[実施例]
ベース合成樹脂としてPC樹脂を用い、機能性樹脂としてPP樹脂を用い、このPP樹脂にタルクを添加して成形収縮率を調整してライニング成形し、本発明にかかる軒樋支持具取付け構造を得た。得られた結果をまとめて図5に示す。実施例1、実施例2の結果から、得られた軒樋支持具取付け構造のライニング部の浮きが少ないことが明らかである。

ベース合成樹脂としてPC樹脂を用い、機能性樹脂としてPP樹脂を用い、このPP樹脂に添加物を添加せず、成形収縮率を調整することなくライニング成形し、本発明にかかる軒樋支持具取付け構造を得た。得られた結果をまとめて図6に示す。比較例1、比較例2の結果から、得られた軒樋支持具取付け構造のライニング部に浮きの発生が見られ、上記機能性樹脂の成形収縮率とベース合成樹脂の成形収縮率の調整が重要であることが示されている。
