Description

The present invention relates to an immediate hot water system, and more particularly, to an immediate hot water system in which a hot water storage tank for storing hot water is provided in the middle of a hot water supply pipe connecting a hot water heater and a hot water tap of a terminal.

As an immediate hot water system that can supply hot water immediately when a hot water tap is opened at a hot water supply station, a hot water supply pipe connected to a hot water supply pipe and a hot water supply pipe leading to the hot water supply station are connected to this hot water supply pipe. The hot water pipe is connected by a return pipe provided with a circulation pump to form a circulation path. When the faucet is closed and hot water is not used, the water heater and the circulation pump are operated and a predetermined temperature is set in the circulation path. There is a circulating system in which hot water is circulated so that hot water is immediately supplied to a hot water supply location when the faucet is opened and hot water is used.

Also, an immediate hot water pot having a heat insulation heating element is disposed between the main hot water heater and the hot water tap, and a hot water supply pipe from the main hot water heater is directly connected to the lower portion of the immediate hot water pot so that the hot water supply pipe from the initial stage of the hot water supply is connected. There is also a hot water storage system that guides all the cold water into the immediate hot water pot, mixes the cold water and the hot water in the immediate hot water pot in the immediate hot water pot, takes it out of the hot water outlet at the top of the immediate hot water pot, and flows it out of the hot water tap is there.

In the latter type, the hot water stored in the hot water pot is pushed up by the cold water flowing from the lower part at the beginning of the hot water, and only the hot water is taken out from the upper hot water outlet and flows out from the hot water outlet as it is. In order to solve this problem, a bypass path that branches from the hot water supply pipe from the main water heater to the immediate hot water pot is faced to the hot water outlet of the immediate hot water pot, and the cold water from the hot water supply pipe in the initial stage of hot water is supplied to the bypass side and An immediate hot water system that branches to the pot side and mixes hot water from the immediate hot water pot and cold water from the bypass passage at the hot water outlet is also proposed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
JP-A-1-266463

However, in the circulation type, additional parts such as a circulation pump cause a cost increase. Moreover, in the case of the hot water storage system, parts such as an electric heater are not charged, but a pressure reducing valve or the like is used to prevent the instant hot water pot from being damaged by water pressure by releasing the expansion water and pressure generated when heating the water. There is a problem that a safety device is also required, which makes it expensive.

Further, in addition to these initial costs, continuing to operate the circulation pump and the electric heater not only requires maintenance costs such as electricity costs, but is also not preferable from the viewpoint of environmental conservation such as measures against global warming.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide an instant hot water system that can be manufactured at a low cost with a simple structure and does not require an electricity bill for heat insulation.

According to the instant hot water system of the present invention, there is an effect that an instant hot water system that can be manufactured at a low cost with a simple structure and that does not require an electricity bill for heat insulation or the like is obtained.

An instant hot water system according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in the figure, the building water supply pipe 5 drawn into the building in which the bathroom 3 is provided branches outside the bathroom 3, one to the water heater 4 and the other to the water heater with a thermostat in the bathroom 3. 9 water supply connection port 9a. Further, a hot water supply pipe 7 is extended from the water heater 4, and its end is connected to a hot water supply connection port 9 b of a thermostatic water tap 9.

A hot water storage tank 8 constituting the immediate hot water system 2 is provided in the middle of the hot water supply pipe 7.

In this hot water storage tank 8, a heat insulating material obtained by foaming a plastic material such as polypropylene, polyethylene, or polystyrene is applied to, for example, a cylindrical or hollow prismatic stainless steel tank by welding or the like. The hot water stored in is not easily cooled.

The water tap 9 with a thermostat can mix hot water flowing in from the water supply connection port 9a and hot water flowing in from the hot water supply connection port 9b through a thermostat provided inside, so that hot water having an appropriate temperature can be obtained. Is. A shower 96 (see FIG. 1) can also be branched from the water tap 9 with thermostat. In addition, the water tap 9 with a thermostat comprises the hot-water tap of this invention.

If the hot water supply device 1 is not used for a long time, the temperature of the remaining water remaining in the hot water supply pipe 7 decreases, but the temperature of the hot water stored in the hot water storage tank 8 is such that the hot water storage tank 8 is formed from a heat insulating material. Therefore, there is no significant decline.

In FIG. 1, arrangement | positioning in the bathroom of the instant hot water system 2 mentioned above is shown. In the bathroom 3, a bathtub 92 is installed at one end of the washing place 91, and the side face on the washing place 91 side is closed by a bath apron 93. A washing faucet 95 is installed on the side of the washing place 91 via a washing place counter 94. A shower 96 branches off from the washing faucet 95.

In the bathroom 3 formed in this way, the immediate hot water system 2 is equipped with a hot water outlet 8b of the hot water storage tank 8 and a thermostat in order to prevent the hot water from losing heat while passing through the hot water supply pipe 7 and lowering the hot water temperature. It is desirable that the hot water supply pipe 7 that connects the hot water supply connection port 9b of the water faucet 9 is stored in the washing counter 94 close to the water tap 9 with a thermostat so as to be as short as possible. In a bathroom that does not have the washing counter 94, it is installed on the back surface of the bath apron 93 or the like.

Next, a first embodiment of an instant hot water system according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram schematically illustrating an overall outline of the hot water supply apparatus 1 including the immediate hot water system 2A according to the present embodiment.

The hot water system 2A according to the present embodiment includes a hot water supply pipe 10, a bypass main pipe 11, a thermostat-equipped switching valve 12 and a bypass branch pipe 13 in addition to the hot water storage tank 8, as shown in FIG. Instead of being directly connected, they are connected via the bypass main pipe 10 and the bypass branch pipe 12.

The hot water supply branch pipe 10 is branched from the hot water supply pipe 7, and the end is connected to an upper hot water supply port 8 c provided in the upper part of the hot water storage tank 8. The ratio of the flow rate to the hot water supply branch pipe 10 and the flow rate to the downstream hot water supply pipe 7 is adjusted by the ratio of the respective pipe diameters or by providing a flow rate adjusting valve.

The bypass main pipe 11 is branched from the hot water supply pipe 7 upstream of the branch point where the hot water supply branch pipe 10 branches from the hot water supply pipe 7, and the end is connected to a lower hot water supply port 8 d provided in the lower part of the hot water storage tank 8.

A switching valve 12 with a thermostat is attached to a branch point where the bypass main pipe 11 branches from the hot water supply pipe 7. The switching valve 12 with a thermostat has a thermostat inside, and if the temperature of hot water sent from the hot water heater 4 side is lower than a predetermined temperature (for example, about 50 ° C.), the hot water is sent to the bypass main pipe 11 side. If it becomes higher than the temperature, it has a function of switching the flow path so as to send it to the hot water supply pipe 7 side.

The switching valve 12 with a thermostat in the present embodiment constitutes a flow path switching means in the present invention. The flow path switching means may be, for example, a three-way solenoid valve that automatically switches the flow path according to the water temperature sensed by the temperature sensor.

A bypass branch pipe 13 is branched from the downstream vicinity of the bypass main pipe 11, and the end is connected to the hot water supply pipe 7 at a downstream side from the branch point where the hot water supply branch pipe 10 branches from the hot water supply pipe 7. The flow rate of the bypass branch pipe 13 is set to be smaller than that of the bypass main pipe 11, which is usually adjusted by the ratio of the respective pipe diameters, but may be adjusted by providing a flow rate adjusting valve.

The immediate hot water system 2A according to the present embodiment is configured as described above, and the operation thereof will be described below. In the following drawings, the fill in each pipe and hot water storage tank 8 indicates hot water, and the hatching indicates water.

When this hot water supply apparatus 1 is used for the first time or after it has not been used for a long time, the remaining water in each pipe and hot water storage tank 8 is cooled as shown in FIG. When the water heater 4 is ignited in this state, water passes through the thermostat switching valve 12 in the initial stage of hot water discharge, so that this water is conducted to the bypass main pipe 11 side by the action of the thermostat, and then mainly the hot water storage tank 8. The hot water supply branch pipe 10 and a part thereof are returned to the hot water supply pipe 7 via the bypass branch pipe 13, mixed with water from the water supply pipe 6, and discharged from the water tap 9 with a thermostat. This water remains cold for some time as usual.

If the use of the water heater 4 is continued, as shown in FIG. 4, the hot water heated by the water heater 4 reaches the switching valve 12 with a thermostat, and the hot water delivery destination is switched to the hot water supply pipe 7 side.

A part of the hot water passing through the hot water supply pipe 7 is diverted to the hot water supply branch pipe 10 and stored in the hot water storage tank 8. This hot water has a specific gravity smaller than the remaining water in the hot water storage tank 8 and is stored as a supernatant. The remaining water at the bottom of the hot water storage tank 8 passes through the bypass main pipe 11 and the bypass branch pipe 13 from the lower hot water supply port 8d, and the hot water supply pipe Sent to.

Residual water sent to the hot water supply pipe 7 and hot water sent directly from the thermostat-equipped switching valve 12 reach the water tap 9 with the thermostat, and are mixed with water from the water supply pipe 6 to be discharged as hot water at an appropriate temperature. . At this time, the original function of the water heater 1 starts to be exhibited.

If the use of the hot water heater 4 is continued, the amount of hot water from the hot water heater 4 in the hot water storage tank 8 increases as shown in FIG. 5, and the hot water storage tank 8 is finally filled with hot water from the hot water heater 4. Then, it is sent from the lower hot water supply port 8 d to the hot water supply pipe 7 through the bypass main pipe 11 and the bypass branch pipe 13. At this time, all the hot water sent to the hot water supply connection port 9b of the water tap 9 with thermostat is occupied by the hot water from the water heater 4, and the original function of the water heater 1 is fully exhibited.

Since the hot water storage tank 8 is filled with hot water in this way, the hot water temperature in the hot water storage tank 8 remains high due to the heat insulation effect of the hot water storage tank even after the use of the hot water heater 4 is terminated. Keeping ready for the next person to use.

When the next person uses, as shown in FIG. 6, the water temperature in the hot water supply pipe 7 is lowered, so that the water in the hot water supply pipe 7 pushed by the hot water from the water heater 4 is transferred to the switching valve 12 with a thermostat. Is sent to the bypass main side. Then, this water having a large specific gravity pushes up the hot water in the hot water storage tank 8 from the lower hot water supply port 8d of the hot water storage tank 8, and the hot water is supplied from the upper hot water supply port 8c through the hot water supply branch pipe 10 and the hot water supply pipe 7 to the water with thermostat. It reaches the stopper 9, is mixed with water from the water supply pipe 6, and is discharged as hot water of appropriate temperature.

If the use is continued as shown in FIG. 7, the hot water from the water heater 4 eventually reaches the switching valve 12 with a thermostat, and the flow path is switched from the bypass main pipe 11 to the hot water supply pipe 7 side. Part of the hot water that passes through is diverted to the hot water supply branch pipe 10 and is stored in the hot water storage tank 8 from the upper hot water supply port 8c. This hot water has a specific gravity smaller than that of the cold water sent from the bypass main pipe 11 into the hot water storage tank 8, so that it is stored as a supernatant, and the cold water at the bottom of the hot water storage tank 8 passes from the lower hot water supply port 8d to the bypass main pipe 11 and the bypass branch pipe 13. After that, it is sent to the hot water supply pipe 7.

Residual water sent to the hot water supply pipe 7 and hot water sent directly from the thermostat-equipped switching valve 12 reach the water tap 9 with the thermostat, and are mixed with water from the water supply pipe 6 to be discharged as hot water at an appropriate temperature. . This is the same as the first use shown in FIG.

If the use of the water heater 4 is continued, the amount of hot water from the water heater 4 in the hot water storage tank 8 increases as shown in FIG. 7, and finally the hot water storage tank 8 is filled with the hot water from the water heater 4. Then, it is sent from the lower hot water supply port 8 d to the hot water supply pipe 7 through the bypass main pipe 11 and the bypass branch pipe 13. At this time, all the hot water sent to the hot water supply connection port 9b of the water tap 9 with the thermostat is occupied by the hot water from the water heater 4. This is the same as in the first use shown in FIG.

As described above, according to the instant hot water system 2A according to the present embodiment, hot water having an appropriate temperature is obtained from the beginning when it is used for the second time or later while an electric heater or the like is not required and it is manufactured with an inexpensive heat insulating material. It becomes possible.

Next, a modification of the instant hot water system according to this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.

As shown in the figure, the instant hot water system 2B according to this modification is a water pressure adjusting means between a branch portion between the hot water supply pipe 7 and the hot water supply branch pipe 10 and a connection portion between the bypass branch pipe 13 and the hot water supply pipe 7. The flow rate adjustment valve 14 is basically different from that in the first embodiment, and other configurations are substantially the same as those in the first embodiment. To do.

The hot water system 2A according to the first embodiment includes a hot water supply branch pipe 10, a bypass main pipe 11 and a bypass branch pipe 13 connected to the hot water supply pipe 7, and has a large number of branching pipes, so that the hot water in the pipe is as described above. The hot water in the hot water storage tank 7 may not be replaced smoothly. Accordingly, the provision of the flow rate adjusting valve 14 is intended to reduce the possibility of occurrence of such a problem. Therefore, as long as this object can be achieved, a pressure regulating valve may be used as the water pressure regulating means.

FIG. 10 shows another modification of the instant hot water system according to the first embodiment. The immediate hot water system 2 </ b> C according to this modification has the same basic configuration as that of the above-described modification, but has a structure in which the bypass main pipe 11 is accommodated in the hot water storage tank 8.

Further, in the vicinity of the lower hot water supply port 8 d in the hot water storage tank 8, an agitation prevention umbrella 15 is provided in order to prevent inflow water and hot water in the hot water storage tank 8 from mixing due to the momentum of the inflowing water.

By these, an instant hot water system can be formed compactly and the usability improves further.

The embodiments described above are for illustrative purposes and do not limit the scope of the invention.
