Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a folded-plate roof-replacement metal fitting, a folded-plate roof-replacement structure, and a folded-plate roof-replacement method in which an existing folded plate roof is left as it is while a new folded plate is laid thereon.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The folded-plate roof has a structure in which a folded plate is mounted on a base material via a tight frame. This folded-plate roof leads to good workability and shortens the construction period. It is used in many places, such as offices, houses, and steel structures.
However, since the folded plate used as the roofing material is tin, corrosion due to rust easily occurs and durability is poor.
Therefore, it is necessary to change the roof of this folded plate, but in the past, a technique of completely removing the existing folded plate and roofing a new folded plate, and a new technique of leaving the existing folded plate roof as it is, A technique for roofing a folded plate (see Patent Document 1) is known.
[0003]

In the drawing, reference numeral 10 denotes an existing base material made of H steel, which is assembled as a steel frame beam, and an existing folded plate 12 is mounted thereon via an existing tight frame 11, thereby forming the existing folded plate roof 1. Have been.
The existing tight frame 11 is formed by bending a band-like plate material into a substantially trapezoidal corrugated shape, and its valley is attached to the upper surface of the existing base material 10 by welding, screws, or the like.
Further, the existing folded plate 12 is formed by bending a flat plate material into a substantially trapezoidal corrugated shape, and is placed on the existing tight frame 11, and the tops thereof are attached to the tops of the existing tight frame 11 with mounting bolts 13 and It is attached by a nut 14 with waterproof packing.
[0012]
When the existing folded plate roof 1 is replaced, the new folded plate 2 is laid on the existing folded plate 12 while the existing folded plate 12 is left as it is. In this case, the existing folded plate roof replacement metal fitting 3 is used to replace the existing folded plate roof 1. The new base material 5 is mounted on the folded plate 12.
[0013]
The folded metal roofing fitting 3 is formed by bending a lower end portion at a substantially right angle to form a screw bar 3a having a lateral arm portion 30 formed at a lower end thereof, and a washer member 3b through which the screw bar 3a is inserted. A nut member 3c is screwed onto the upper end of the threaded bar 3a.
[0014]
The tip of the lateral arm 30 formed at the lower end of the screw bar 3a is formed in a sharp portion 31. The sharp portion 31 is pierced from above the existing folded plate 12 so that the screw bar 3a is turned into the existing folded plate 12. And the penetrating lateral arm portion 30 is formed so as to engage with the existing base material 10.
A blade 32 is formed on the surface of the screw bar 3a on the side where the horizontal arm 30 extends, from the lower end portion of the screw bar 3a to the root of the horizontal arm 30, and the screw bar 3a is formed. Are formed on both sides.
[0015]
The washer member 3b is formed by bending a narrow plate material to form a bottom plate portion 34, a rising plate portion 35, an upper plate portion 36, and a hanging plate portion 37.
The lower end of the hanging plate portion 37 is always separated from the upper surface of the bottom plate portion 34, and a locking claw 38 is provided at the lower end of the hanging plate portion 37 so as to face the locking claw 38. A through hole 39 is formed in the bottom plate portion 34.
Then, when the lower end of the hanging plate portion 37 contacts the upper surface of the bottom plate portion 34 by pressing the upper plate portion 36, the locking claw 38 projects from the lower surface of the bottom plate portion 34 through the through hole 39. Is formed.
[0016]
In the bottom plate portion 34 and the upper plate portion 36, through holes 40, 40 for inserting the screw bar 3a are formed. As described above, the through holes 40 and 40 are formed in the two places of the bottom plate portion 34 and the upper plate portion 36, and the screw bar 3a is inserted through the holes. Therefore, the screw bar 3a is substantially moved with respect to the washer member 3b. It can be inserted upright.
In the through hole 40, straight portions 41, 41 corresponding to the flat surface 33 of the screw bar 3a are formed, and by locking the flat surface 33 with the straight portion 41, a screw rod is formed. The rotation of the material 3a with respect to the washer member 3b is regulated so that the extending direction of the lateral arm 30 and the extending direction of the bottom plate 34 are the same.
[0017]
The nut member 3c includes a nut portion 42 to be screwed to the upper end of the threaded bar 3a, and a bracket portion 43 welded to the nut portion 42. The bracket portion 43 has an elongated hole 44 for bolt insertion. Have been.
[0018]
The rebuilding of the existing folded-plate roof 1 using the folded-plate roof replacement metal fitting 3 formed as described above will be described.

[0022]
Next, by rotating the nut member 3c and screwing the nut portion 42 into the upper end portion of the screw bar 3a, the bottom plate portion 34 of the washer member 3b is brought into contact with the existing folded plate 12 so as to abut. The existing base material 10 is sandwiched between the washer member 3b and the lateral arm portion 30 (FIG. 3-D).
In this state, since the nut portion 42 has not yet been tightened, the folded-plate roofing metal fitting 3 is in a temporarily fixed state, and the lower end of the hanging plate portion 37 of the washer member 3b is separated from the upper surface of the bottom plate portion 34. However, the locking claw 38 is not inserted into the through hole 39.
[0023]
Then, from the temporarily fixed state, the nut portion 42 is further screwed into the screw bar 3a and tightened, thereby pressing the upper plate portion 36 of the washer member 3b.
As a result, the existing base material 10 can be clamped between the washer member 3b and the lateral arm portion 30 in a tightened state, and the folded plate / roof replacement metal fitting 3 can be fixed to the existing base material 10 (FIG. 3E). ).
At this time, the lower end of the hanging plate portion 37 comes into contact with the upper surface of the bottom plate portion 34, and in this state, the locking claw 38 protrudes from the lower surface of the bottom plate portion 34 through the through hole 39, and penetrates the existing folded plate 12; 3b does not move on the existing folded plate 12 and can be securely fixed.
Further, since the through-hole formed in the existing folded plate 12 by penetrating and cutting the screw bar 3a is covered by the washer member 3b, rainwater does not leak from this through-hole. In this case, it is preferable to attach a waterproof packing to the lower surface of the bottom plate portion 34 of the washer member 3b.
[0024]
After fixing the folded metal roofing metal fitting 3 to the existing base material 10 in this manner, the new base material 5 made of channel steel is then placed on the existing folded plate 12, and the new base material 5 is removed. The new base material 5 is fixed to the folded-plate roofing fitting 3 by fastening the nut 51 to the bracket portion 43 of the nut member 3c provided on the folded-plate roofing fitting 3 by passing the bolt 50 through the elongated hole 44.
[0025]
Then, a new tight frame 6 is fixed on the new base material 5, and the new folded plate 2 is attached to the new tight frame 6 with mounting bolts 60 and nuts 61 with waterproof packing. Complete.
The attachment of the new tight frame 6 and the new folded plate 2 is the same as the attachment of the existing tight frame 11 and the existing folded plate 12.
