Description

The present invention relates to a bathroom sterilization system for cleaning a bathroom washing place using sterilizing water.

。   Conventionally, a bathroom antifouling apparatus has been proposed that disperses sterilizing water containing a bactericidal substance or ions to remove special dirt caused by bacteria and sputum in the bathroom (for example, see Patent Document 1).

In such a bathroom antifouling device, the nozzle for spraying the sterilizing water in the form of mist, granular, flowing water or the like is provided at the height of the wall surface (see Patent Document 1, FIGS. 4 and 7) or on the ceiling. It is attached (refer patent document 1, FIG. 5).

In addition to providing the nozzle at the lower front part of the bathroom antifouling device installed on the floor, an external nozzle (see Patent Document 1, FIGS. 8 and 9) and a detachable nozzle (see Patent Document 1 and FIG. 11) .) Is disclosed.

Furthermore, what equips the front lower part and the apparatus main body upper part of the bathroom antifouling apparatus installed on the floor (refer patent document 1, FIG. 10) is also described.

As described above, in the bathroom antifouling apparatus described in Patent Document 1, various arrangements are made in the arrangement of the nozzles so that the sterilizing water can be sprayed over as wide a range as possible.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-220273

However, bacteria and pupae tend to propagate only at sites that are often moist, such as wash floors, low walls, and bath apron. In this regard, spraying the sterilizing water from the wall surface height or ceiling will also spray the wall height, etc., and it is not economical to spray it over an unnecessarily wide area.

On the other hand, in the case of spraying from the nozzle provided at the lower front part of the bathroom antifouling device installed on the floor, the reachable range is limited. At first, attaching an external nozzle impairs the design, and it is not easy to attach and detach the nozzle every time it is sprayed.

Above all, there is a possibility that the sterilizing water will not be able to go around in the shaded area, such as the back of the bathroom counter for attaching a faucet.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-described circumstances, and provides a bathroom sterilization system capable of spraying sterilizing water by concentrating on a part of a washing floor, a low part of a wall, or a part where bacteria and cocoons such as bath apron easily propagate. A bathroom counter installed horizontally on the wall facing the bathtub, a sterilizing water generator installed in the bathroom counter for generating sterilizing water, and a lower surface of the bathroom counter, which is rotatable about a vertical rotation axis. And a water discharger that discharges the sterilized water formed and generated by the sterilizing water generator onto the washing floor.

Preferably, the bathroom sterilization system includes a bath apron that covers from the bathtub side end of the wash floor to the wash floor side end of the bathtub, and the wash floor as described in claim 2. And a drainage pit that is formed one step lower than the washing ground floor and is provided with a drainage trap, and the water discharger is capable of discharging sterilized water above the drainage pit in the bath apron. Can be configured.

And as for the said water discharging part, as described in Claim 3, It is desirable to install in the wall surface vicinity which separated the said bathtub and the said washing-room floor, and described in Claim 4. As described above, it is desirable to have a nozzle hole that discharges water from above the horizontal.

On the other hand, preferably, the top surface of the bathroom counter may be arranged at the same height as the upper surface of the bathtub rim or at a lower position as described in claim 5.

Furthermore, the rotating part in which the nozzle hole of the water discharging part is formed is preferably formed so as to be removable as described in claim 6, and the rotating part is described in claim 7. As described above, it is desirable that the inner diameter of the upper through hole through which the rotating shaft passes is different from the inner diameter of the lower insertion hole through which the bolt that supports the rotating portion on the rotating shaft is inserted.

According to the bathroom sterilization system according to the present invention, the sterilizing water can be sprayed in a concentrated manner on the wash floor, the low part of the wall, and the part where bacteria and cocoons such as bath apron easily propagate.

An embodiment of a bathroom sterilization system according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows an overall outline of a bathroom sterilization system according to this embodiment.

This bathroom sterilization system includes a bathtub 2, a washing floor 3 adjacent to the bathtub 2, a bathroom counter 5 horizontally disposed on the wall 4 facing the bathtub 2 across the washing floor 3 from the bathtub 2 side, and a bathroom sterilizer. 1. Here, the bathroom counter 5 is disposed at a position lower than the rim 2 a of the bathtub 2.

Also, in this bathroom, there are a bath apron 6 that covers from the edge of the washing floor 3 on the bathtub 2 side to the edge of the washing floor 3 side of the bathtub 2, and the washing floor 3 on the edge of the bathtub 2 side of the washing floor 3 A drainage pit 7 is provided which is lower than the drainage pit and is provided with a drainage trap (not shown). A drainage lid 8 is placed on the upper surface of the drainage pit 7.

The bathroom sterilizer 1 includes a control box 10, a functional unit 11, a spray nozzle 12, and a remote controller 13.

The control box 10 is installed behind the ceiling of the bathroom, and controls a later-described solenoid valve and electrolytic cell in the functional unit 11 according to an instruction from the remote controller 13.

The functional unit 11 is a unit that generates sterilizing water, is built in the bathroom counter 5, and a spray nozzle 12 that sprays sterilizing water is connected to the tip of the functional unit 11.

The remote controller 13 is installed on a wall surface such as a changing room in front of the bathroom, and includes a switch 13a and an LED 13b. When the switch 13a is turned on, the bathroom sterilizer 1 starts operating, and the LED 13b is turned on to indicate that the bathroom sterilizer 1 is operating.

As shown in FIG. 2, a water supply pipe 15 and a hot water supply pipe 16 for supplying water / hot water to a washing faucet (not shown) are provided inside the bathroom counter 5. Among these, the water supply pipe 15 is branched and a tap water introduction pipe 17 for supplying the raw material water to the functional unit 11 is connected.

A stop cock 18 is provided in the middle of the tap water introduction pipe 15, and by closing the stop cock 18, when removing the functional unit 11, it will not interfere with normal use of the bathroom. It has become.

The raw water introduced by the tap water introduction pipe 17 is transformed into sterilized water in the functional unit 11, and is sent to the spray nozzle 12 via the sterilized water outlet pipe 19.

As shown in FIG. 3A, the functional unit 11 includes a solenoid valve 22, a constant flow valve 23, a check valve 24, and a case 20 in order through an inlet 21 connected to the tap water introduction pipe 17. The atmosphere release valve 25 and the electrolytic cell 26 are communicated, and the electrolytic cell 26 is connected to the sterilizing water outlet pipe 19 through the outlet 27.

The functional unit 11 has a waterproof structure in which a case 20 is filled with urethane resin 28 or epoxy resin. Thereby, the waterproofing of the terminal part of an electrical component and the water leakage from a water flow part are prevented.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 3B, in order to minimize the size of the functional unit 11, the axes of the inlet 21 and the outlet 27 are disposed so as to be diagonal to the case 20.

Here, the inflow port 21 and the outflow port 27 are installed so as to be disposed on the front end side of the bathroom counter 5, and the axes of the inflow port 21 and the outflow port 27 are respectively disposed at diagonal positions of the case 20. ing.

And the pipe line 36 connected from the inflow port 21 to the outflow port 27 goes straight from the inflow port 21 to the rear end side of the bathroom counter 5, and the forward path part 37 including the electromagnetic valve 22 and the constant flow valve 23, and the bathroom. It goes straight from the rear end side of the counter 5 to the outlet 27 and communicates the return path portion 38 including the electrolytic cell 26 with the forward path portion 37 and the end of the return path section 38 on the rear end side of the bathroom counter 5. The forward path portion 37 is attached so as to be disposed at a higher position than the return path portion 38, and has a bent portion 39 including the check valve 24 and the atmosphere release valve 25.

When the switch 13 a of the remote controller 13 is pressed, the electromagnetic valve 22 is opened and closed according to an instruction from the control box 10. Then, when the electromagnetic valve 22 is opened, water is passed, and the flow rate is kept constant by the constant flow valve 23. Accordingly, the concentration of the generated sterilizing water is kept constant, and at the same time, the water pressure of the sterilizing water sprayed from the spray nozzle 12 is also kept constant, so that the sterilizing water can be sprayed in a desired range. .

When the water flow state is reached, energization of the electrode 29 of the electrolytic cell 26 is started, and the electrode 29 is electrolyzed to generate silver ions. The water containing silver ions is sent to the spray nozzle 12 as sterilizing water. The sterilized water generated in this way is prevented from flowing back to the water supply pipe 15 by the check valve 24.

The air release valve 25 is closed when energized (solenoid valve is open) to prevent the raw material water from leaking to the outside, and is open and closed during standby (solenoid valve is closed). The downstream side of the valve 24 is replaced with air. This prevents residual water from remaining in the electrolytic cell 26.

The electrode 29 of the electrolytic cell 26 is formed of silver, a silver alloy, or a silver-plated metal, and silver ions are generated when the electrode 29 is electrolyzed. As shown in FIG. 4A, the electrodes 29 are installed in a positional relationship such that the electrodes 29 are horizontal. As a result, even if the electrolytic cell is made thin and compact, as shown in FIG. 4B, it is possible to avoid the electrode from being in a conductive state due to the surface tension of the remaining water during standby.

As shown in FIG. 5, the spray nozzle 12 is roughly composed of a body 30 connected to the sterilizing water outlet pipe 19 and a rotating body 31 pivotally supported at the tip thereof. The rotating body 31 is also divided into an upper member 32 and a lower member 33, and is rotatably attached to the tip of the body 31 by a fixing screw 35 via a washer 34 (see FIG. 7). Since the rotary body 31 is formed so as to be removable and dismountable in this way, the inside thereof and the tip of the body 30 can be cleaned.

As shown in FIG. 6A, the rotating body 31 (lower member 33) is provided with four to eight liquid ejection holes 33a, 33b, 33c, and 33d. Since these liquid ejection holes 33a, 33b, 33c, and 33d are provided with the same distance from the rotation center of the rotating body 31 in the same direction, the liquid jet holes 33a, 33b, 33c, and 33d are rotated by the water flow when the water flows. Can be sprayed evenly.

Among these, the liquid ejection hole 33a opens horizontally as shown in FIG. 6B, but the liquid ejection hole 33b opens at an elevation angle of 4 ° as shown in FIG. 6C. Further, as shown in FIG. 6 (d), the liquid ejection hole 33c opens at an elevation angle of 8 °, and the liquid ejection hole 33d opens at an elevation angle of 12 ° as shown in FIG. 6 (d).

Thereby, it can spread evenly from the dispersal nozzle vicinity of the washing-room floor 3 to the distant place. In addition, the elevation angle of each liquid ejection hole is appropriately determined according to the size of the washing floor to be sprayed.

By the way, as shown in FIG. 7, the tip of the body 30 is formed by a stepped end 30b of the diameter D2 further ahead of the shaft tip 30a formed of the diameter D1. Correspondingly, the upper member 32 is formed with an insertion hole 32a having a diameter D1 'through which the shaft tip 30a can be inserted, and the lower member 33 is inserted with the shaft tip 30a through which the most distal end 30b can be inserted. An insertion hole 33e having an impossible diameter D2 '' is formed.

This prevents the upper member 32 and the lower member 33 from being attached upside down by mistake after disassembling the rotating body 31, so that the liquid ejection holes 33b, 33c, 33d can secure an elevation angle and are always upward. Open to the direction.

The bathroom sterilization system according to the present embodiment is configured as described above, and the sterilized water spray state will be described below. FIG. 8 is a plan view showing a sprayed state of sterilizing water, and FIG. 9 is an elevation view.

The area G shown in FIG. 8 is an area where sterilizing water is mainly sprayed from the liquid ejection holes 33a having an elevation angle of 0 °, and the area H is mainly sterilizing from the liquid ejection holes 33b having an elevation angle of 4 °. The areas where water is sprayed, similarly the areas I and J, are areas where sterilized water is mainly sprayed from the liquid ejection holes 33c and 33d having elevation angles of 8 ° and 12 °, respectively. In this manner, the difference-caused water can be dispersed over a wide range by making the elevation angles of the liquid ejection ports 33a, 33b, 33c, and 33d different.

On the other hand, the sterilizing water is not sprayed directly on the area F shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 9, the area is washed with water bounced back against the wall on the back side from the spray nozzle 12, and sterilized water that bounces down and flows down along the gradient of the washing floor 3.

In this respect, the spray nozzle 12 is installed on the water in the vicinity of the wall surface 4 facing the bathtub 2 and the washing floor 3, i.e., at a position diagonal to the drain pit 7. There is no area that does not turn around.

Thus, according to the bathroom sterilization system concerning this embodiment, it can sprinkle against the flow of sterilization water sprinkled on washing ground floor 3, and can wash washing ground floor 3 efficiently.

Moreover, since the spray nozzle 12 is installed in the lower part of the bathroom counter 5, the lower part of the bathroom counter 5 is shaded so that the sterilizing water does not rotate.

On the other hand, since the elevation angle of the liquid outlet 33d can be kept below a certain level, it is not economically spread over a wide area and is economical, and as shown in FIG. Since the height of the rim 2a is not exceeded, sterilizing water is not applied to the bath lid.

Further, the sterilizing water that has flowed on the washing floor is difficult to flow at the end of the drainage pit 7 on the side of the bath apron 6, particularly near the center thereof. However, since the sterilizing water is also sprayed toward the bath apron 6, as shown in FIG. 10, the gap formed between the drain lid 8 on the drain pit 7 and the bath apron 6 hits the bath apron 6 and flows down. Washed with sterilized water. Thus, it is possible to clean an area that cannot be covered only with the sterilizing water flowing down the washing floor 3.

The embodiments described above are for illustrative purposes and do not limit the scope of the invention.
