そして、直落しナットの本体31を上下反転することによって、枝管34の本体31に対する配設方向が逆転され、直落しナット3の本体31へ挿通され、旋回するようにされるレリースワイヤの挿通方向を逆転させることができ、直落しナット3を単に反転するのみで、レリースワイヤの挿通方向を変更できるので、施工が効果的である。
なお、枝管34には、水密性を保持させるための挿通ブッシュ5が嵌着され、レリースワイヤが挟持挿通されている。
