Abstract
Description
The present invention connects a wheelchair mounting device to a roller in a roller guide provided on both sides of an existing staircase or a temporary staircase, climbs up by pulling up with a wire, and climbs up and down on a wheelchair mounted by extending the wire. Relates to the device.
When this wheelchair staircase lifter is not used, pivoting and folding the board can prevent the normal person from going up and down, and it is installed on existing stairs in ordinary households. Minimized access space, reasonable power consumption, low power consumption, safe operation, greatly reduced labor for wheelchair users and caregivers, and the board and guards are folded when not in use There is an effect that the passage of the person is secured.
However, since this skew mechanism is installed on the side wall on one side of the existing staircase, it is necessary to increase the side wall strength, and the greatest drawback cannot be applied to a place without the side wall. Alternatively, for example, a ladder-like staircase unit cannot be temporarily moved between a small ship and the land, and a wheelchair cannot be climbed up and down. The technical problem of the present invention pays attention to such a problem, and can be used even in a place without a side wall. Moreover, a ladder-like staircase unit is temporarily provided so that both a normal person and a wheelchair can climb up and down. The purpose is to realize a wheelchair-mounted climbing device.
The technical problem of the present invention is solved by the following means.
The above-mentioned mounting device is almost horizontal and can be mounted by pushing a wheelchair onto it,
The roller guide has a structure installed on both sides with respect to the stairs. The roller can also be referred to as a wheel.
Thus, since it is a structure which pulls up the mounting device of a wheelchair with a wire, it becomes a simple and cheap structure compared with a gear type or a chain type, and can be expected to spread. Moreover, since the mounting device is supported from both sides by the roller guides installed on both sides of the stairs, it is stable and safe.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the carrier mounted in the inclined state mounted on the rollers in the roller guides provided on both sides of the stairs is moved in a roller guide provided in a position higher than the stairs or the structure in which the mounting device is provided almost horizontally. It is the structure which suspends the said mounting device on a roller.
In this way, a configuration in which the mounting device is provided almost horizontally on the inclined carrier mounted on the upper side of the roller in the roller guide provided on both sides of the stairs is possible, or provided at a position higher than the stairs. A structure in which the mounting device is suspended from a roller moving in the roller guide is also possible, and a suitable structure can be adopted according to the situation on the site.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the operation lever for stopping the vehicle provided on the lower side of the roller is mounted on the upper side of the roller holder, and a tension coil spring is interposed between the mounting post of the roller holder and the operation lever. The operation lever is pulled by the wire.
In this way, the operation lever for stopping the car provided on the lower side of the roller is attached to the upper side of the roller holder, and a tension coil spring is interposed between the mounting post of the roller holder and the operation lever. Since the operation lever is pulled with the wire, if the wire breaks, the pulling coil spring causes the lower wheel stop of the roller to bite into the wedge from below the roller, preventing the roller from descending. Therefore, it acts as an emergency brake, ensuring safety.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, a hook-shaped locking means is disposed at a predetermined interval on the uppermost floor or deck of the stairs, and the roller guide is lifted almost horizontally with the locking means near the stairs as a fulcrum. The shaft to be captured provided at the upper end of the roller guide is fitted into the other locking means and captured.
In this way, on the top floor or deck of the staircase, the hook-shaped locking means is arranged at a predetermined interval, and the roller guide is lifted almost horizontally with the locking means near the staircase as a fulcrum, The shaft to be captured provided at the upper end of the roller guide is fitted into the other locking means and captured, so that the roller guide can be mounted on the floor or deck together with the stairs. As a result, it can be moved as it is.
Since the roller guide is always supported with the locking means near the stairs as a fulcrum, the roller guide can follow freely with the locking means near the stairs as a fulcrum even if the boat sways or moves up and down. There is no obstacle to climbing or using stairs.
In this way, a plurality of fastening holes having different heights are formed in the angle adjustment plate connected to the vertical side of the L-shaped member attached to the hanging screw rod connected to the roller by fastening means such as a horizontal bolt. Therefore, if a fastening hole having a desired height is selected, and a connecting bolt is inserted and connected, the mounting device can always be maintained in a horizontal state even if the inclination angle of the roller guide varies due to tides.
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, the wire winding means comprises a manual, stepping, or motor (hydraulic / pneumatic / electric) drive drum, and is attached to an upper end of the roller guide or a mounting device.
Thus, the wire winding means is a manual, stepping, or motor (hydraulic / pneumatic / electric) driving drum, so that a desired wire winding driving means can be selected. Moreover, it can be installed at the upper end of the roller guide or attached to the mounting device itself, and can be operated by the wheelchair user himself.
Since the wheelchair mounting device is pulled up with a wire as in
A configuration in which the mounting device is provided substantially horizontally on a carrier in an inclined state mounted on the upper side of a roller in a roller guide provided on both sides of the staircase as in
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the operation lever for stopping the vehicle provided on the lower side of the roller is attached to the upper side of the roller holder, and a tension coil spring is interposed between the support post of the roller holder and the operation lever. In addition, since the operation lever is pulled with the wire, if the wire breaks, the pulling coil spring causes the lower wheel stop of the roller to bite into the wedge under the roller from the hill side. In order to prevent the descent, it acts as an emergency brake, ensuring safety.
As in
Since the roller guide is always supported with the locking means near the stairs as a fulcrum, the roller guide can follow freely with the locking means near the stairs as a fulcrum even if the boat sways or moves up and down. There is no obstacle to climbing or using stairs.
6. A plurality of fastening holes having different heights on an angle adjusting plate connected by a fastening means such as a horizontal bolt to a vertical side of an L-shaped member attached to a hanging screw rod connected to a roller as in
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the wire winding means is a manual, stepping, or motor (hydraulic, pneumatic or electric) driven drum, so that a desired wire winding driving means can be selected. Moreover, it can be installed at the upper end of the roller guide or attached to the mounting device itself, and can be operated by the wheelchair user himself.
Next, an embodiment of how the wheelchair-mounted climbing device according to the present invention is actually embodied will be described. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the whole wheelchair mounted climbing device according to the present invention, in which rollers are built in
2 is a side view of the wheelchair-mounted climbing device of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a plan view. The cross-sectional shape of the left and right roller guides 1, 1 ′ of the staircase S is a shape in which only the center of the upper side of the square pipe is cut out and the
Details of the mounting
And the upper part of
Horizontal pulleys P1 and P2 are attached to the positions of the left and
Finally, as shown by the chain line in FIG. 2, the
In this way, when the mounting
2 and 3 show an example in which the wheelchair-mounted climbing device of the present invention is climbed to a deck such as a pleasure boat or a leisure boat. A pair of upper and lower horizontal shafts a1, a1 ', a2, a2' are fixed outwardly in a direction perpendicular to the roller guides 1, 1 '.
An L-shaped receiving
Now, if the horizontal axis a2, a2 ′ on the hill side is inserted into the L-shaped receiving
If it becomes unnecessary after getting on and off the boat, the wheelchair mounted climbing device may be lowered to the land side such as sandy beach, but the entire wheelchair mounted climbing device is mounted on the boat deck d You can also That is, when the hill side of the roller guides 1 and 1 ′ is lifted, the horizontal axes a1 and a1 ′ at the uppermost end are inserted into the L-shaped receiving
FIG. 7 is an enlarged side view of the receiving hook f1 of FIG. 2 in a hook operation state, and FIG. 8 is a plan view thereof. The main part of the fan-shaped
The outer diameter of the fan-shaped
In this way, the ship or the like can run with the roller guides 1 and 1 'mounted horizontally, but the
When the fan-shaped
9 and below are the types in which the mounting
In the case of the suspension type, the emergency brake device for emergency stop when the wire in the roller guides 1 and 1 ′ is cut is shown in FIG. 13, and the
As shown in FIG. 11, four L-shaped
As shown in FIGS. 9 to 12,

As shown in FIG. 9, when the roller guides 1 and 1 'are passed from a sand beach or the like on the deck d of the boat, the
As a means for winding the wire as described above, a structure in which the wire W is wound around a manual, stepping, or various motor (hydraulic, pneumatic, or electric) driven drum is suitable.
As described above, since the wheelchair mounting device is pulled up with a wire, the structure is simpler and less expensive than the gear type or chain type, and can be expected to spread. Moreover, since the mounting device is supported from both the left and right sides by roller guides such as square pipes installed on both sides of the stairs, it is highly stable and safe. Accordingly, a versatile wheelchair-mounted climbing device can be realized that can be used in places without side walls, and that a ladder-like staircase unit can be temporarily provided to allow a healthy person and a wheelchair to climb up and down.
In addition, it is possible to have a configuration in which the mounting device is provided almost horizontally on the inclined carrier mounted on the upper side of the roller in the roller guide provided on both sides of the stairs, or in the roller guide provided at a position higher than the stairs. A structure in which the mounting device is suspended from the moving roller is also possible, and a suitable structure can be adopted according to the situation at the site.
