Abstract
【解決手段】水素発生装置の製造方法は、一面が開放された反応器300内部に弾性部材302を挿入する工程と、弾性部材302内部に電線308が連結された電極304,306、及び電解質水溶液310を挿入する工程と、電線308を反応器300外部に露出させるために貫通孔が形成された蓋体312を反応器300の開放された一面を覆う工程と、反応器300外部に露出された電線308と制御部316とを連結する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (10)
- 一面が開放された反応器内部に弾性部材を挿入する工程と、
前記弾性部材の内部に、電線が連結された電極と、電解質水溶液とを挿入する工程と、
前記電線が前記反応器の外部に露出されるように、少なくとも一つ以上の貫通孔が形成された蓋体で前記反応器の開放された一面を覆う工程と、
前記反応器の外部に露出された前記電線と制御部とを連結する工程と、
を含む水素発生装置の製造方法。 - 前記弾性部材が、ゴム及びビニールのうちのいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水素発生装置の製造方法。
- 前記蓋体を設置する工程が、
前記反応器の開放部の周縁に沿って形成された溝にゴムリングを挿入する工程と、
前記蓋体と前記反応器との間に前記ゴムリングを介在させ、前記蓋体と前記反応器をとの間にシール(seal)を形成する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水素発生装置の製造方法。 - 前記貫通孔にシーリング剤を充填して前記反応器の内部を外部から遮断する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水素発生装置の製造方法。
- 弾性部材を挿入する工程の前に、
前記反応器内部に少なくとも一つ以上の前記電極を固定させる少なくとも一つ以上の取り付け溝を形成する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水素発生装置の製造方法。 - 一面が開放された反応器と、
前記反応器の開放された一面を覆い、少なくとも一つ以上の貫通孔が形成された蓋体と、
前記蓋体の内側面を覆うように接着して固定し、電解質水溶液を収容する、前記反応器内部に挿入された弾性部材と、
前記弾性部材の内部に収容され、前記貫通孔を貫通する前記電線と連結される電極と、
を含む、水素発生装置。 - 前記反応器の開放部の周縁に沿って形成される溝に挿入され、前記蓋体と前記反応器とをシールし結合させるゴムリングをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の水素発生装置。
- 前記反応器の内部を外部から遮断するために前記貫通孔に充填されるシーリング剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の水素発生装置。
- 前記反応器の内部には少なくとも一つ以上の取り付け溝が形成され、前記電極は前記取り付け溝に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の水素発生装置。
- 前記弾性部材がゴム及びビニールのうちのいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の水素発生装置。
