Description

The present invention relates to a packing material for a coiled wire that prevents the occurrence of wrinkles on a coiled wire obtained by winding a wire in a coil shape.

A wire manufactured through a rolling process or the like is stored in a warehouse in a state of being wound and bound into a predetermined coil shape (hereinafter referred to as a coiled wire), and is carried out as necessary. When storing this coiled wire, from the viewpoint of effective use of storage space, etc., in a state where the hollow portion of the coiled wire is opened in the left-right direction, the coiled wire is stored so as to be stacked. A rod-like arm portion provided in the carry-out device is inserted into the hollow portion of the coiled wire rod and lifted to move.

In such a coil-shaped wire, the end surface and the peripheral surface of the coil-shaped wire are scratched due to contact between the stacked coil-shaped wires, the contact of the carry-out device, and the like, leading to a reduction in commercial value. Therefore, when stacking the coiled wire rods, covering the upper surface side of the coiled wire rods (that is, the portion where the stacked coiled wire rods contact) with linen or the like, preventing the coiled wire rods from contacting each other directly, Cardboard or the like is affixed to the end face of the coiled wire to prevent it from being damaged when the arm portion of the carry-out device comes into contact.

However, simply covering the coiled wire with cloth, etc. or sticking cardboard on the end face will cause damage to the coiled wire if the coiled wire moves, etc., or the fabric is displaced or the cardboard peels off. Can not be prevented. Moreover, since the peripheral surface and end surface of the coiled wire are protected by separate members, the workability is inferior, and it takes time to protect the coiled wire. In addition, since the coiled wire is simply covered with cloth or thick paper on the end face, it may be scattered by wind or the like, and the coiled wire is actually not protected when the coiled wire is transported. is there.

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the packing material of the coil-shaped wire which can protect a coil-shaped wire by simple operation | work.

In order to overcome the above-mentioned problems and achieve the intended purpose, the packaging material of the coiled wire according to the present invention,
It is a packaging material for protecting a coiled wire obtained by winding a wire in a coil shape,
A cloth-like base material that is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the coiled wire and the ends overlap when wound,
A hook-and-loop fastener that is provided at the overlapping end portion of the cloth-like base material and detachably joins both end portions;
A bag-like portion provided along both edges located on the end face side of the coil-shaped wire in the cloth-like base material, extending outward from the end face, and having an opening at a required position;
A string-like member that is inserted into the bag-like part and both ends are fixed to the cloth-like base material, and an intermediate part extends to the outside of the bag-like part through the opening,
A fastener attached to an intermediate portion of the string-like member extending to the outside through the opening of the bag-like part and capable of holding the string-like member pulled out from the bag-like part at an arbitrary position; Is the gist.

In this way, the outer peripheral surface of the coiled wire can be protected by winding the cloth-shaped substrate around the coiled wire and joining the surface fasteners provided at the overlapping ends. Further, since the bag-like portion extends outward from the end face of the coil-shaped wire, the bag-like portion is squeezed by pulling out the middle portion of the string-like member extending from the opening of the bag-like portion, and the coil The end face of the wire rod is covered and protected. At this time, since the string-like member pulled out from the bag-like part can be held by the fastener, the string-like member is not loosened, and the end face of the coiled wire can be reliably protected by the bag-like part.

According to the packaging material of the coiled wire according to the present invention, the outer peripheral surface and the end surface of the coiled wire can be easily protected by simply winding the cloth-like base material around the coiled wire and pulling the string-like member out of the bag-like portion. Can do.

Next, a preferred embodiment of the coiled wire packing material according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a coiled wire 50 packed by the packing material 10 according to the embodiment, winding the wire manufactured through a predetermined rolling process, bundling it into a coil, and binding it with a binding tool Shows the state. The packing material 10 can be wound around the coiled wire 50 by inserting an arm portion of a conveying device (not shown) into the hollow portion of the coiled wire 50 and lifting the coiled wire 50. It should be noted that an identification mark 56 describing information on the wire (such as the steel type and the diameter of the wire) is attached to a predetermined position (upper part) of the coiled wire 50.

And the packaging material 10 which concerns on the Example which protects this coil-shaped wire 50 is shown in FIG. 1, from the nonwoven fabric, hemp, etc. which were formed in the strip | belt shape which can be wound around the outer peripheral surface 52 of the said coil-shaped wire 50. The cloth-like base material 12 is formed as a base. The packing material 10 is provided on the outer peripheral surface protection part 14 covering the outer peripheral surface 52 of the coiled wire 50 and on both edges of the outer peripheral surface protection part 14 to protect both end surfaces 54 and 54 of the coiled wire 50. The end surface protection parts 16 and 16 are configured. Here, the outer peripheral surface protecting portion 14 of the cloth-like base material 12 is set so that one side is longer than the length of the outer circumference of the coiled wire 50 and the other side is in the axial direction of the coiled wire 50. The length is set to be equal to or greater than the length, and when the cloth-like substrate 12 is wound around the coil-like wire 50, the entire outer peripheral surface 52 of the coil-like wire 50 is covered with the cloth-like substrate with the edge portions overlapping. 12 outer peripheral surface protection parts 14 are configured to be covered.

Then, in the cloth-like base material 12, the first end 18 (hereinafter referred to as the first overlapping end) that overlaps when wound around the coiled wire 50 is covered with the first overlapping end 18 over the entire length. The surface fastener 20 is attached, and the second surface fastener 24 that is paired with the first surface fastener 20 is attached to the back surface of the other overlapping end portion 22 (hereinafter referred to as the second overlapping end portion), By superposing the first hook-and-loop fastener 20 and the second hook-and-loop fastener 24, both the overlapping end portions 18 and 22 are detachably joined. Here, the second hook-and-loop fastener 24 extends at a predetermined length toward the first overlapping end 18 at a plurality of positions (three in the embodiment) spaced apart in the width direction of the second overlapping end 22. It exists so that it may exist, and it can respond to the change of the outer periphery dimension of the coil-shaped wire 50. FIG. In the packing material 10 according to the embodiment, the second hook-and-loop fastener 24 is provided corresponding to each of the outer peripheral surface protection portion 14 and the end surface protection portion 16 in the cloth-like base material 12, and the coil-shaped wire 50. During the packaging, the cloth-like base material 12 is prevented from being twisted.

Further, the cloth-like base material 12 has a window portion 26 at a position corresponding to the identification mark 56 attached to the coil-like wire rod 50, and the coil-like wire rod 50 is covered with the packing material 10. However, the information regarding the coiled wire 50 can be distinguished from the outside. In addition, a reference line 28 extending in the axial direction of the coiled wire 50 is drawn at a position corresponding to the window portion 26 in the cloth-like base material 12 (outer peripheral surface protection portion 14). When the coiled wire 50 is stacked with the upper side positioned on the upper side, the cloth-like base material 12 (outer peripheral surface protection portion 14) is in contact with the upper coiled wire 50 (packing material 10) at the portion that is in contact with the reinforcing cloth. 30 is attached. In other words, there is a triple structure in which two cloth-like base materials 12 and one reinforcing cloth 30 are present between the coiled wire rods 50 stacked, and the coiled wire rods 50 are rubbed against each other. For example, the cloth-like base material 12 itself is not damaged (see FIG. 4).

Both edge portions located on the end face 54 side of the coil-shaped wire rod 50 in the cloth-like base material 12 are folded over the entire length of the outer edge portion to form a bag-like portion 32 having a hollow bag shape. The part 32 functions as the end face protection part 16. The bag-like portion 32 is sealed on the first and second overlapping end portions 18 and 22 side, and an opening 32 a that opens to the outside is opened at a substantially intermediate position in the longitudinal direction of the bag-like portion 32. ing. Further, a string-like member 34 that is longer than the length in the longitudinal direction of the bag-like part 32 is inserted into the bag-like part 32, and an intermediate portion of the string-like member 34 is inserted through the opening 32a. While being pulled out of the bag-like portion 32, both ends of the string-like member 34 are fixed to the cloth-like base material 12 at the sealing position of the bag-like portion 32. Here, the string-like member 34 refers to a long and thin member that can be deformed, and includes a combination of cloth, leather, fiber, wire, and the like.

The string-like member 34 drawn out from the opening 32 a of the bag-like part 32 can hold the string-like member 34 drawn out from the bag-like part 32 at an arbitrary position, and the string-like member inserted through the bag-like part 32. A fastener 38 is attached which can adjust the length of the member 34. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the fastener 38 has two insertion holes 40, 40 formed in a block-like member made of synthetic resin or the like, and the two insertion holes 40, 40 are formed in the two insertion holes 40, 40. On the other hand, the string-like member 34 is inserted in an annular shape, and the length of the string-like member 34 inserted into the bag-like portion 32 is shortened by increasing the annular portion 36 of the string-like member 34, on the contrary. Further, the length of the string-like member 34 inserted into the bag-like portion 32 is increased by making the annular portion 36 smaller. Here, the fastener 38 can keep the positional relationship between the fastener 38 and the string-like member 34 constant by friction with the string-like member 34 inserted through the insertion holes 40, 40.

(Effects of Example)
Next, the operation of the packing material 10 of the coiled wire 50 according to the embodiment configured as described above will be described. In a state where the coiled wire 50 wound in a coil shape is suspended from the arm portion of the carry-out device, the packing material 10 is wound around the outer peripheral surface 52 of the coiled wire 50 with the reference line 28 facing upward. At this time, the first hook-and-loop fastener 20 and the second hook-and-loop fastener 24 are detachably joined only by overlapping the overlapping first and second overlapping end portions 18 and 22 in the packing material 10. The packing material 10 can be easily attached to 50. After the packing material 10 is wound, the annular portion 36 of the string-like member 34 inserted through each of the bag-like portions 32, 32 extending outward from the end face 54 of the coiled wire 50 is attached to the fastener 38. By pulling in a state of holding, the bag-like portion 32 is squeezed to cover the end face 54 of the coiled wire 50.

As described above, the packing material 10 according to the embodiment can be applied to the entire outer peripheral surface 52 and the end surface 54 of the coiled wire 50 by simply winding the coiled wire 34 around the outer peripheral surface 52 of the coiled wire 50 and pulling the string-like member 34. Easy to coat. Further, by covering the coiled wire 50 with the packing material 10, the packing material 10 is not dropped from the coiled wire 50 when the coiled wire 50 is moved, and can be reliably protected. Further, since the string-like member 34 drawn out from the bag-like portion 32 is held by the fastener 38, the string-like member 34 does not loosen during storage and transportation of the coil-like wire 50, and the end face 54 of the coil-like wire 50 is shown. Is securely protected by the bag-like portion 32.

Moreover, in the state which piled the coil-shaped wire 50, it has comprised so that the upper coil-shaped wire 50 may contact the reinforcement cloth 30 provided in the packing material 10 (cloth-shaped base material 12), The weight of the coil-shaped wire 50 It is possible to prevent the cloth-like base material 12 from being damaged due to the above, and to always protect the coiled wire 50 reliably. Furthermore, since the identification mark 56 of the coiled wire 50 is exposed to the outside through the window portion 26 opened on the cloth-like base material 12 of the packing material 10, the coiled wire 50 is covered with the packing material 10. Moreover, the information regarding the coil-shaped wire 50 can be discriminate | determined from the exterior, and mistakes, such as a mistake of the coil-shaped wire 50, can be prevented.

On the other hand, the fastener 38 is operated so as to reduce the annular portion 36 of the string-like member 34 to release the restriction of the end face 54 of the coiled wire 50, and the first and second overlapping ends of the cloth-like substrate 12. The packing material 10 can be removed from the coiled wire 50 simply by pulling the portions 18 and 22 apart and forcibly removing the first hook-and-loop fastener 20 and the second hook-and-loop fastener 24. That is, when removing the packing material 10 from the coiled wire 50, it can be performed with a simple operation. Further, since the packing material 10 is only fixed by joining the first hook-and-loop fastener 20 and the second hook-and-loop fastener 24, the packing material 10 removed from the coil-shaped wire 50 is used as it is as another coil-shaped wire. It can be used as 50 packing materials 10, and there is an advantage that it can contribute to reduction of waste and cost reduction.
