nozzle, it is made to inject a strip | belt-shaped water film along a bathroom floor surface using the slit nozzle which produces | generates a strip | belt-shaped water film. Also good. In addition, as described above, the drainage port may be closed with a closing member such as a shutter that closes the drainage port, and water may be supplied and distributed. In this case, a shower or currant installed in the bathroom, or a wash surface in which water is stored Supply and distribute water using a vessel. Further, in the above embodiment, the water supplied / distributed is supplied from a water tank, but may be supplied from a water pipe, or stored in a bathtub or the like.

A bathroom floor having a water repellent function on the surface was obtained. The water contact angle of the bathroom floor surface is 90 °.

<実施例2>
<実施例3>
<実施例4>
<比較例1>
<比較例2>
In order to form a water film on the entire surface of the bathroom floor, the drain outlet was closed with a shutter, and a large amount of water was supplied and distributed to the bathroom floor with a currant. Water distribution was stopped after a water film was formed on the entire surface of the bathroom floor. After opening the shutter and draining water on the bathroom floor from the drain outlet, the appearance of the bathroom floor surface was observed and the amount of water droplets remaining on the bathroom floor was measured.
<Example 2>
1 and 2 was used as the water supply / distribution means, and a water distribution pipe was provided at the lower part of the wall surface (the lower part of the entrance / exit wall 6 in FIG. 1) at a position facing the drain port. In order to form a water film on the entire surface of the bathroom floor, water exceeding the amount of drainage per hour at the drain outlet is supplied and distributed from this pipe to the bathroom floor. The appearance of the bathroom floor surface was observed and the amount of water droplets remaining on the bathroom floor was measured in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the operation of the feed pump was stopped and the water supply was stopped to drain the water on the bathroom floor. . The drain outlet of this embodiment is not provided with a shutter for closing the drain outlet as in the first embodiment.
<Example 3>
While observing the appearance of the bathroom floor surface in the same manner as in Example 1 except for the configuration of the bathroom floor shown in FIG. 4 (provided with concave grooves extending radially around the drain outlet on the bathroom floor surface), The amount of water droplets remaining on the bathroom floor was measured.
<Example 4>
While observing the appearance of the bathroom floor surface in the same manner as in Example 2 except for the configuration of the bathroom floor shown in FIG. 4 (provided with concave grooves extending radially around the drain outlet on the bathroom floor surface), The amount of water droplets remaining on the bathroom floor was measured.
<Comparative Example 1>
The surface of the bathroom floor was observed in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the bathroom floor was sprinkled with a shower without forming a water film on the entire surface of the bathroom floor, and the appearance of the bathroom floor surface was observed and remained on the bathroom floor. The amount of water droplets was measured.
<Comparative example 2>
The surface of the bathroom floor was observed in the same manner as in Example 2 except that the bathroom floor was sprinkled with a basin without forming a water film on the entire surface of the bathroom floor, and the appearance of the bathroom floor surface was observed in the same manner as in Example 2. The amount of remaining water droplets was measured.

Table 1 shows the results.

Figure 2009106381
Figure 2009106381

From the results of Table 1, it was confirmed that the amount of water droplets on the bathroom floor after draining was reduced by supplying and distributing water so that a water film was formed on the entire surface of the bathroom floor having a water-repellent function on the surface. Examples 1-4). As a result, even after water drops containing contaminants such as soap stains, sebum, and scales remain on the bathroom floor after use in the bathroom, water is once distributed to form a water film on the entire bathroom floor. By draining water, water droplets remaining on the bathroom floor surface are drained with the water supplied and distributed to remove contaminants such as soap stains, sebum, and scales, thus improving the antifouling property. I understand that.

On the other hand, even if water is supplied to the bathroom floor that has a water-repellent function on the surface, if water is sprayed without forming a water film on the entire bathroom floor, a large amount of water droplets remain on the bathroom floor after drainage. (Comparative Examples 1-2).
