Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to various boilers such as a steam boiler, a hot water boiler, a waste heat boiler, or an exhaust gas boiler.
As a multi-tube boiler, one disclosed in
In the boiler having the above-described can structure, in order to increase the heat transfer area, a horizontal fin or the like is extended substantially horizontally from the water tube to the outer peripheral surface of the inner water tube row and / or the inner peripheral surface of the outer water tube row. You may want to provide However, particularly in the case of an oil-fired boiler, if a horizontal fin or the like is provided, soot is likely to adhere to that portion with use. And when soot adheres, heat transfer performance falls or pressure loss increases.
In addition, even if the attached soot is to be washed with washing water as necessary, there is a gap between adjacent outer water pipes at the upper end of the outer water pipe row in order to lead the combustion gas out of the can body. There is an inconvenience that the cleaning water leaks from the gap to the can cover side.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a boiler that can be washed when desired, while preventing water leakage to the can cover side. It is another object of the present invention to provide a boiler that can efficiently clean the soot with a simple configuration.
This invention was made in order to solve the said subject, and the invention of
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the upper end portion of the outer heat transfer tube row has a gap between adjacent outer heat transfer tubes, but is surrounded by the adjacent inner heat transfer tubes and the outer heat transfer tubes arranged therebetween. Since the cleaning pipe is inserted into the region, the leakage of the cleaning water to the outside of the outer heat transfer tube row is prevented. In this way, desired soot cleaning is possible while preventing water leakage to the outside of the outer heat transfer tube row.
Furthermore, the invention according to
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the inner lateral fins and the outer lateral fins are not horizontal but are inclined upward as they go to one circumferential direction of both heat transfer tube rows. In such a configuration, the gas flowing upward through the gap between the two heat transfer tube rows flows upward while slightly moving toward one side in the circumferential direction due to the action of each horizontal fin. And such a flow of gas will be in the condition where only a half of each horizontal fin is easily wrinkled. Therefore, the washing pipe can effectively perform the soot washing by jetting washing water in one circumferential direction.
According to the boiler of the present invention, it is possible to perform soot washing at a desired time while preventing water leakage to the can body cover side. In addition, the soot cleaning can be efficiently performed with a simple configuration.
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
The boiler of this invention does not ask | require the kind in particular, For example, it is a steam boiler, a hot water boiler, a waste heat boiler, or an exhaust gas boiler. In either case, the boiler is a multi-tube boiler, typically a multi-tube once-through boiler. Moreover, the boiler of this invention has a preferable oil-fired boiler which burns liquid fuel with a burner.
The boiler includes a can configured by connecting an upper header and a lower header with a plurality of heat transfer tubes. The upper header and the lower header are arranged in parallel apart from each other in the vertical direction, and each has a hollow annular shape. Each heat transfer tube is arranged vertically and connects between the upper header and the lower header. That is, each heat transfer tube has an upper end connected to the upper header, and a lower end connected to the lower header.
Each heat transfer tube is arranged along the circumferential direction between the upper header and the lower header, thereby forming a cylindrical heat transfer tube array. At this time, the heat transfer tube rows are two rows of an inner heat transfer tube row and an outer heat transfer tube row arranged in a concentric cylindrical shape. However, other heat transfer tubes or heat transfer tube rows may be provided in addition to the inner heat transfer tube row and the outer heat transfer tube row. The inner heat transfer tubes that make up the inner heat transfer tube row and the outer heat transfer tubes that make up the outer heat transfer tube row are the same number, and the inner heat transfer tubes and the outer heat transfer tubes are staggered in the circumferential direction of the can body. Be placed.
The inner heat transfer tube array is configured by arranging a plurality of inner heat transfer tubes in a cylindrical shape and closing a gap between adjacent inner heat transfer tubes with an inner vertical fin leaving a lower end portion. A gap is formed between the inner heat transfer tubes because no inner vertical fin is provided at the lower end of the inner heat transfer tube row. This gap is called the inner row communication portion.
The outer heat transfer tube array is configured by arranging a plurality of outer heat transfer tubes in a cylindrical shape, and closing a gap between adjacent outer heat transfer tubes with an outer vertical fin leaving an upper end portion. A gap is formed between the outer heat transfer tubes because the outer vertical fins are not provided at the upper end of the outer heat transfer tube row. This gap is called the outer row communication part.
In order to increase the heat transfer area, the can body has a lateral fin or the like extending outward from each heat transfer tube on the outer peripheral surface of the inner heat transfer tube row and / or the inner peripheral surface of the outer heat transfer tube row. Can be provided. For example, in the vertical direction setting region of each inner heat transfer tube, a plurality of inner lateral fins can be provided on the surface constituting the outer peripheral surface of the inner heat transfer tube row with the vertical separation. Further, in the vertical direction setting region of each outer heat transfer tube, a plurality of outer lateral fins can be provided on the surface constituting the inner peripheral surface of the outer heat transfer tube row so as to be separated vertically.
The can body is provided with a burner at the upper end, and the lower end is closed with a refractory material. As a result, the inside of the inner heat transfer tube row is a combustion chamber, and fuel can be burned from the burner into the combustion chamber. However, when a waste heat boiler or an exhaust gas boiler is used, the can body is closed on one side in the vertical direction, and the exhaust gas is introduced from the other opening in the vertical direction. That is, in this case, the inside of the inner heat transfer tube row is an exhaust gas introduction space.
Since it is such a structure, combustion gas or exhaust gas is introduce | transduced into the clearance gap between an inner side heat exchanger tube row and an outer side heat exchanger tube row | line | column via the inner row communication part of the lower end part of an inner side heat exchanger tube row | line | column, and an outer side heat exchanger tube row | line | column It is derived | led-out radially from the outer row communication part of the upper end part. A cylindrical can cover is provided at least on the outer peripheral portion of the outer heat transfer tube row, and the exhaust gas is led to the flue through the can cover.
The can body cover may be of any configuration as long as it accepts exhaust gas from the outer row communication portion at the upper end of the outer heat transfer tube row and guides it to the flue, but typically the outer cover tube row surrounds the outer heat transfer tube row. And a cylindrical member provided between the upper header and the lower header. At this time, the can body cover is sealed at the upper end portion with the gap between the upper header and the lower end portion at the lower end portion. A flue is connected to a part of the circumferential direction at the upper part of the peripheral side wall of the can cover. At this time, the upper portion of the can body cover is set as a large diameter portion, and exhaust gas discharged radially from the upper end portion of the outer heat transfer tube row is received in the large diameter portion of the can body cover and then guided to the flue. Also good.
Boilers (especially oil-fired boilers) adhere to the can body with use. This soot adheres to the outer peripheral surface of the inner heat transfer tube row and the inner peripheral surface of the outer heat transfer tube row. In particular, when an enlarged heat transfer surface such as an inner horizontal fin or an outer horizontal fin is provided, wrinkles adhere to the portion, resulting in a decrease in heat transfer performance or an increase in pressure loss. Therefore, the boiler of the present invention can remove soot by washing when desired.
Specifically, guide pipes are provided at a plurality of locations in the circumferential direction of the can body through the upper header. The guide pipe is normally closed at its upper end with a plug, but when desired, the plug can be removed and the washing pipe can be inserted into the can. By washing water into the can through the washing pipe, it is possible to wash the heat transfer tubes and the horizontal fins.
In order to be able to clean the outer peripheral portion of the inner heat transfer tube row and the inner peripheral portion of the outer heat transfer tube row, the guide pipe is arranged in a gap between the inner heat transfer tube row and the outer heat transfer tube row in the plan view of the can body. The As described above, the inner heat transfer tubes and the outer heat transfer tubes are alternately arranged as going in the circumferential direction of the can body, but the outer side arranged on the radially outer side of the can body in the middle between the adjacent inner heat transfer tubes. A guide pipe is provided in a region surrounded by the heat transfer tube. Accordingly, even if the cleaning water is jetted from the cleaning pipe, the cleaning water is prevented from leaking from the outer row communication portion to the outer can body cover. In other words, if a guide pipe is provided in a region surrounded by an adjacent outer heat transfer tube and an inner heat transfer tube arranged in the radial direction of the can in the middle, the upper portion of the outer heat transfer tube row Since the outer row communication portion is formed, the cleaning water leaks outward from the outer row communication portion when cleaning the upper portion of the can body. However, according to the boiler of the present invention, such inconvenience is suppressed. Is done.
By the way, in order to stir the gas flowing upward through the gap between the inner heat transfer tube row and the outer heat transfer tube row and improve the thermal conductivity, the inner side fin and the outer side fin go to one side in the circumferential direction of the can body. There is a case where it is desired to incline upward according to the above. In this case, the gas flowing upward through the gap between the two heat transfer tube rows flows upward while slightly moving in one circumferential direction due to the action of each horizontal fin. Therefore, such a flow of combustion gas creates a situation in which only half of each horizontal fin is prone to wrinkles. Therefore, for such a can body, the cleaning pipe may eject the cleaning water in one circumferential direction.

Specifically, in the upper half region of each
Similarly, each
Specifically, in the upper half area of each
In the present embodiment, the inner
A
A cylindrical can cover 23 is further provided between the
The cylindrical clearance between the outer
A
Combustion gas resulting from the combustion of fuel in the
With the use of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
A plurality of
In any case, each
On the other hand, when it is desired to remove wrinkles by washing, the plug may be removed and an elongated
When the pump is operated in a state where the cleaning
Further, by rotating the cleaning
By the way, when the upper inner
By performing such an operation sequentially through each guide pipe 29 (in some cases in parallel), removal of wrinkles in the can body 2 (particularly wrinkles attached to the
