(2)新規母屋の上側に取り付ける新規屋根を、ルーフデッキ、あるいは、瓦棒又はキーストンプレートからなる新規屋根とすることにより、新たに建屋の頂部に設ける新規屋根の軽量化を図ることができる。これにより、建屋の構造材に作用する荷重の負担の増加を抑えることができる。
