Description

The present invention relates to a sheet winding apparatus for winding a sheet around an outer peripheral surface of a columnar body.

For the purpose of packaging or the like, a sheet is generally wound around the outer peripheral surface of a columnar product. A sheet is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the columnar body, and the terminal portion is usually stopped with a label or the like having adhesive force.
Here, there is a device that ensures the winding of the sheet by gluing the start portion of the sheet wound around the outer peripheral surface of the columnar body, but there are cases where the columnar body itself cannot be glued. Furthermore, when a sheet is wound and packaged around the outer peripheral surface of the columnar body without gluing, there is a problem that if the sheet is loosely wound, the sheet wound around the columnar body falls off from the columnar body. Therefore, an invention that addresses such a problem has also been proposed (for example, Patent Document 1).

However, Patent Document 1 is a disclosure invention that receives a packaging sheet fed by a winding roller and clamps the packaging sheet between the clamping roller and the outer peripheral surface of the columnar body so as not to be loosened. In the case where careful handling and delicate handling is required for the outer peripheral surface, it was difficult to cope with it. There was a risk of scratching the outer peripheral surface of the columnar body, resulting in poor quality. In Patent Document 1, a foamed urethane sheet having an appropriate elasticity is used as a packaging sheet, and the elasticity is utilized to exert an effective tightening function on the tightening roller. The elasticity is extremely poor like paper. When a sheet is used, it may be difficult to wind the sheet.

The present invention solves the above problems, and even in cases where delicate handling is required with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the columnar body, the columnar body can be reliably wound with a sheet without scratching the outer peripheral surface. An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet winding apparatus that can handle a sheet such as paper without difficulty.

In order to achieve the above object, the gist of the invention described in claim 1 is that a tail roller supported on the rear upper part of both side plates arranged upright in parallel and a main portion made of a U-shaped member, A winding arm in which a base shaft provided at an end is supported on the front upper part of both side plates, a head roller supported on a tip end of the winding arm, and the head roller and A conveyor belt that is stretched across the tail roller and a tension roller that is disposed at a lower point than both rollers, and that can be horizontally disposed on the upper surface area, and a rear side of the front end point of the horizontally disposed conveyor belt At a position above the horizontal plane, the rotation center at the tip of both rods abuts on both ends of the columnar body supplied so as to cross the conveying belt by rotating the pair of rods and rotates the columnar body. A pair to grip freely A rotation center unit, and while holding the columnar body at the rotation center, the sheet is moved by the conveyance belt so that the front end of the sheet protrudes to the vicinity of the front end of the horizontally disposed conveyance belt, By raising the winding arm against the tension of the tension roller in a right side view “[” shape and further tilting backward, the front end portion of the conveying belt and the sheet thereon are warped to wrap the columnar body, In the sheet winding apparatus, the sheet is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the columnar body by the operation of the conveying belt.
Here, the “conveying belt capable of horizontally arranging the upper surface area” includes a conveying belt capable of arranging the upper surface area substantially horizontally. This is because the same effect can be obtained.

The sheet winding apparatus of the present invention does not require gluing at the start portion of the sheet wound around the outer peripheral surface of the columnar body, and does not apply external force directly to the outer peripheral surface of the columnar body, Careful and careful winding of the sheet is mechanically realized, so there is no scratch on the outer peripheral surface, and even with sheets such as paper, there is no slack in the columnar body. It exhibits extremely excellent effects such as being able to be wound around.

The belt conveyor 1 includes a head roller 13, a tail roller 10, and a tension roller 14, and a conveyor belt 15 is stretched over them. Here, the conveyor belt 15 is also wound around the front roller 121, the rear roller 122, and the auxiliary roller 24a in the state shown in FIG.
When the U-shaped member 21 is projected forward (in a forward-tilted state) of the belt conveyor 1 as shown in FIG. 2 as viewed from the right side, the upper surface area 15a of the conveyor belt 15 is horizontally arranged as shown. The lever 81c related to the tension roller 14 always receives a forward tilting bias force, and under this state, the tension roller 14 is at a position indicated by a solid line in FIG. The conveyor belt 15 is stretched without slack by the tension of the tension roller 14 derived from the forward biasing force of the lever 81c. On the other hand, when the motor 72e is started, the U-shaped member 21 is moved from the state shown in FIG. 2 via the pulleys 72b, 72c and the belt 72d to move the winding arm 2 against the tension of the tension roller 14 as shown in FIG. It can be raised to the right side view “[” as shown by the chain line, and further tilted backward as shown by the solid line in FIG. Following the rise of the U-shaped member 21 to the “[” shape and further to the backward tilt, the tension roller 14 moves from the chain line position of FIG. 6 to the solid line position while stretching the conveyor belt 15 without slack. To do.

Further, the shaft 10a of the tail roller 10 protrudes to the outside of both side walls, and a pulley 70b is fixed to the protruding portion. A belt 70d is hung on both pulleys 70b and 70c, and the rotation of the motor 70e is accurately transmitted to the tail roller 10 so that the upper surface area 15a of the conveyor belt 15 moves forward (leftward in FIG. 2). . Two conveyor belts 15 are arranged so as to divide the side walls into three equal parts (FIGS. 3 and 5).
In the figure, reference numeral 16 is a stopper for horizontally fixing a flat plate (not shown) to the side wall, and moves forward so that the two conveyor belts 15 slide on the flat plate. The conveying belt 15 is provided with through holes (not shown) at a predetermined pitch, and a slit is formed in a flat plate below the through holes. A suction duct surrounding the slit is provided on the back side of the flat plate to prevent the sheet SH placed on the conveyor belt 15 from being inadvertently displaced from the conveyor belt 15 using the through holes and the slit.

By the rods is extended, rotation center 32 of both the rod end is rotatably grip the columnar body W at both ends W 1 in contact of the columnar body W supplied so as to cross the conveyor belt 15 It can be configured.
Here, the columnar body W referred to in the present invention includes a cylindrical one in addition to a solid one. The outer shape of the columnar body W includes a columnar shape and a prismatic shape. This is because the same effect can be obtained by the configuration of the present invention. In this embodiment, the columnar body W is a cylindrical body as illustrated. The outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body is subjected to surface treatment, and careful handling is required for the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body.

As shown in FIG. 5, the rotation center 32 is rotatably attached to the axis of the rod 31 via a bearing 33. The rotation center 32 has a frame shape in which a taper portion 32 a is formed toward the opposing rotation center 32 facing the rotation center 32. By extension of the rod 31, the tapered portion enters into the cylinder at both ends W 1 of the columnar body W to be supplied, for rotatably gripping contact so as to sandwich from both sides the columnar body W in both rotational center 32 . In this gripped state, the rotation center unit 3 is provided so that the columnar body W is slightly above the surface of the conveyor belt 15 as shown in FIG.

The cradle unit 4 includes a cylinder body 40, a rod 41, and a cradle 42. A pair of the receiving units are provided. The cradle unit 4 places the columnar body W received from the chuck unit 5 on the cradle 42 and transfers it to the place so that the columnar body W can be smoothly gripped by the rotation center 32 by the extension of the rod 31 related to the rotation center unit 3. It becomes the transfer tool of the columnar body W to do. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the cylinder body 40 related to the cradle unit 4 stands on a line connecting both rods 31 related to the rotation center 32 and on both outer sides of the two conveying belts 15. The cylinder body is fixed on the bottom plate 17. A rod 41 is movable up and down from the cylinder body 40, and a receiving base 42 is fixed to the upper end of the rod. The pedestal 42 is formed of a block, and the upper part thereof is cut into a V shape as seen in a side view of FIG. 4 so that the received columnar body W is stably held. The distance between the receiving bases 42 is set to be slightly shorter than the length of the columnar body W so that the columnar body W can be reliably received from the chuck unit 5. In this embodiment, an electric cylinder is used for the cylinder body 40 and the rod 41. When both rods 41 move upward and the cradle 42 is at the uppermost position in FIG. 2, the columnar body W is received from the chuck unit 5, and then both rods 41 are lowered so that the cradle 42 is moved as shown in FIG. When the chain center position is reached, the rotation center unit 3 is operated, and the rod 31 is held by the rotation center 32 by the extension of the rod 31. Thereafter, both rods 41 are retracted to the lowest point, so that the cradle 42 is lowered to the position indicated by the solid line in FIG. 4 so that the winding of the sheet SH is not hindered.

The winding device of the present embodiment further includes a nozzle NL that blows out air as shown in FIGS. After a rotating center 32 and a state of being rotatably grip the columnar body W, placing the sheet SH which the tip SH 1 protrude further to the vicinity of the front end of the horizontal disposed the conveying belt 15 in the conveyance belt 15, by winding a right side view of the arm 2 "[" allowed Okiagara to form further backward leaning tip SH 1 of the sheet SH is at the solid line position in FIG. 7 but (described later), slightly away position behind the position nozzle NL is provided to arrange the nozzle openings NL 1 to (tail roller side). By discharging air from the nozzle opening NL 1, tip SH 1 of the sheet SH approaches the columnar body W in the form illustrated by a chain line position in FIG.

Further, as described above, the chuck unit 5 and the labeling unit 6 are provided as devices attached to the winding device.
The chuck unit 5 is a transporter for the columnar body W in which the main part 50 of the robot is provided with a holding unit 51 that grips the columnar body W. The chuck unit 5 can hold the columnar body W in the standby chamber (not shown) by the holding portion 51, carry the columnar body W to the receiving base 42 disposed at the uppermost point, and place it on the column. Labeling unit 6, after winding a sheet SH on the outer circumferential surface of the columnar body W at the winding device, by sticking a label 62 with adhesion at the end SH 2 of the sheet SH, the sheet was finished wound SH It is a sealing tool that stops so as not to unravel. Reference numeral 61 denotes an elastic body. The elastic body 61 is elastically deformed on the curved surface of the cylindrical outer surface of the columnar body W to make a reliable sticking.

In the present embodiment, a sheet supply device is attached to the winding device. As shown in FIG. 1, the sheet SH used in the winding device is cut from the strip-shaped base paper wound around the roll SG and supplied onto the conveying belt 15. After sheet SG 1 is drawn out from the roll SG by feed rolls FR, has been so paper sheet SH cut to a length L corresponding to the column length of the columnar body W by the cutter CT. Band width of the base paper SG 1 there is a length that can be around more than wound the columnar body W. Here, the strip-shaped base paper SG1 is a strip width having a length of slightly more than one round. Thereafter, the sheet SH is attracted to the suction belt HB of the belt conveyance machine BC in FIG. 2 and sequentially supplied onto the conveyance belt 15. The suction belt HB is provided with through holes (not shown) at a predetermined pitch, and a suction duct is provided on the back side thereof, and the suction belt HB is made using the through holes, the suction duct and the suction blower. The sheet SH sucked on the lower surface of the sheet can be held.

Next, the winding operation of the sheet SH by the winding apparatus having the above-described configuration and the winding structure of the sheet SH will be described.
First, as a first step, the rod 41 associated with the cradle unit 4 is extended, and the cradle 42 is disposed at the uppermost point in FIG. Next, the chuck unit 5 operates. The columnar body W held by the chuck unit 5 is placed on the cradle 42 and then retracted (FIG. 2).
Subsequently, as a second step, the rod 41 is retracted, and the cradle 42 is lowered from the position of FIG. 2 to the position of the chain line in FIG. The columnar body W is supplied so as to cross the conveying belt 15. The columnar body W placed on the cradle 42 and the rotation center 32 have the same height. Thereafter, as a third step, the rod 31 associated with the rotation center unit 3 is extended, and the rotation center 32 originally located at the chain line position in FIG. Grip W in a rotatable manner. The tapered portion 32 a of the rotation center 32 enters the cylinder from both ends of the columnar body W and comes into contact with both end portions W 1 of the columnar body W, so that the columnar body W is securely held by the rotation center 32. The columnar body W gripped by the rotation center 32 is slightly above the conveyor belt 15. Thereafter, as a fourth step, the pedestal 42 is lowered to the lowest point shown by the solid line in FIG. 4 so as not to get in the way.

On the other hand, the sheets SH sucked and held by the suction belt HB of the belt transporter BC are sequentially supplied onto the transport belt 15. In FIG. 2, the sheet SH held on the conveyance belt 15 is conveyed toward the front from the back of the sheet. When the sheet SH reaches the top of the conveyance belt 15, the suction blower is stopped and the suction to the suction belt HB is released. Is dropped and moved onto the conveyor belt 15 of the belt conveyor 1 (a dotted line white arrow in FIG. 2). In FIG. 2, the chain line sheet SH placed on the conveyor belt 15 is in a standby state and waits for the receiving table 42 to be lowered to the lowest point. At this time, the winding arm 2 is in a forward-tilted state as shown in FIG. 2, and is a conveying belt 15 in which an upper surface area 15a is horizontally disposed.
And if it falls to the lowest point shown with the continuous line of FIG. 4 so that the receiving stand 42 may not become obstructive, the conveyance belt 15 will start as a 5th step. In Figure 2, advanced sheet SH in chain line illustrated on the conveying belt 15 that has been in the standby state, the sheet SH (Fig. 2 to the tip SH 1 to the vicinity of the front end of the horizontal disposed a conveyance belt 15 protrudes at , The solid line in FIG. 5) is moved, and then the conveyor belt 15 stops.

Next, as a sixth step, belt winding by the winding arm 2 and rotation processing by the transport belt 15 are performed. 2 against the tension of the tension roller 14, the winding arm 2 is raised from the state shown in FIG. 2 to the right side view “[” in FIG. 6 and further tilted backward as shown by the solid line in FIG. The columnar body W is housed so as to enter the U-shaped opening 20 of the both winding arms 2.
As the winding arm 2 pivots backward, in FIG. 2, the front end of the transport belt 15 located in the forward direction area of the transport belt 15 with respect to the auxiliary roller 24a, and the fifth step above. sheet SH located at the protruding tip SH 1 to the vicinity of the front end of the conveyor belt 15 which is horizontally disposed is warped together with rear tilting of the winding arm 2. The front end portion of the conveyance belt 15 and the sheet SH thereon are warped and cover the outer peripheral surface of the columnar body W. 6 and 7, the columnar body W is wrapped with the conveying belt 15 and the sheet SH arranged in the opening 20 of the winding arm 2. Here, it protrudes sheet tip SH 1 to near the front end of the conveyor belt 15, instead of the conveyor belt 15 in the columnar body W, always will be the sheet SH touches, columnar body W by the conveyor belt 15 and the sheet SH In the process of wrapping, the outer peripheral surface of the columnar body W is not damaged.

Subsequently, the motor 70e is operated to advance the conveying belt 15 while maintaining the state of FIGS. 6 and 7 in which the columnar body W is covered with the conveying belt 15 and the sheet SH. In FIG. 7, the conveyor belt 15 advances as indicated by an arrow. Around the columnar body W, the conveyor belt 15 rotates clockwise as illustrated, and the sheet SH that encloses the columnar body W is wound around and closely contacts the outer peripheral surface of the columnar body W as shown in FIG. The sheet SH is wrapped around the columnar body W so as to be tightly integrated with the gesture of turning together the sheet SH wrapped around the columnar body W by hand. The motor 70e just before advancing the conveying belt 15 actuates the blows air from the nozzle opening NL 1 toward the leading end of the sheet SH 1 as shown in FIG. 7, the columnar body W as the sheet leading edge SH 1 is the chain line shown It is more preferable to make it approach. During the winding it is because it prevents the folded outer sheet distal SH 1.
Then, at the position where the end portion SH 2 is on top of the sheet SH to winding contact integrated in the columnar body W the sheet SH, stopping the conveyor belt 15.

Thereafter, as a seventh step, the label attaching unit 6 is operated, and the label 62 having adhesive force is attached to the sheet end SH 2 wound around the columnar body W. A label 62 is attached to an intermediate point of the column length related to the columnar body W. As shown in FIG. 9, a sheet-wrapped package of the columnar body W in which the sheet SH is wound and integrated around the entire outer peripheral surface of the columnar body W excluding both end surfaces is completed. A symbol W 0 indicates a hollow portion related to the columnar body W.

Thereafter, as an eighth step, the winding arm 2 is rewound to the forwardly tilted state shown in FIG. 2 to form the conveying belt 15 in which the upper surface area 15a is horizontally disposed. Then, as the ninth step, the rotation center 32 is moved back to the chain line position in FIG. 5 to remove the sheet winding columnar product. The sheet-wound columnar product is placed on the conveyor belt 15 as it is and dispensed. Around this time, the cradle 42 rises and reaches the highest point. Thus, returning to the initial state of the first step, the first to ninth steps are repeated thereafter, and the sheet winding columnar product is sequentially manufactured. The first to ninth step operations are sequentially performed by sequence control or computer control incorporated in the control panel, and automation of winding and unifying of the sheet SH around the outer peripheral surface of the columnar body W is realized.

In the winding apparatus configured as described above, first, the winding arm 2 is raised and tilted backward, whereby the front end portion of the conveying belt 15 and the sheet SH thereon are warped to cover the columnar body W, and the sheet SH is loaded. Since it is wrapped so as to be wound around the surface of the columnar body W, the movement is almost the same as that in which a person carefully starts winding the sheet SH around the columnar body W, and the surface of the columnar body W is not damaged. Here, since the sheet front end SH 1 is disposed in advance near the front end of the horizontally disposed conveyor belt 15, the sheet SH covers the surface of the columnar body W and the conveyor belt 15 directly touches the columnar body W. There is no problem, and the quality can be further maintained.
Furthermore, the conveyance belt 15 around the columnar body W is rotated by operating the conveyance belt 15 in a state where the front end portion of the conveyance belt 15 and the sheet SH on the conveyance belt 15 are warped to wrap the columnar body W, and the rotation of the conveyance belt 15 rotates. As the sheet progresses, the sheet SH that has wrapped the columnar body W is gradually wound around and closely adhered to the outer peripheral surface of the columnar body W. Since the sheet SH is loosely wound, there is no problem that the sheet SH falls off. The movement is obtained by replacing the gesture that a sheet SH is wound around the columnar body W, and then the sheet SH is carefully turned many times and closely attached to the columnar body W with a machine. However, there is no problem even in this case where careful and delicate handling is required. Actually, the outer peripheral surface of the columnar body W of the present embodiment has been subjected to surface treatment and careful handling has been demanded, but satisfactory results have been obtained. Conventionally, since careful handling has been required, it is a device that enables mechanization of what was done by humans, and can contribute to labor saving, productivity improvement, and quality stability.

In addition, when the sheet SH is wound around the columnar body W, the winding arm 2 tilts backward from the forwardly tilted state, so that the front end portion of the conveyor belt 15 of the conveyor belt 15 is warped to enclose the columnar body W, and further the conveyor belt. Since the mechanism and structure effectively utilize the necessary conveyor belt 15 so that the belt 15 moves and winds well, there is no need for extra winding equipment, etc., and the cost is reduced and the apparatus is simplified. It also leads to compactness and so on, making it a very reasonable winding device.
In addition, since the start portion of the sheet SH wound around the outer peripheral surface of the columnar body W does not require gluing, the sheet SH has poor elasticity such as paper because of the operation and structure of the winding device. In addition, the sheet SH exhibits an extremely excellent effect such as being able to be surely wound around the columnar body W without slack.

The present invention is not limited to those shown in the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the present invention depending on the purpose and application.
