The bathroom drain trap is detachably provided with a hair catcher that collects foreign matters such as dust, mainly hair, from the drain.
FIG. 10 shows the drain trap described in Patent Document 1. In addition, the positions of the drainage basins 901 and 902 are indicated by two-dot chain lines.

The hair catcher 910 of FIG. 10A includes a net-like concave portion 912 having a bottom portion 913 formed in a horizontal plane and a handle 916 protruding upward from the center of the concave portion 912. That is, the outer edge portion 914 of the concave portion 912 is disposed so as to surround the handle 916 in the horizontal direction. The wastewater that has flowed into the drainage basin 901 flows from all directions of 360 ° toward the concave portion 912 and passes through the concave portion 912 toward the lower portion D91.
The hair catcher 920 in FIG. 5C includes a substantially conical portion 922 in which a net-like water-passing portion 923 projects downward in a substantially conical shape from the inside of the outer edge portion 924, and an upper portion from the outer edge portion 924 of the substantially conical portion. And a handle 926 having a distal end portion bent in the horizontal direction D93. That is, the outer edge portion 924 of the substantially conical portion is arranged in the horizontal direction, and the length of the handle 926 in the horizontal direction D93 is set so as not to contact the drainage basin 902. The drainage that has flowed into the drainage basin 902 flows from all directions of 360 ° toward the substantially conical portion 922, and passes through the approximately conical portion 922 toward the lower portion D92.
JP 2006-2423 A

In the hair catcher 910 of FIG. 10A, foreign matter such as hair spreads over the bottom portion 913 formed by a horizontal plane, and the drainage channel is likely to be blocked. Further, when removing the foreign matter staying in the concave portion 912, the foreign matter does not fall even if the hair catcher 910 is held sideways by holding the handle 916 as shown in FIG. Falls on the hand and causes discomfort.
In the hair catcher 920 of FIG. 5C, the wastewater flows in from all directions of 360 °, and therefore, foreign matter may adhere to all the water passage portions 923 and the drainage flow path may be blocked. Further, since the length of the handle 926 in the horizontal direction D93 is short due to the size of the drainage basin 902, it is difficult to take out the hair catcher 920 from the drainage basin 902, and the operation of turning the hair catcher 920 over is difficult.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and can dispose of hair collected in a collecting member of a drainage trap without discomfort, facilitate the care of the collecting member, and discard the hair, etc. The purpose is to make it easier.

In order to achieve the above object, the drain trap of the present invention includes a collecting member main body that collects hair in the waste water while allowing the drainage to pass through, and an outer edge of the collecting member main body from the outer edge of the collecting member main body. A collecting member having a handle protruding to the top, and the drainage flowing from above is guided in a predetermined direction shifted from the vertical direction, and the collection member main body is detachably attached at a position where the guided drainage is allowed to pass. A collecting member attaching portion, and the collecting member main body portion is attached to the collecting member attaching portion by projecting the handle upward or obliquely upward from an outer edge portion of the collecting member main body portion. To do.

That is, since the handle protrudes outward from the outer edge portion of the collecting member main body portion, the hair or the like accumulated in the collecting member main body portion does not fall into the hand. In addition, when the collection member main body is attached to the collection member attachment, the handle protrudes upward or obliquely upward from the outer edge of the collection member main body. It becomes difficult to be restricted, and the handle can be lengthened. Therefore, the hair can be discarded without discomfort, and the length of the handle makes it easy to take out the collecting member main body, facilitating the care of the collecting member, and the collecting member main body. The part can be easily turned over, and the hair can be easily discarded.

The drain trap 1 has a collecting member 10 and an attachment member 20 shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 in order to collect garbage such as hair from the waste water.
The collecting member 10 protrudes from the outer edge portion 13 of the collecting member main body portion 12 to the outer direction D1 of the outer edge portion 13 for collecting the hair in the wastewater while allowing the wastewater to pass therethrough. And a handle 16. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the whole ceiling part 12a of the collection member main body part 12, the upper side of the side parts 12b and 12c, and the upper side of the back part 12d are holes 14a for allowing drainage to pass through. Is a water passage 14 formed in a large number of meshes. On the other hand, the bottom surface portion of the collecting member main body 12 is a flow path extension 15 having no holes 14a. The handle 16 protrudes linearly from the base 16b to the tip 16a. The collection member 10 is formed in a substantially handle-like shape in which the collection member main body 12 is substantially in the shape of a basket.

The outer direction D1 of the outer edge portion 13 is a direction along a virtual plane PL1 along the outer edge portion 13 as shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. The direction toward the part not surrounded by the part 13 shall be said. Therefore, the handle 16 protrudes from the outer edge portion 13 in this direction. Here, the direction along the plane PL1 includes not only the direction coinciding with the plane PL1, but also the direction shifted within the range of θ 1 = 30 ° from the direction coinciding with the plane PL1 as shown in FIG. Further, in the case of the collecting member 110 in which all the outer edge portions 113 are not on the same plane as shown in FIG. 5B, the outer direction D1 of the outer edge portion 113 is along the outer edge portion 113 where the handle 116 protrudes. The direction along the virtual plane PL2 shall be said.

The mounting member 20 has a flow path forming portion 22 that guides the wastewater flowing in from above to a predetermined flow direction D3 that is shifted from the vertical direction D2, and at the position L1 that allows the guided wastewater to pass, Removably attach. As shown in FIG. 2C and FIG. 4, the flow direction D3 of the present embodiment is only one direction that is obliquely downward from the horizontal direction. The attachment member 20 is formed in a shape recessed downward, and the vicinity of the upper edge portion is a substantially cylindrical fitted portion 26 that fits inside the tightening flange cylindrical portion 41. The fitting portion 26 is formed with through holes 26a into which the projections 41b on the upper side of the tightening flange cylindrical portion 41 can be inserted at four locations at intervals of 90 °, and grooves 26b are respectively formed downward from the through holes 26a. Is formed. By aligning each groove 26b with the protrusion 41b on the upper side of the tightening flange and inserting the mounting member 20 into the opening of the tightening flange 40 and rotating it, each protrusion 41b on the upper side of the tightening flange cylindrical part 41 is inserted into each through hole 26a. The attachment member 20 is fixed at a predetermined position of the drain trap 1 in the inserted state.

The flow path forming part 22 has an inclined part 23 and a side part 24.
An opening 25 for detachably attaching the collection member main body 12 is formed in the side surface 24 that is the flow direction D3 into which the drainage is guided. The main opening 25 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape according to the outer shape of the collecting member main body 12. When the collection member main body 12 is attached to the opening 25, the handle 16 protrudes obliquely upward from the outer edge portion 13 of the collection member main body. The protrusion direction D4 of the handle 16 at this time is shown in FIG. If the handle 16 protrudes in the protruding direction D4, the size of the drainage basin 83 is not easily limited in the horizontal direction, and thus the handle 16 can be lengthened. For this reason, the protruding direction D4 of the handle is preferably the vertical direction D2 or a direction close to the vertical direction D2, and the deviation θ 2 from the vertical direction D2 is preferably 45 ° or less.

The inclination part 23 inclines along the flow direction D3 so that it may connect with the flow-path extension part 15 of the collection member main-body part 12 attached to the said side part. Accordingly, the waste water that has flowed from above onto the inclined portion 23 is guided toward the collection member main body 12 on the inclined portion 23 and flows from above the flow path extension portion 15 to the water passing portion 14. A plurality of holes 23 a through which drainage passes are formed on the upstream side of the main inclined portion 23. Although a part of the drainage passes through the hole 23a downward, the drainage flows on the inclined portion 23 in the flow direction D3 obliquely below, so that hair or the like in the drainage is not easily caught near the hole 23a. Therefore, the hole 23a is not easily blocked, and the drainage capacity of the drain trap 1 is maintained.
Further, a stepped portion 23 b that is lowered by one step is formed at the downstream edge of the inclined portion 23. Thereby, when the collection member main body 12 is attached to the opening 25, the upper surface of the inclined portion 23 and the upper surface of the flow path extension portion 15 are substantially flush with each other, and the drainage flows from above the inclined portion 23 to the flow path extension portion 15. Smoothly flows up.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 4, the virtual plane PL1 along the outer edge part 13 of the collection member main body part 12 attached to the opening part 25 is inclined obliquely from the vertical direction D2. That is, the attachment member 20 is detachably attached to the collection member main body 12 with the outer edge portion 13 of the collection member main body being inclined obliquely from the vertical direction. Here, the plane PL1 along the outer edge portion 13 is preferably directed in the vertical direction D2 or in a direction close to the vertical direction D2, and is directed in a direction in which the deviation θ 3 from the vertical direction D2 is 45 ° or less. Is preferred.
On the other hand, the inclination of the inclined portion 23, that is, the inclination of the flow direction D1, is preferably in a direction orthogonal to the plane PL1 along the outer edge portion or a direction close to the orthogonal direction, and the deviation θ 4 from the horizontal direction is 45 ° or less. Orientation is preferred.

Each member 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 constituting the drain trap 1 can be made of various materials such as a resin molding material such as a thermoplastic resin, a metal such as stainless steel, etc. A molded article or the like can be used.

In the drain trap 1 having the above-described configuration, for example, the packing 44 is attached to the front end portion of the floor material flange portion 83a, and the tightening flange 40 is screwed into the flange portion 33 of the trap body, whereby the floor material flange portion 83a and the trap body 30 are connected. Are fixed to each other, the sealing tube 50 is attached to the fastening flange 40, the attachment member 20 is attached to the fastening flange 40, and the collection member main body 12 is attached to the opening 25 of the attachment member. Of course, the drainage trap 1 may be formed by attaching the attachment member 20 to which the collection member main body 12 is attached to the fastening flange 40. As shown in FIG. 1, the handle 16 protrudes obliquely upward in the drainage basin 83, so that a cover 84 can be provided on the drainage basin 83.

(2) Action and effect of drain trap:
Next, the action and effect of this drain trap will be described.
The waste water that has flowed into the drainage basin 83 flows downward toward the mounting member 20, changes the flow direction to the flow direction D 3 that is shifted from the vertical direction D 2 on the inclined portion 23, and is directed toward the collection member main body 12. As a result, it passes through the water passage 14. Since many holes 14 a are formed in the water passage portion 14, the hair or the like in the drainage is collected by the water passage portion 14 and stays in the collecting member main body portion 12.

Here, the back surface portion 12d of the collecting member main body portion is inclined in the direction inclined obliquely from the vertical direction D2, and the drainage flows in one direction in the flow direction D3. The water part 14 is not easily blocked. In the hair catcher 920 shown in FIG. 10C, the drainage flows from all directions of 360 ° and passes through the substantially conical portion 922 downward. It is considered that the drainage flow path may adhere and become blocked.
Further, when the drainage does not flow and the water passing portion 14 is dried, the waste W1 such as hair attached to the water passing portion 14 falls due to gravity in the collecting member main body 12 as shown in FIG. To do.
From the above, clogging of the water passing portion 14 is suppressed.

When removing hair or the like remaining in the collection member main body 12, the cover 84 is removed from the drainage basin 83, the handle 16 is held by hand, and the collection member main body 12 is removed from the mounting member 20 to collect the hair. The operation of discarding the hair or the like in the member main body 12 is performed. The handle 16 that protrudes obliquely upward from the outer edge portion 13 of the collecting member main body is long because it is difficult to be limited in the horizontal size of the drainage basin 83. Therefore, it is easy to take out the collecting member main body 12 and to easily turn the collecting member main body 12 over. In addition, since the length of the horizontal direction D93 of the handle 926 is short, the hair catcher 920 shown in FIG.10 (c) cannot take out the hair catcher 920 easily, and it is difficult to perform the operation which turns the hair catcher 920 over.

Further, in the conventional hair catcher 910 shown in FIG. 10 (b), the hair or the like does not fall even if the handle is turned sideways, but the collecting member 10 has the handle 16 turned sideways by hand as shown in FIG. When the opening 12e of the collecting member main body 12 is directed downward, the hair or the like in the collecting member main body 12 falls. Of course, since the handle 16 protrudes from the outer edge portion 13 of the collecting member main body portion in the outer direction D1 of the outer edge portion, the hair or the like accumulated in the collecting member main body portion 12 does not fall into the hand. Therefore, hair etc. can be thrown away without discomfort.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to dispose of hair collected in the collecting member of the drain trap without discomfort, to facilitate the care of the collecting member, and to easily dispose of hair and the like. Become.

Moreover, since the inclined part 23 is provided so that it may connect with the collection member main-body part 12 attached to the side part 24 of an attachment member, the waste_water | drain which flowed into the attachment member 20 is toward the collection member main-body part 12 efficiently. The hair in the drainage is collected more efficiently.
Furthermore, since the collection member main body 12 is attached to the opening 25 of the attachment member with the outer edge 13 inclined obliquely from the vertical direction, the collection member main body 12 is attached to and detached from the attachment member 20. easy. Further, when the drainage stops flowing, the collected hair and the like fall due to gravity in the collecting member main body 12. Therefore, clogging of the collecting member main body 12 can be suppressed.

It is a hair catcher provided in the drain trap,
A collecting member 10 having a collecting member main body for collecting hair in the waste water while allowing the drainage to pass through, and a handle protruding outward from the outer edge of the collecting member main body,
The wastewater flowing in from above is guided in a predetermined direction deviated from the vertical direction, and the mounting member 20 is detachably attached to the collection member main body at a position where the guided wastewater is allowed to pass through,
The hair catcher in which the handle is protruded upward or obliquely upward from the outer edge of the collection member main body so that the collection member main body is attached to the attachment member also has the above-described operations and effects. Further, if the attachment member can be attached to a general-purpose tightening flange, the present hair catcher can be provided in various drain traps, and it becomes easy to replace the conventional hair catcher with the present hair catcher.

(3) Modification:
Various modifications can be considered for the drain trap of the present invention.
The collecting member main body portion has a substantially cage shape that is divided into a ceiling portion 12a, side surface portions 12b and 12c, a back surface portion 12d, and a bottom surface portion, and the ceiling portion, the back surface portion, and the bottom surface portion as a whole. It may be made into the substantially basket shape etc. bent round as.
Moreover, a hole may be formed in the whole collection member main-body part, and the whole may be used as a water flow part. Furthermore, you may comprise a water flow part with the net | network formed by knitting a fiber, a wire, etc. Of course, you may comprise a water flow part by the slit etc. which were formed in a part or whole of the collection member main-body part. The collecting member 110 shown in FIG. 5B has a slit 114 a formed in substantially the entire collecting member main body 112.

The collecting member main body 112 shown in FIG. 5B is an upper main body 112a along the protruding direction of the handle 116, and a lower bent and extended from the lower edge of the upper main body. It is formed in a rake shape having the side main body portion 112b. Even with such a collecting member main body 112, when used by being attached to an attachment member (for example, an opening in a side surface), it is possible to collect hair in the drainage and the like. By removing the collecting member main body 112 and turning the handle 116 sideways, the hair or the like can be easily discarded without discomfort.

FIG. 7 shows a vertical cross section of the attachment member 120 to which the collection member 10 is attached in a variation of the drain trap. The attachment member 120 of the present modification is detachably attached to the collection member main body portion 12 with the handle 16 protruding upward from the outer edge portion 13 with the outer edge portion 13 of the collection member main body portion 12 directed in the vertical direction D2. . The attachment member 120 detachably attaches the collection member main body 12 to the opening 125 of the side surface 124 in the predetermined flow direction D3 through which the drainage is guided, and the collection member main body 12 attached to the opening 125. A guiding portion 123 is provided along the flow direction D3 so as to be connected to the. The guiding portion 123 has an upstream side inclined along the flow direction D3, while a downstream side is substantially horizontal.
If the handle 16 protrudes upward from the outer edge portion 13 of the collecting member main body, the handle 12 can be lengthened without being restricted by the horizontal size of the drainage basin. Therefore, the hair and the like can be thrown away without discomfort, and the collection member can be easily maintained, and the hair and the like can be easily thrown away.

FIG. 8 shows the collecting member 210 according to the modification as viewed from above. The handle 216 of the collection member 210 protrudes from the outer edge portion 213 of the collection member main body 212 to the outer direction of the outer edge portion. The shape of the back surface 216a of the handle 216 is an arc shape. Then, it is possible to prevent hair or the like contained in the drainage from the back of the handle 216 toward the inclined portion on the attachment member existing on the collecting member main body 212 from being entangled with the handle 216.

FIG. 9 shows a vertical cross section of a drain trap 300 according to a modification. The drain trap 1 includes a sealing tube 360 in which a collecting member mounting portion 320 is integrated together with the collecting member 10, the trap body 30, and the fastening flange 40. The sealing cylinder 360 is formed by integrating a cylindrical part 350 corresponding to the sealing cylinder 50 shown in FIG. 1 and a collecting member attaching part 320 corresponding to the attaching member 20 shown in FIG. The collecting member mounting portion 320 guides the wastewater flowing from above in a predetermined flow direction D3 that is shifted from the vertical direction D2, and attaches the collecting member main body portion 12 in a detachable manner at a position L1 through which the guided wastewater passes. . The collecting member attaching portion 320 is formed in a shape recessed downward, and the vicinity of the upper edge portion is a substantially cylindrical fitted portion 326 that fits inside the tightening flange cylindrical portion 41. The cylindrical part 350 integrated with the collecting member attaching part 320 is fixed at a predetermined position in the trap body 30 when the fitted part 326 is fitted with the tightening flange cylindrical part 41.

The waste water that has flowed from the drainage basin 83 into the collecting member attaching portion 320 is guided in the flow direction D3 that is shifted from the vertical direction, passes through the collecting member main body portion 12, and flows through the cylindrical portion 350. When removing the hair etc. staying in the collecting member main body 12, the collecting member 10 is taken out from the collecting member mounting portion 320, and the long handle 16 is turned sideways as shown in FIG. What is necessary is just to operate the part 12 upside down. As described above, in this modified example as well, it is possible to discard the hair and the like without feeling uncomfortable, facilitate the care of the collecting member, and easily discard the hair and the like.
Moreover, the sealing cylinder which has a collection member attaching part may be integrated with a fastening flange, and the same effect | action and effect are acquired also in this case.
