Numeral 14 denotes a horseshoe carriage according to the present invention, which comprises a horizontal carrier 15 on which a small wheelchair is mounted, and two arms 16 protruding at an inclination of 40 degrees. Numeral 17 is a vertical protection pillar fixed to the four corners of the horizontal loading platform, on which a 90-degree upward rotation can be fixed and which can be easily fixed in the horizontal direction. A horizontal protection column 18 for preventing the vehicle from falling off the carrier is mounted. 19 is an electric winch fixed to the upper floor, 20 is an elevating rope wound on the drum of the winch, and the upper end of the elevating rope is connected to the end of the drum by a knot 1
Connect with 3. The lower end is fixed to the hook 21 of the trolley. Reference numeral 22 denotes a connecting ring fixed to the upper floor, and reference numeral 23 denotes a securing rope for safety in the event that the hoisting rope is cut or the trolley breaks down. In this embodiment, a 4.3 mm polyamide fiber (trade name: Kevlar, tensile strength slightly more than 1000 kg) The upper end of this rope is connected to the connecting ring 22 and the lower end is connected to the hook 24 fixed to the lower floor 4. Reference numeral 25 denotes a rope fastener described below that engages with the securing rope, and reference numeral 26 denotes an automatic descent device described below that engages with the securing rope and is attached to the U-shaped carriage. 27 is a rope protector installed on the upper floor for storing the lifting rope and the securing rope. Even if a small wheelchair passes over these ropes, it will not damage the ropes. Reference numeral 28 denotes a support rope, which is connected to the tip 29 of the end-shaped carriage and the hook fixed to the end 30 and connected to the grip 9 of the armrest near the center.
Reference numeral 32 denotes a winch operation box described later for a caregiver or a handicapped person to rotate the winch forward / reverse and stop, 33 denotes an upper operation box support rod fixed to the upper floor, and 34 denotes a lower operation box support rod fixed to the lower floor. The operation box is mounted on any of the support bars or on the armrest 10, as described below. 35 is an electric cord, and the electric cord moves with the movement of the operation box.
In addition, near the upper and lower ends of the grooved rail, an upper limit switch and a lower limit switch for turning off a winch when the U-shaped carriage reaches near the upper or lower end of the grooved rail are mounted, A work piece that acts on the limit switch is mounted on the square carriage. Since these are all publicly known, they are omitted in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 and shown in FIG. Next, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 will be mainly described. Horizontal carrier 1
5 is composed of a pedestal frame 36 combined with a square pipe, and a surface plate 37 fixed thereon. An automatic lowering device 26 is mounted on the back surface of the front plate by a bolt 38 so as to be swingable with respect to the front plate, and a small pulley 39 is mounted thereon. The securing rope 23 is slightly bent by a small pulley 39 and is connected to a hook 24 fixed to the lower floor. Reference numeral 42 denotes a small pulley provided in a missing portion near the center of the two arms 16 of the pedestal frame 36, whereby the securing rope is slightly bent. An upper wheel 43 and a lower wheel 44 are mounted on the two arms 16, respectively. These wheels are located in the grooves of the channel rail and can rotate in contact with the inner surface of the channel rail. Numeral 47 denotes a notch at the end of the groove-shaped rail, so that the dog carriage can be mounted on the groove-shaped rail.
45 is a partition plate fixed to the upper part of the grooved rail, 46 is a partition cloth connected to the upper and lower operation box support rods, and the lower part is located between the grooved rail and the side wall. The partition plate and partition cloth serve to hold the lifting rope, the securing rope and the electric cord to the side of the stairs because the lifting rope, the securing rope and the electric cord hinder the healthy person from going up and down the stairs when the apparatus is not used. The arm 16
In FIG. 1, it protrudes obliquely upward, but it may be obliquely downward or obliquely upward and obliquely downward from the center. Next, FIGS.
The configuration of the automatic descent device will be described based on the above. 51 is a housing, 52 is an intermediate support plate, 23 is a securing rope, 53
Is a rotating wheel, 54 is a rotating shaft, 55 is a brake shoe, 56
Is a shoe support rod, 57 is a lining, 58 is a brake drum, 59 is a small gear, 60 is a large gear, 61 is a cam shaft, 6
2 is a cam, 65 is a first bending axis, 66 is a second bending axis, 67
Is a connecting rod. In FIG. 4, when one of the securing ropes is free and the other is to be pulled in the direction of 69 or 71, it can be easily pulled out. When the connecting rod 67 is fixed and the connecting rod 67 is suddenly pulled in the direction of 69, the rotation of the rotating wheel 53 and the rotating shaft 54 increases, and the semicircular brake shoe 55 shown in FIGS. , The force of the lining 57 pressing the brake drum 58 increases due to the centrifugal force, the moment acting on the small gear 59 increases, and the moment acting on the cam also increases.
The force that the cam pushes the securing rope increases. Therefore, as the load increases, the descending speed increases and the braking force applied to the securing rope increases. At this time, the automatic securing device 26 changes its direction around the bolt 38, and the securing rope is in the direction from 69 to 72. The load drops at a safe rate. (This device is an invention of the present applicant, and has been certified as a specific evacuation device, release device, No. 003 by the Japan Fire Service Inspection Association on February 2, 1989, and is marketed as High Saver II-15. Diameter 8
cm, thickness 5.5 cm, and weight 550 g). Next, the rope fastener 25 will be described with reference to FIG. Reference numeral 75 denotes a main body having a connection hole 70 and a vertical elongated groove 73 at the center, 76 denotes a swing center axis which is vertically fixed to the main body and has a head 77, and 78 denotes a swing piece through which the swing center axis penetrates. It is. A gap 79 slightly larger than the diameter of the securing rope 23 is provided between the rocking piece and the head.
There is. When the main body, the securing rope, and the connecting rope 31 having one end fixed by the connecting ring 22 are engaged as shown in FIG. 7, the securing rope can be easily pulled out in the direction of 80 but cannot be pulled out in the direction of 81. Further, the main body and the securing rope can be engaged with each other without using the end of the securing rope by the gap 79. If the securing rope is tensioned, lift the point 82 with your finger and the securing rope can be easily removed from the main body because the securing rope does not become large tension when the U-shaped carriage is attached to the lower floor . The securing rope does not slack when the trolley is raised or lowered. Also, since this automatic descent device has a buffering effect, it operates normally even if there is looseness, but the securing rope should not interfere with the passage of healthy people when not using this device as described later. When the device is greatly loosened, the securing rope is pulled in the direction of 80 when using the present apparatus to eliminate the slack.
Next, FIG. 8 is an electric wiring diagram. 85 is an electric winch 19
100 volt power supply for rotating the motor, 86 is a known motor having a built-in electromagnetic brake 87 that can rotate forward and reverse, 8
Reference numeral 8 denotes a winding of a stator coil of the motor, which can be switched between normal rotation and reverse rotation by using a condenser 89. 91 is a power on / off switch, 92 is a push button type switch, and the circuit is closed by pressing it with a finger to open it when the finger is released. 93 is a changeover switch. If the lever is in the state of FIG. Move the lever down to lower. 94 is an upper limit switch, and 95 is a lower limit switch, which is mounted on the groove type rail. Reference numeral 96 denotes an operating piece for operating the limit switch, which is mounted on the valley carriage 14. FIG. 8 shows that the trolley 14 reaches the lower end of the grooved rail 2 and the lower limit switch 95.
, The winch is stopped, and the dog carriage is stopped at the lower floor. The limit switch 95 closes immediately when the squirrel truck moves upward. Next, the situation in which the caregiver operates this device to drop the disabled person in the small wheelchair from the stairs, go out, and then climbs the stairs to move to the bed. Place the plain and square carriage on the lower floor and place the operation box on the upper operation box support bar. When the changeover switch is set to the down position, the push button switch is pressed,
Loosen about 0 cm, and loosen the securing rope with a rope fastener, and transfer these ropes between the partition plate and the partition cloth. The electric cord is inserted between the partition cloth and the side wall of the stairs.
Since the partition cloth is high, the electric cord does not jump out of the partition cloth due to the vertical movement of the operation box on the trolley. Therefore, a healthy person can walk on the stairs as usual. Prior to the helper dropping the disabled person off the stairs, the lifting and securing ropes are moved to the center of the width of the stairs to eliminate slack in those ropes. Next, flip the changeover switch 93 upward,
Press the push button switch. Release the finger from the push button switch because the lower limit switch is turned on when the trolley starts to rise. The camouflage truck continues to rise, and when the faceplate of the camouflage cart reaches the height of the upper floor, the camouflage cart stops at the upper limit switch. The assistant moves the disabled person from the bed to the small wheelchair, further to the upper floor, and holds the small armchair to put the small wheelchair on a horseshoe. Move the operating box from the upper operating box support bar to the armchair of the small wheelchair. The small wheelchair is secured by the supporting rope 28 and the horizontal protection pillar is operated to prevent the vehicle from falling off from the emergency vehicle. When lowering the trolley, the caregiver walks behind the trolley. Reaching the lower floor, the trolley stops. Move the operation box from the small wheelchair to the lower operation box support bar,
The caregiver pushes the push rod 8 of the small wheelchair to go out. When going out for a long time, move the lifting rope and the securing rope between the partition plate and the partition cloth. After returning from home, put the small wheelchair on the U-shaped carriage, move the operation box to the armrest, raise the U-shaped carriage, move the small wheelchair to the upper floor, and transfer the disabled person to the bed. Return to the upper floor, lower the trolley under the stairs, and move the lifting rope and the securing rope between the partition plate and the partition cloth. This is because a healthy person cannot use the stairs when the trolley is at or above the stairs. Should the hoisting rope be cut, the automatic lowering device 26 and the securing rope 23 will cause the inverted car to slowly descend and reach the lower floor. Also, in the unlikely event that the electric winch does not descend due to the failure of the electric winch,
The caregiver removes the knot 13 attached to the winch 19. The crawler trolley descends slowly. In the case where the stairs are not straight, but change the direction by 90 degrees in the middle, an inverted car is installed for the upper half and the lower half of the stairs, respectively. One lifting winch is installed at the top, and the lifting rope is turned by pulleys at the point where the stairs turn 90 degrees.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS 1 is a staircase (narrow for home use with a width of about 70 cm), 2 is a grooved rail of about 5 cm width fixed to both sides of the stairs, 3 is a lower floor of the stairs, 4 is an upper floor, and 5 is a floor. A wheelchair, 6 is a pedestal on which the wheelchair is mounted, 7 is two arms protruding from both sides of the pedestal, and upper and lower wheels 8 and 9 are fixed to the arms, respectively, and the wheels contact the grooved rail 2.
These carriages 10 are configured (the carriages reciprocate up and down stairs, but FIG. 1 is located on the upper floor).
The square carriage is raised and lowered by a lifting rope 12 of a winch 11 fixed to the upper floor. This winch is a set of two 13s in FIG. 2 having the ability to raise and lower a wheelchair on which a person rides in preparation for a failure or the like. 13 is a reversible AC motor having an electromagnetic brake, which rotates in the opposite direction to each other. The ends of the two lifting ropes 12 are connected to one connecting ring 14, respectively. Reference numeral 15 denotes a drum for winding up and down a rope, which is rotated by the AC motor 13. Numeral 16 denotes a hook fixed to the carriage, and numeral 17 denotes a connecting rope connecting the connecting ring and the hook. The rope has a knot for removing the rope. Reference numeral 18 denotes an automatic lowering device, to which a braking rope 19 is engaged and penetrates. The upper end of the brake rope is connected to the connecting wheel, and the rear portion has a length of a staircase, and is wound around a small drum 20 and stored on the back side of the base 6. In the case of a power outage or the like, if the assistant goes down the stairs and releases the knot, the braking rope slides between the automatic descent gears, and the trolley descends slowly. The rotation of the winch 11 can be raised, lowered and stopped by the operation box 21. Next, the configuration of the automatic lowering device 18 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3, 4, and 5. FIG. 24 is a housing, 2
5 is an intermediate support plate, 26 is a rotating wheel, 27 is a rotating shaft, 28 is a brake shoe, 29 is a shoe supporting shaft, 31 is a lining, 32 is a brake drum, 33 is a small gear, 34 is a large gear, and 35 is a cam shaft. , 36 are cams, 37 is the first bending axis, 3
8 is a second bending axis, and 39 is a connecting axis. In FIG. 3, one of the braking ropes 19 is free and the other is 41 or 42.
When pulling in the direction of, it can be easily pulled out. When the connecting shaft 39 is fixed and the connecting shaft 39 is suddenly pulled in the direction of 41 from this state, the rotation of the rotating wheel 26 increases, and the semicircular brake shoe 28 in FIGS. Therefore, the force of the lining 31 pressing the brake drum 32 increases due to the centrifugal force, the moment acting on the small gear 33 increases, the moment applied to the cam also increases, and the force of the cam pressing the brake rope increases. Therefore, as the load increases, the descending speed increases and the braking force applied to the braking rope increases. At this time, the automatic securing tool 18 changes its direction around the connecting shaft 39, and the braking rope is changed from 41 to 42.
Direction. The load drops at a constant speed. (The automatic descent device 18 was an invention of the present applicant, and on February 2, 1989, the Japanese Fire Defense Certification Association specified a specific evacuation device, a slow-release device supervision No. 003
And marketed as High Saver II-15. Diameter 8cm, thickness 5.5cm, weight 550
g. The braking rope is 4.3mm, polyamide fiber,
Kevlar (trade name, strength is a little over 1000 kg). Next, an electric distribution diagram will be described with reference to FIG. Reference numeral 44 denotes a power supply of AC 100 volt for rotating the winch 11, reference numeral 45 denotes an electromagnetic brake coil, and reference numeral 46 denotes a winding of a stator coil of an electric motor. 48
Is a power on / off switch, 49 is a push button switch, and the circuit is closed if pressed with a finger. If the finger is removed, 51 is a changeover switch. If the lever is in the state shown in FIG.
Move the lever down to lower. 52 is an upper limit switch and 53 is a lower limit switch.
Attached to. Reference numeral 54 denotes an operating piece for operating the limit switch, which is mounted on the buckle 10. When the switch 48 is closed and the switch 49 is open, if the actuating piece 54 contacts and presses the upper or lower limit switch, the circuit will open and the trolley will be closed due to the water magnet in the motor. Stop when you are in the middle of the stairs. Switch 49 for starting
Press for a short time. The operating box 21 is moved to the upper column 22 when the skewer is located on the upper floor, to the lower column 23 when it is located on the lower floor, and to the wheelchair when it is located between them. The U-shaped carriage is automatically stopped at the upper floor and the lower floor by limit switches provided above and below the grooved rail. When the device is not in use, the wheelchair is upstairs or out of the office, at which time the trolley is located on the lower floor and the family can use the stairs. Numerals 55 and 56 are rope storage plates when the apparatus is not used.
2 and an electric cord (not shown) are included here so that they do not disturb the use of the stairs by the family. Next, I will write about going out of disabled people on the second floor. The helper moves the disabled person from the bed to the wheelchair, moves to the upper floor, grips the grip portion 58 of the armrest 57 of the wheelchair, puts the wheelchair on the horseshoe, moves the operation box to the wheelchair, operates the switch, and operates the switch. Lower the trolley down. The caregiver walks behind. Move the operation box from the wheelchair to the lower pillar and move the wheelchair away from the trolley and go out. This device is for home use only because the stairs cannot be used during this time (within 1 minute) when the scribing vehicle is moving up or down.
